We love our apartment which is comfortable, up-to-date, handy to facilities and located close to everything we need including shopping, services and doctors. We are retired and don’t have children but understand there are good schools nearby as well.

Management is horrible. My wife went to the office and they told her they had no idea what they were doing. It’s extremely unprofessional and it’s not worth the amount of money we pay to live here at all.

I would NOT recommend moving here. CONSTANT fire alarms in buildings 5000/4000. The fire department keeps having to come out. Management said they were getting them inspected and nothing has changed. It feels like it’s 2-3 times a week always in the middle of the night or early morning when we’re sleeping. Until this issue is resolved I would look elsewhere.

Dumpster filled and trash laying by it, trash bags and trash around complex. People don’t clean up after their pets. Poor communication with office, more concerned about filling units than keeping the complex nice.
The complex is quiet and it is in a great location

If you’re looking for convenience, well-kept community that has events for the community to participate in, nice staff, and just good living, then definitely look into Arden Apartments.
Very clean, organized, and on top of things. Nice community that seems to take pride in a comfortable living situation.
All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, facilities are very nice, however it seems like they are still getting their feet under them as a complex.

While we love the updated community and the other residents that live here that are very friendly the continued issues with the building hinder our experience and had we known about the ongoing issues the Arden would not have been our first choice.
I have only been here for a week and a half and it has been amazing living here. The staff is very helpful with any concerns and needs. I love the upgraded features and how everything is new. The elevators is a huge plus. It’s very peaceful and quiet in the area and it’s nice.
Beautiful and clean. Ready for spring and summer. Very bright. The front office is very helpful. Can't say enough good things about this place.
The Arden Apartments have been by far the most welcoming community I’ve ever experienced! The leasing office go above and beyond for their residents to feel most welcomed in their new home. I would definitely recommend anyone to lease here, whether they are a single person or family.
The leasing team is super kind and helpful with all things before, during, and after the move. The community is brand new and updated with tons of great amenities. Goes above and beyond with smart technology, included internet and the top-notch gym.
Really nice layout. It is gonna be really nice when completed. I talked to Lori, she was great and very helpful. they offer a call back and will start hard hat tours soon. a lot of apartments in this area but this one really stands out and I will go on the tour and sign up i'm sure.
