I moved from out of state to arches at hidden Creek short term three month lease While I look for a home to purchaseand on the second night of me living here someone stole my Jeep Wrangler out of the covered parking space. This is a gated community after 9 PM that sure didn’t stop them. I went off of reviews when I found this place looked good. I just feel like I made a terrible mistake by moving to this area. I’m writing this review to keep people aware of my situation. I requested the office send out a warning email to others and I don’t think they’ve done so as of yet it’s best to let the community know what’s going on around them so everybody can watch out for each other. I also spoke with the neighbor that lives at the complex next to me and he said that his neighbor‘s car was broken into as well, but not completely stolen best thing to do is get a Apple AirTag hide it in your car and a wheel lock if you were to move here.

Arches at Hidden Creek has a wonderful team. Just like any place of business you get a sense of feeling welcomed by the initial greeting, and tone of voice etc.The office staff do a wonderful job at welcoming you in the moment you walk through the door. Having been a resident for a month, I can say that it has been a positive living experience. The apartments are really nice, the grounds are always clean and the community is quiet. This is a nice place to live. The park is close so when my grandkids come over we can go there. The office staff make you feel important when I go up there. The kids seem to be respectful. There is not enough storage for our saved junk! :). Overall this is a nice place to live.

I love living here and it’s so close to everything. 10 minutes commute to work. Management is responsive and they will go out of their way to help you. Apartments are great and the rent is affordable. I can hear noises from neighbors inside and outside. It’s quiet most of the time. Also, there is some road noise. Utilities are included aside from water and cable. The A/C during the hot months was inexpensive and not even close to what other apartments stated during my apartment search. I have recommended this to my coworkers. Thank you!!

Overall maintenance and staff excellent. I have been here since 2018 and they have always responded in an excellent manner to all requests. My appliances are quite old but usable. I love the convenient location to downtown Chandler and my church.

Even though it is an older apartment complex it has an excellent maintenance staff, is conveniently located to everything in Chandler, and has all the amenities needed for comfortable living. I have been here for five years and the staff has been wonderful!

Our mainteinance team we have right now is absokutely wonderful!! They are friendly, personable, and actually care about people not living with broken things. This has to be the best team in the 7 years i've lived here. I cannot express enough how much i appreciate every one of them.

Arches is a beautiful comminute close to all major grocery stores and restaurants, with quick access to 101 and 202 freeways. Being close to Maggio park makes it easy for kids to walk and play. Love the location and best amenities offered at a reasonable price.

The location is perfect, the office staff and maintenance crew are professional and courteous. The community is quiet and fairly well kept. Beware of all the fees and the fact that even though it is a non smoking community, people still smoke.

Love the community and office staff are beyond nice ,been here over a year and instead of moving i just stayed and renewed my lease because that's how welcoming the staff is from the office to maintenance team .

You guys make living here very easy! Anytime we have anything maintenance wise, you guys come to the rescue! We only have minor things here and there, but you guys always make sure to be ontop of it! Also keep us 100% informed of what's going on with our community, and the resident portal makes everything easy! Love how clean our shared amenities are as well! Living here is wonderful, and we plan on staying here for a few more years. It's a great place to call home in the mean time, while saving for your permanent home!

The place is gross. From roaches to horrible dated units, the place is too expensive and trashy.
