Property Ratings at Argyle Garden Apartments
The area and the apartment are really nice and at a great price point! But the owner Laura is god awful! I completed my application, paid the fee, and waited over a month for the apartment. She couldn’t give me a set day of when I could move in so I can tell my current land lord. Also, the apartment needed to be updated and I asked to see the current condition- she went MIA the day of. Imagine not being able to get a hold of the land lord if something happens. Very poor communication and customer service.
Loved every second of the time I lived here. My biggest sadness was having to move. It my my and my son's first home and to this day I still think of it as home.
I have tried to get information about available apartments for 3 weeks now and no one responds to their emails or answers the phone. i have called 3 different times in the last 3 weeks during business hours and no one picks up the phone. If it is this hard to get in contact with the property for basic information, i can only imagine how it must be living here. No one is ever so busy that they can't respond to anything. Plus, you can barely get around their website either. That needs an update.
For the price its a good apartment. The management is pretty quick to respond or inquires. Cons: You can hear your neighbors through the walls/floors. Also they don't allow pets. The small space of greenery looks like it would look perfect for small dogs to play in. If they reconsidered their no pet policy, I would love to stay at this apartment complex
