We have lived at Arietta for 5 months and we have no complaints so far. The maintenance men have done any requests we have had and they are very prompt doing things. Arietta has made a lot of improvements since we moved here and things are really much better.

Arietta has spacious apartments with wonderful closet space and a parking garage under the building. The property is showing its age and unfortunately has frequent changes of the property management company and their management staff.

I love my new home! I only wish that I had moved here years ago! I enjoy meeting and learning about the current residents, many who have lived here at Arietta more that 5 years and some as many as 10 or 12 years. This is a very active Senior Independent facility! There is much to do and see here, at Arietta. With a wonderful support staff working here at Arietta, bent on giving its residents a continued positive living experience, I am never out of options of what to do here.

I have a breathing problem along with copd and the elevator being out as long as it was, did not help the situation because I had doctor's appointments everyday and had to use stairs

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy the elevators are back up and running. We will always do our best to get the elevators back in running as quickly as possible. This occurrence was delayed to the part needing to be ordered.
The outstanding feature of the Arietta is its community. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate being included in activities and given tips and information from other residents. Everyone I have met thus far has been so kind! The staff is relaxed, professional, and helpful ('nice' - don't underestimate that!).

Lovely surroundings. Trees. plants, shrubbery all all well kept .Attentive staff who are efficient and helpful. Many programs offered. Very pleasant atmosphere and lovely group of residents.

Arietta is a wonderful place to live because it is not too large and people get to know each other. It is a community where people reach out to each other and show concern. The apartments cannot be surpassed in size, storage and brightness.

Our choice to move to Arietta 5 and a half years ago was a very serendipitous one. We enjoy the friendly residents, and appreciate the hard-working staff. Amenities like board and card games, exercise classes, special events, entertainment and more, keep us involved and busy, and we appreciate the opportunity to continue our special interests by volunteering to lead the sing-a-longs, drum circle and think tank. Arietta is by far a great place to live, and we are grateful.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always something to do IF you want to do it. The entertainment is great! The apartments are spacious with high ceilings. The workout center is always available with training classes multiple times per week and yoga once a week. Physical therapy is also available. We love it here!!
