I moved here in January 2021 after separating my daughter's father, and I cannot tel you how unsafe this place is. I pay for trash pick up (it is not a choice), and it rarely gets picked up. I pay offer pest control, and they never come to my apartment. I am constantly emailing them, but they do not reply. They also charge $50 per person for water, but we received a letter from Toho that the apartment complex is not paying them, so they might shut down the water.
I absolutely LOVE living here , I moved in back in August so I wanna say it’s been about 4 months . . It’s been very peaceful and quiet . . Every month they put out a news letter for us tenants with helpful and FUN advice/information regarding that month . . They have fun activities and are involved with us (which is a plus) the management & staff are very friendly and caring . . I love that we don’t have to drive our trash anywhere because it’s picked up from our door . . It’s by far the BEST place I’ve lived in Florida . . I give it 10 STARS !!
I have been living here for 5 wonderful months, the staff have been super friendly, respectful and willing to help you. The apartment is divine, comfortable and the area feels safe and quiet. Every time I request something for the apartment I receive a quick response ... Anyway, I feel happy and pleased with the decision to move here.
This was first apartment and its grown with me. Ive upgraded every year as my family grew. Ive lived in the smallest and biggest apartments. Problems were always taken care of and maintainess always responded fast. Ive seen the upgrades they've made and its great. They change the carpets and cabnets. Repaved the parking lot. The recently added a picnic area with BBQ. Definitely recommend.

Caribbean been my home now for going on two years! I absolutely love this area of town and how convenient it is that everything is close by. The staff is helpful and with any issues they are solved almost immediately.
I have been in Caribbean isle apt’s for more than 1 year . I love it here . It is very clean, quiet, nice amenities. The management office responds in a timely manner for problems or concerns. The maintenance team works diligently to maintain the cleanliness of the complex. My apartment has a great view! With near by shops and stores just a short walk away. They even have entertainment days like paint night and food truck days. This is my first apartment in Florida and it has been a great experience.

I have lived here for more than a year and I must say that I love my apartment, the areas are spacious and beautiful. The residential complex has very good facilities (the pool can not be lost in summer) and you must surely enjoy the grill area. The staff is very friendly and they are constantly promoting activities according to the time.
I have been living here 4 months now and so far I like it here. Everything in my apt is updated and it’s spacious and cozy and comfortable. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Everyone in the office and the maintenance crew are friendly, helpful and always answer any of my questions or issues in a quick and timely manner. Love the pool and fitness center and there is also a laundry room. Close to many stores and restaurants and also close to Disney World and Epcot and other parks which I love. Looking forward to living here another year......
Beautiful property, beautiful apartments, really friendly staff. It is close to so many stores and entertainment options.
We moved in February 2018 and we came in the middle of construction and renovations which made the first few months a little rough. After the pool was open, the car care center was done, the main office, outside of the buildings were repainted and trees were trimmed the complex has really become a wonderful place to live! It is conveniently located to basically everything you need. Walmart is right in the corner, hospital is less than 10 minutes, Disney is 20 minutes, Universal is about 30 minutes. The maintenance crew is quick and comes within 24 hours for requests and is so friendly and knowledgeable. Even the exterminators that came when we were having small ant problems, were great, and we didnt have a problem again. The office staff really go out of their way to throw parties for the complex and they work with other companies to give us discounts like pizza discounts. It really is great and we will be renewing our lease!
At the moment the pool area was opened, the laundry, the beautiful green areas. It is a quiet place to live
I have lived here almost 2 years and I love it. The staff is amazing, it’s quiet, close to stores and about 20 minutes from Disney. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and the staff is all super friendly. The amenities are amazing, everything is recently upgraded and I’m so glad to call this home. If you’re looking for a nice place to live in Kissimmee, this is it.
I have lived here for just over 2 years. The place has recently come under new management and I have noticed! Work orders are being done right away, the staff is kind, and the facilities look nice and clean. It is also in a nice area right near the Loop and there is a park (shingle creek) just five minutes down the road. I'm thankful I found this place!
We’ve seen a lot of change over 10 years as residents. Current management is trying to rebuild a community however we have never received any upgrades or quality maintenance repairs. Still a good area and clean grounds.
Though I had problems to move in because the leasing agent didn’t do her job, Joelis, the new Manager went above and beyond to help me move into my apartment. I have been living there for 6 months now and only once had a problem with my ac. Reported it and it was fixed right away. Never had a problem with any neighbors being loud and the apartments are remodeled. Good place for the price.

