It's not safe my car was scratched several times no the security camera the management of the condominium is terrible when I moved here I thought it would be perfect but it turned into a nightmare unfortunately I don't recommend living here anymore

This place looks nice in pictures and office staff is nice at first. Once you move in everything changes. You pay for valet trash service they never pick up the trash. Filthy, lazy neighbors leave their trash out and the local wildlife eat through the bags and leave a mess. Contacting the management office to complain doesn't work. They don't come out to check and nothing gets done. They never clean the breeze ways or make an effort to maintain the complex. This place only increases fees and rent but don't give any service. DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP, DON'T RENT AT THIS LOCATION. Appliances and apartments are ridiculously outdated for the prices they charge.

We have lived here for going on two years with no plans to change that. Living at Verona at Valencia has been one of the better experiences with apartment complexes in Orlando. A big part of that is the customer service from the leasing office. I want to give special recognition to Sherley and Beddie especially because I am sure they deal with so much from residents, but it is always handled quickly and with grace. If there is ever a problem they are available to fix, solve, and even just vent if needed. So, thank you for that. When you enter the property it honestly doesn't even feel like Orlando, and it is so awesome to live in a place that makes me feel like I am on vacation. The buildings, the landscaping, it all shows so much effort that they really care for you to enjoy living here. The apartments are a unique layout which I love (we are in the 1/1 A2 layout) and it just feels so spacious. I honestly recommend this apartment complex if you are single, have family, or anything. It is quiet, beautiful, and affordable. Thank you Verona!

The communication from the staff and follow up on maintenance is terrible. Each member of the staff gives you different answers. Leaving this place was a true blessing.

It was terrible and nasty and had roaches and dirty water. Do not live here.

I do not recommend this apartment complex. Everyone was so nice in the beginning, but that quickly went downhill when roaches were all over my apartment the day I moved in. They did move us to another apartment, but then things were old and outdated. Shirley is an amazing staff member, but everyone else never responded to emails and the manager, Nancy, was nice in the beginning but avoided us after the second move. I highly suggest not living here.

This is a great place tô live. I love the office staff the are amazing and work very hard and they make you feel apart of there family. Location is also amazing. I love the company bainbridge.

I have lived here for a year about to renew my lease and everyone in the leasing office is awesome. I’ve lived in a lot of areas and this area is wonderful. The security is incredible. My name is David and I will stand by my 5 star rating!

Had so many issues with this property it’s unbelievable. There’s always something that involves cops and there’s never parking at night. And the unit inside are very outdated and definitely not worth the money plus there’s always a roaches problem

My boyfriend and I are currently still living here and I wish we weren't. They are terrible at giving you any kind of notice as to when they are having an "inspection" of the apartment. It's probably suppose to be 24 hours notice but they slide a paper in your door less than 12 hours in advance. There have been multiple occasions where we believe maintenance or whoever is in charge of the apartments has come in and left foreign objects in our apartment such as a female catheter, twice. There is ZERO maintenance done to the dog park. There's poop everywhere even though people are suppose to pick up their dogs poop, they don't. We have had to pay over $200 for both of our dogs to be treated for parasites which they contracted from the dog park. They have this new policy that if you have a car that "can not be driven" (ie: expired registration)they have it towed but they don't give you ANY kind of notice that your car has been towed. No email, no phone call, NOTHING. I thought my car was stolen. I luckily went to the office 15 minutes before the closed and they were able to tell me it was towed. No one in the front office ever has any idea what's going on. They don't tell you when you have to get new keys for the pool or the package pick up area or mailbox. You have to figure it out on your own and ask why your current keys aren't working. I thought that living in an apartment was going to be a nice experience but this place has made me hate every minute of it. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I have lived at this complex for 6 years. I used to love it here. The complex is well maintained, beautiful landscape, and great neighbors. But within the last year, the complex has taken a huge plunge! The crime rate has increased Dramatically, yet the residents are not being fully informed properly! Recently we have had numerous armed robberies, with one being a fatality. There has been a HUGE lack of concern for the safety of the residents by management to the point that they patronize us! The security doesn't do their job properly, and allows non residents to follow others through the gate without checking ID. There isn't sufficient lighting through the complex which is important now that there has been so much crime,and the time has changed. Numerous residents have tried contacting corporate and the regional manager without a response!

The process began with Michelle she handled everything with consistency and kindness with just our getting into the apartment once we got to Orlando. She kept in touch before the moved with nothing but kind words to help. Since we have been here the office staff, Shirley and Alex have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with the apartment and anything we have needed. Above all the apartment was perfect. Thank you.

If your currently looking for a convenient location for families, School, shopping, groceries,and safe environment look no further. when first arrived your greeted with a beautiful layout of the complex. It offers a gorgeous pool and grill with two hot tubs, central air, full-size kitchenette, with a 24 hour maintenance service. That is conveniently located by a various amount of store options to serve all your daily needs. The management will work with you when it comes to choosing place and price. The exclusive tour of the property in my opinion will answer all questions. There is only one thing that me and my family found wrong. We didn't come sooner!

This area definitely doesn't have the best reputation but loving at Verona, I don't even feel like I'm in a "bad" area. I have the bigger 1/1 and it's the best layout I've ever had for an apartment, and a great deal too! The pool is beautiful and the staff is great. I haven't had any problems getting any service requests answered. This area is a prime location because it's close to everything; downtown orlando and disney are both super close. I also love it because I attend Valencia college full time and Verona at Valencia park is literally right across the street! I really do love it here.

I honestly wouldn't want to see anyone have to go through what I have staying here. There really wasn't much support from the leasing managers when my apartment was broken into 3 times. They tried compensating by upgrading my apartment but I had to pay $65 dollars more in order to get out of that apartment. Witch met that by rent went up to $919. Over the place is small for the price and the area isn't the best around the holidays but the complex itself has a small park, a indoor racket cort, an okay small gym, pretty nice outdoor pool layout with two jacuzzis.The leasing office has free WiFi (ask for password) a small free coffee station, and small meeting room that holds 6 people with a flat screen TV on the wall, two computers, projector and over very nice setup that can be used by all renters but only during office hours. The apartments only runs up too three bed rooms two baths, or two bed rooms two bath, or one bed one bath. The people as far as in the complex community I have never had any issues. I need to mention that when you put in a services request it seems to take about 1 to 2 in a half weeks to fix your issues. Now for the outer area, from elametery to high school picks up right outside the complex, valencia college west campus is across the street. There is a Walmart out side of it not even 3 mins away universal studios is up the road of kirkman. 10mins driving, 30mins by bus.I have lived here and have had my daily travails to work, fun and home through bus, car,bike ,and uber. But even In the end i wouldn't recommend verona at valencia part apartments.

I live in Verona @ Valencia park, at first we loved living here the staff are good asking with the maintenance staff. the only thing is that when we moved in their were bugs and we had the place sprayed multiple times and the company they work with stuff does not work. and when we had placed maintenance request it took them more then 4 days to get to our issue. the neighbors are really nice though I guess depending on who they are and the pool is nice also.

I recently moved from NYC, my experience so far has been excellent, the staff at the leasing office is very professional and made the process of renting for me very comfortable and easy, i have been living at the apartment for a few months now and am delighted with the place, everything is comfortable and when i have needed anything to be looked at or fixed which doesnt happen often the maintenance crew is also very professional as well as being very quick with answering the maintenance request. The process for paying rent is very convenient as well as placing any maintenance request through the complexes own website.
