The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Argonne Terrace Apartments
poor management don't fix things right and all they do is walk around smoking and talking to tenants about other tenants issues very wrong to gossip. There is also favoritism to some tenants they befriend and do not charge them late fees. Had bug infestation and owner would not pay to get bugs out of peoples apartments lots of drugs theft police. After the bugs getting in our food daughters inhaler and in beds I was told by management if I didn't like it leave so reluctantly I broke my lease and left it a mess and the furniture with bugs never been so angry in my life. Love my new place and workers here do not even tell you the names of your neighbors. I don't know how the owner let's them be management there dirty smoke weed with tenants there own apartment is run down and dirty and I was tired of tenants talking to me about my issues and I didn't even know them. And I caught manager opening my letter for social security duh federal affence I didn't have the money for a lawyer or at that time would of taken them to court I was so feriuos I was willing to break lease and not clean the place iv never done that before and watch out they get bed bugs in some of there multiple apartment's they own and iv seen the manager with them
i lived there 9 years 2 owners 3 managers. they couple they got now are gross. and could poss be the reason they got bed bug.be careful they! they also interact with too many tenants not ok disclosing personal information between tenants not safe at all
Poorly managed. took over a month for a new a/c unit to be installed and afters 4 months still not complete. The apartment is poorly sealed around the front and back door allowing cig smoke to get in and make the entire place smell. management team lacks in taking car of the property and i only ever see them walking around taking smoke breaks all day long.
