The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ardmore Terrace
hair and dirt were painted into the baseboards. cracks in the walls were painted over. only one window in my apartment would open because of layers of paint, which wasn't great because i couldn't vent the cigarette stench coming from one of my neighbors, and when the building was repainted i couldn't vent the paint fumes either and had a headache for a week. roaches showed up the moment winter was over. the ceiling of my closet fell off in april/may and wasn't fixed when i moved out in august. neighbors had screaming matches every day for months and months, and the walls were so thin you could understand every word.
My upstairs neighbors washing machine malfunctioned and my entire second bedroom was soaked with nasty brown water. The entire ceiling is destroyed and a lot of my stuff is drenched. I ended up calling the police to bring in the fire department to stop the flooding. I had to because the office told me the entire maintenance staff was on break. I used my trashcan to catch most of the water pouring in from a light fixture. The water was brown and looked like sewage. Once the dust settled I requested that I wanted to be let out of my lease considering almost half of my apartment was ruined. After multiple conversations with the staff I had to go and call there district manager myself. He didnt respond directly to me but sent an on site manager in to talk to me and take photos of the damage. She informed me that it wasn't their fault therefore I would not be able to break my lease. My poor dog was scrambling around so I picked her up to put her in my room. She yelped really loud out of fear and I told her it's okay it's not your fault. The manager then tells me that it's just a dog...... My entire second bedroom is caked with loud fans that make it hard for me to sleep. I'm also going to have to eat the additional electricity charges for them. The managers tells me sorry you cant use....one room in your entire apartment for a while. She was so unprofessional and condescending. I work full time and am trying to go back to school. I guess I'm just gonna have to buy some ear plugs so I can sleep and get someone to watch my animals while they repaint/sand my entire second bedroom.
Only been here 4 months, had termites, too many roaches to count, huge crickets that are hard to kill, and RODENTS!!!!!!! MOVING OUT SOON! DON'T MOVE HERE!! Place gets negative 100 stars .... the worst!
This group of apartments are perfect for the person, who wants to retire or just want to live a quiet life in the city. First of all, the apartments are in a historic district. There is everything a person could ever want nearby. There are grocery stores, several restaurants,a school, park and Krispy Creme in walking distance, plus banks and a hospital. There is a lot of open space so that you can relax under the trees. The staff is very helpful. This place is wonderful and unbelieveable.
