Move-in inventory maintenance request. Service was great, most of the issues were resolved. The sliding door moves with less force now but maintenance pointed out that the door frame is damaged and needs replacing.

AC FIXED I am happy they fixed the a/c. Only thing I would say is that nobody reached out to me or sent an email saying the maintenance request was received and they showed up unannounced. Turns out some wires were loose outside so I wonder if my neighbors were affected as well. Happy the a/c is back for the summer though!

Slow to respond We have been making efforts to keep our unit as close as possible to how we moved into it however management is so very slow to respond to our requests to make repairs—repairs needed since move in. We are not happy at this point, and it’s a shame because the neighborhood and the neighbors are great.

Great leasing crew The leasing office personnel are great. They were so helpful us getting our credentials and information we needed for our lease agreement. They were there for us through the whole process. This place is very nice and clean with well kept grounds and maintenance.

Awful. Current tenant here. Do not waste your time or money. They claim their properties are renovated from the ground up but they are not. They cheaply maintain the property and claim everything is new. They allow homeless people to dig through the trash and make a mess and charge more for trash each month. The buildings are infested with earwigs and roaches. When we first moved in, their tenant portal glitched out and would not upload our (required) renters insurance and then we had to fight with the office to remove erroneous late charges because of it. Their latest stunt is removing our autopay info without notice and charging a 100$ late fee because their system glitched out. I provided bank statements to prove there was enough in the account and they just do not care. They will charge for everything they can. Don't move here.

Best place ever. Can’t beat their low prices. Plus 3 utilities are included. Biggest plus: washer and dryer hookups! Couldn’t imagine not having the convenience of washing my clothes without leaving my home. Maintenance has always responded in a quick and timely manner. And the top floors have balconies while the bottom have a porch/mini yard. I love how it has 3 pools and 2 spas. That way if one is full, you can just hop to another one. Definitely something they can improve on: more security cameras throughout complex to help cut down on crime. I absolutely love this place. I have a corner unit which means fireplace and more windows. Couldn’t be happier. Another thing that could improve this complex is getting rid of the tennis courts. They are an eye sore and never get used. Perhaps a dog park, or more grass. Oh and another thing, the countertops are super ugly. And so are the cabinets. Very dated. But probably why they have great prices. Too bad they wouldn’t paint them white. Overall very pleased with Sienna Pointe. Don’t ever want to move as long as they keep up the great prices !!

Let’s start with this and say they will pester you non stop with notices, for things that are minuscule at most meanwhile they ignore stuff that needs to be addressed. Example I had a electrical issue with my bathroom light and it took several work orders and days before they came to fix a 5 min job. In July of 2018 I didn’t have a ac for 3 weeks because they failed to address it immediately. But you leave a mop rug and some recycle on your balcony slapped with a notice within the day. It’s also not gated, due to the front gates are always broken and remain open, so the homeless will always be digging through the trash and you’ll be slapped with a notice for leaving the trash not in the dumpster. Lastly mail boxes have been broken into several times

I have been a resident of Sienna Pointe for the last 3 months and From the point of application to move in, the manager Maria has gone above and beyond to make my sure that I have all the help I need with any issues in the apartment including prompt and quick maintenance. Leasing consultant, Nelly, has also been a big part of making my experience so well. The aparment complex is always kept clean and the size is more than substantial than most.I appreciate everything Maria has done so far with accommodations and look forward to continuing with Sienna Pointe. I would definitely recommend Sienna Pointe to anyone looking for an apartment in Moreno Valley.

There gates never work, my husband just got a new truck and got hit by the gate and manager Maria said it's not there fault. Well it sure ain't our fault they can't provide with a working gate, now there saying it's my husband fault because he went in fast how can he go in fast if my husband was behind another car waiting for one car to come out because only one side of the gate open. They said they have it in camera we asked to see video and they haven't respond back and I tried reaching Heather higher person then Maria and she can't even return my call after leaving a voicemail. Now all of a sudden there's signs on gates stating it's not there fault for any damage when I have proves that those sign have never been there since day one that we moved in there and we have been here for a year already. I don't recommend leaving here not only because what happen to my husband and because there gates never work, but staff does not get back at you when there's an issue. Regret renewing our contract there always aunts and I have my place super clean, there always spiders coming inside and all my door are always close except of course when we go in or out to work. And there's always some kind a flies or mosquito coming out my sink from my bathroom.

please don't move here!!! The rent goes up every year under greedy management. No rent control. The money we pay for these apartments should have up dated by now, none!!! It's like moving to the projects!!! Never had to pay Dog or Cat rent before, monkey see monkey do. Please don't move here, you will regret it!!!

One of the worst Apts I have ever rented. The all female staff couldn't be more conceited is they tried. Maintenance were the only ones is provided the best service. Crime is bad in the back with car thefts everyday. Avoid and seek another place to live.

I like living in this community. The new Director Maria is very organized and the office and maintenance staff is helpful. I have been living here since 2011 and I am not interested in moving any time soon.
