Property Ratings at Arden Flats
Sadly it’s gone way downhill over since I moved in a couple years ago. The price is too high for the area and especially having no amenities like a pool or gym (the gym is tiny and nothing works). There is never anyone onsite.
We see maintenance cleaning everyday. Kind of pricey but worth the money if you want a nice, clean, and quiet home near parks in Arden Hills.
been living here for some time.. the gym room is there but is filthy and both machines dont work been like this for atleast 6 months. Also no maintenance on sight, a guy comes onces a week and tries to fix all, if not finished wait till next week... you can get much better places for the price elsewhere
The office staff has been very helpful throught the apartment searching process, etc. We can't wait to move in!
We are going to move very soon and we are very excited to live in this very new spacious place!
