      I have had a great experience living at Area Durbin Creek! The area looks fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym. The management team is kind, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

      Terrible Experience at Aria Durbin Creek - No Electricity and No Support

      I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Aria Durbin Creek. We have been without electricity for over 48 hours, and the situation is unbearable. In this modern age, such prolonged power outages are unacceptable, especially when no effective measures are being taken to resolve the issue. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of support and communication from the management. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, all we receive are vague assurances that they are "working on it." This is not enough when residents, including a lady with two young children, are struggling without warm water, the ability to cook or warm food, and spoiled materials in the refrigerator. The provided phone number is useless as no one answers, leaving us in the dark both literally and figuratively. It's disheartening to see that Aria Durbin Creek is not taking responsibility for the welfare of its residents during such a critical time. I would not recommend Aria Durbin Creek to anyone. The management's inability to handle emergencies and their lack of support is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and find a place where residents' well-being is a priority.

      We sincerely apologize for your frustration and inconvenience. After the storm on 7/22, the office was without power and, unfortunately, we were unaware that Building 5 was also without power until after hours that day. As soon as we became aware, we took immediate action including notifying JEA. They came out that night to find it was not their equipment, so we had our electrician out immediately. A part had to be sourced and the problem was resolved by the end of business on 7/24. Obviously, we would have liked to resolve the issue more quickly, but we are confident in the actions that were taken. Additionally, residents were communicated with both by text and email. Our team understands how frustrating this must have been for our residents and went door-to-door to check on residents without power and to provide hurricane supplies (if needed) for the inconvenience. We take pride in quickly responding to all matters at our community, and we value all our residents. We'd love the opportunity to discuss this further with you to turn your experience around.       Beautiful Property in Great Location

      Apartments are beautiful. Great location - convenient to Aldi, Starbucks, the best restaurants and nightlife in St. Johns and Durbin Park Pavilion. Access to A+ schools is a huge plus!

      Luxury living at Ascend

      We recently moved to this place. The team lead by Ms Stephanie was very welcoming and cooperative. We had a smooth shifting and settling time. The maintenance aspect has been always well taken care of by Mr Ferndao. It's a new luxury upcoming place to live at St Johns. Thanks Kanti
