Arietta 55+ Senior Living

Love the location and size of apartments. Nice quiet community for older adults. Feel safer with gated community. Would like to see more planned events/activities.

It is a lovely community of people here, who are supportive of one another. Management makes sure the place is kept very clean. The apartments themselves are of a good size and well appointed. The gardens are getting better and better, which is pleasant to see. \\\\\\

I wish that the rent would not increase every year so high

Arietta has spacious apartments with wonderful closet space and a parking garage under the building. The property is showing its age and unfortunately has frequent changes of the property management company and their management staff.

I love my new home! I only wish that I had moved here years ago! I enjoy meeting and learning about the current residents, many who have lived here at Arietta more that 5 years and some as many as 10 or 12 years. This is a very active Senior Independent facility! There is much to do and see here, at Arietta. With a wonderful support staff working here at Arietta, bent on giving its residents a continued positive living experience, I am never out of options of what to do here.

I have a breathing problem along with copd and the elevator being out as long as it was, did not help the situation because I had doctor's appointments everyday and had to use stairs

The outstanding feature of the Arietta is its community. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate being included in activities and given tips and information from other residents. Everyone I have met thus far has been so kind! The staff is relaxed, professional, and helpful ('nice' - don't underestimate that!).

This is a great place to retire. The staff always make me feel valued…like I have a lot to contribute to help make this a great place to be.

Lovely surroundings. Trees. plants, shrubbery all all well kept .Attentive staff who are efficient and helpful. Many programs offered. Very pleasant atmosphere and lovely group of residents.

Arietta is in a terrific location, easily to reach from all directions. The apartments are the best for size, space allocation and closets. Add the type of residents and staff and I would not trade it for any place else, regardless of any faults and inefficiencies.

This is a lovely community and we're happy to be here.

I have not been at Arietta very long but very much appreciate the staff — their friendliness, eagerness to always be helpful, their hard work and always trying to make sure we are well taken care of.

Arietta is a wonderful place to live because it is not too large and people get to know each other. It is a community where people reach out to each other and show concern. The apartments cannot be surpassed in size, storage and brightness.

Our choice to move to Arietta 5 and a half years ago was a very serendipitous one. We enjoy the friendly residents, and appreciate the hard-working staff. Amenities like board and card games, exercise classes, special events, entertainment and more, keep us involved and busy, and we appreciate the opportunity to continue our special interests by volunteering to lead the sing-a-longs, drum circle and think tank. Arietta is by far a great place to live, and we are grateful.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always something to do IF you want to do it. The entertainment is great! The apartments are spacious with high ceilings. The workout center is always available with training classes multiple times per week and yoga once a week. Physical therapy is also available. We love it here!!

Arietta buildings lack adequate sound conditioning between floors and management fails to deal with behavior of a resident who disturbs others.
