Ari on Fourth

Ari on Fourth is an ideal complex for a UofA student looking to have fun while also staying near the campus grounds. I’ve been a resident for a little under a year and so far I’ve been extremely satisfied. If you don’t have a strict budget and care for a place that is aesthetically pleasing, this is definitely the place to be!!!

Just come and live here. You’ll love it. Everything’s brand new: the apartments, the amenities, even the peace of mind. Great location, great vibe, and the best price for luxury living.

I've been living at Ari on Fourth for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything from local restaurants and coffee shops to public transportation and campus. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciate the high ceilings and natural light—it really makes the space feel open and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which shows that the management truly cares about residents’ comfort. The amenities are also a huge plus! The rooftop lounge and fitness center are both well-maintained and a great place to unwind or get a workout in. The community here is friendly, and I always feel safe walking around the complex. Overall, I would highly recommend Ari on Fourth to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to live. It’s been a great place to call home!

I’ve stayed at Ari on Fourth and had a great experience. The location is convenient, the building is clean and modern, and the staff is always helpful. Living here at the Ari has been nothing short of amazing. Staff in the office is always super helpful to solve any issues, maintenance crew is quick to fix problems, and the amenities are always clean and up to date. On top of that, the location is great as you can have a little escape from campus but also are so close to any bars on 4th Avenue and Sunlink stations. Choose to live at the Ari, you won’t regret it!

My experience living at Ari on Fourth has been really positive. The location is definitely one of the highlights, being right on 4th Avenue means you're within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, and the streetcar, which makes getting to downtown or the University of Arizona super convenient. The apartment itself is modern and well-designed, with features like marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and balcony views. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and communal areas, are a great bonus and well-maintained. The office/management is always responsive and super helpful. Maintenance requests are typically handled promptly. Security is always walking around at night and watching the entrance in lobby. Noise levels can vary depending on where your unit is located, being so close to nightlife has its pros and cons. Overall, Ari on Fourth is a solid option if you're looking for modern living in a lively, walkable area. It’s especially great for students or young professionals who want to be in the heart of the action!

Many amenities,staff is friendly and in a great location in Tucson where there lots of business so you don’t have to go far to get what you need.

This place is a 10/10 it is such an amazing apartment complex my sister and I never have problems I love it!!

I love living here. All the staff is very friendly, the location is prime, and the pool and other amenities are amazing. They are never too crowded and are always kept very clean.

I've been living at Ari on Fourth for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. One of the things I appreciate the most is the solid construction—it's surprisingly soundproof, which makes a huge difference in apartment living. I rarely hear my neighbors, which adds to the comfort and privacy. Another highlight for me is the dog wash station. It's super convenient and a great amenity for pet owners. It makes keeping my pup clean so much easier, especially after a walk around the area.

A parent’s opinion… PROS: New build (so-so quality construction), decent proximity to U of A campus, amenities are nice, lots of U of A students. CONS: The lease setup process is clunky, disorganized, and technologically flawed. Every time I check in with my kid, there’s another “money grab.” Within 6 weeks of moving in, they’d already been pressured to renew for next year by the end of October to avoid a $500 rent increase. The only way to pay rent is via an app. They provide no “zero fee” option to pay. There was a direct bank account debit feature that was $3.95 per transaction, but they just removed that and now only have one payment option of debit/credit card and a $7.95 fee. All in all, it has been a less than stellar experience and I certainly wish we’d selected a different apartment complex with more scruples.
