Carrie and Alicia in the office are great. They will address any concerns quickly. Maintenance all Ways comes quickly for repairs.
Quiet, friendly,responsive staff, good atmosphere and location. Fees have soared over past year though.

Surfside is a very pleasant quiet place to live convenient to the beach, shopping, etc.
A good place to live, with a good staff and capable maintenance, walking convenience to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and markets.
The sole reason I moved into a condo was for the amenities and the agent in the office knew this as we toured the property. She made zero mention that a week after signing my lease, that all amenities would be shut down for remodel for the duration of my lease! Had I known that, I would have gone to the ten other complexes in Marsh Landing. Stuck in a lease with no amenities and nothing more than a "sorry about your luck" from management! Not to mention they charge $35 a month for "daily" trash valet, that has had trash pile up for days on end, on numerous occasion. When brought to the management's attention, I was basically called a liar. I have yet to move out and am expecting the worst, when that process comes along.
All staff are professional and make me feel secure about my move to this community. Thank you.
A decent place to live, responsive management, convenient walking to many restaurants, shops and banks. Major roads and highways. Close by medical facilities. Well worth the look!
Ive been here in this community for more than 4 years and its because of how safe and secure I feel to live here with my daughter. Theres privacy, peace and helpful staff, what else is needed!!
The office staff is courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive and timely. The water quality is poor. Cul-de-sacs lighting is dim. Mailboxes are far from your residence.
Parking - is an issue. I feel that all visitors need to park in overflow spots or designated areas. This may allow residents be able to park at the building they live in.
We had to make an unexpected move and typically when you are in that situation, you just have to settle for whatever apartment complex is available in your price range. ARIUM Surfside has far exceeded our expectations. The property itself is older, so all the trees are more mature and it is absolutely gorgeous. However, the units have been updated so it is truly the best of both worlds. That said, I've lived in lots of "nice looking" apartment complexes before, and it means nothing if the staff is difficult to work with or doesn't care about the residents. Not only is the staff kind and hard working, but they truly bent over backwards to get us settled in a timely manner! While this is our first week here, we have a really good feeling about this place, and we look forward to our new life here!
I have been living at Arium Surfside for a little under a year now, and I still love it. The environment is what sold me and it still brings me daily joy. The neighborhood is pet friendly and very quiet. So grateful to live here !

It's a great place staff is super nice it's quiet and cozy the apartments are clean along with the grounds there is no issues with anyone I love it here.
I like to be a part of Arium living community. I lived before in Arium Deerwood, now I enjoy to be in Arium Surfside. Beautiful location near the ocean, nice quiet neighbourhood, very close to my work, clean, good landscaping.

A wonderful place to live and I feel blessed to have found it when moving from NY two years ago! A most helpful staff and no loud noises. Lots of shopping within walking distance. At risk of getting a higher rent increase, I wouldnt want to live anywhere else :=)

The Arium Surfside is the perfect community to start a family in. I am newly engaged and my fiance and I have fallen in love with our unit, outdoor sceneries and ameneties.. The updated units are breathtaking, and unique. Our pets love it too!
For me, Arium Surfside is the perfect place to live. Community management is always responsive to any issues, the apartments are spacious, landscaping, pool and gym areas are maintained beautifully, its a safe environment.