The staff makes you feel right at home. They are very professional and take care of all your needs. They are really good at getting back to you regarding service calls. The community feel safe and well kept. I have no complaints about this apartment. Everyday I feel relaxed and comforted to come home to my apartment which I moved in on November!
I moved here 4 months ago from Ohio. This is the first place I have lived on my own and I LOVE IT! The community is great, the apartment is beautiful, and when I need something fixed the staff wastes no time in helping me out. There is a Walmart Grocery in walking distance so I can walk to get my groceries, which I love. There is also a hiking/biking trail nearby behind the complex which is beautiful to run on. Check this place out, it rocks!
December of 2014 I became divorced. I gave up everything to start over. I lived in Poinciana, and worked in Orlando. I need a place in between so that I could keep my kids in their current school and not too far from work. I actually had an appointment to see an apartment at next door. But I saw the sign for Caribbean Isle. I drove through, saw how quiet and peaceful it looked. But what caught my eye was that the apartments had private entry. This was a great plus for me. I went straight to the leasing office to put in my application. I love the place. I couldn't be more please. Avery G.
I've lived here for over two years now in a 2 bed 2 bath and the apartments are great sizes and have nice walk in closets! And as a plus, the office staff is wonderful!
I love living here! The neighbors are friendly and it is a quiet place. I love my big closets and the nook I use as my dining room.
I have lived in this community 12 years and have seen many changes. I can say this that they've all been good ive lived in 3 styles of apartments theu the years from a one bedroom to the loft and now a two bedroom and each time in different areas of the community and its always been clean and quiet. Maintenance comes right away and takes care of any request sent. I have a toddler who enjoys the clean pool and he also loves to play in the tennis court although I wish the playground had more upkeep like a much needed pressure wash we enjoy going there and playing a few days a week. They have a new web portal to pay rent online have community chats and even do service request which is super convenient since Im on the go all the time. I do wish they'd upgrade all the apartments especially the kitchen and bathrooms but as long as its clean Im still a happy tenant these past 12 years Just another note gas station walmart chinese food ross great pizza and ice cream STARBUCKS(my fav)amscot chase suntrust dollar tree all right across the street and even the bus stops all right there at walking distance
I just moved here and i can honestly say it already feels like home. I relocated from Pennsylvania and saw many places but Caribbean Isle just felt very cozy from the firsy day.. One thing I love about living here is my vaulted ceilings and my solarium. It's so nice in the cool weather to open up all those windows.
We love our one bedroom loft! Have been living here for two years and love what the area has to offer! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.
I have lived here since 2003 and this is what I like about living here. 1. a short drive or walk to all kinds of shopping. 2. friendly office personnel. 3. nice fitness center. 4. any maintenance issues that I have had got a quick response and repaired as needed. 5. friendly neighbors and safe neighborhood. 6. and of course the apartments homes are nice. I have lived in this community since 2011. My favorite thing about living here is its our Home for now. Its close to work, its a safe community, close to Disney World and other amusement parks of Orlando area. It also has a wonderful little Walmart and shopping mall that is within walking distance. The pool is our hangout all summer. The exercise and laundry rooms just got updated which makes it even more appealing. We have a washer and dryer inside our unit which is a plus. We are a family of 4. We have 2 small children and right outside our apartment is a playground!! We also have a garage that is connected to our apartment building. The garage is a separate fee and detached from our actual apartment but its right down the sidewalk. We love to ride our bikes and sit outside to enjoy the beauty of our quiet community. I only ever had one noisy neighbor and with one phone call to the office that problem was taken care of. The staff is very nice and friendly. We also have a lake with ducks and soft shell turtles! What fun for young children and adults! We have a nice picnic area to BBQ at and even a tennis court. Price is great for all you get and this area. Come check it out you may find your home for now too!

I have lived at Caribbean Isle for over 15 years and I love it here!! The front office staff is wonderful if you need anything they make sure it gets done. They just upgraded the gym and I'm so glad because that's where I go after one of their pizza and Ice cream parties they have LOL!!!
This is a very nice and clean place to live, I've moved out of state but if I return back this will be my home again.
