The maintenance staff is outstanding—prompt, thorough, and respectful. The units and amenities are clean, modern, energy efficient, and very well maintained, and the location offers convenient access to everything. Overall, it’s a high-quality living experience supported by a dedicated and professional team."
Arcadia is a beautiful community with lots of amenities conveniently located close to grocery and general shopping areas. It is well designed with innovative floor plans . Valet trash service is awesome ! Come join us for a great living experience.
I originally picked his place because of the location, it’s far enough away on the “action” but still close enough to drive. It is quiet for the most part (Minus the construction truck and obnoxious cars) I love the apartment, it’s very spacious and brand new everything.
The apartments are great. Friendly office staff making it easy to ask questions. Down side, dirty hallways, and hand railings. Elevator is also dirty and has a fast smell. The grounds are full of fire ants.
Nice floor plans, location, grounds. Great customer service.
What a great place. Both conveniently located and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing.
The staff at Arcadia was extremely helpful and welcoming. Kristie-Lynn made my transition seamless. It is already starting to feel like home.

Arcadia at Waterway Hills has been a great choice for me. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, friendly, and professional. The experience I have had so far with moving in has been very good and I am pleased with my decision to move here.
I came in today for a tour and I was very satisfied with my overall visit. Kristie-Lynn was very helpful and informative. She made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions. I especially loved the full washer and dryer as well as the screened in porch.
I’ve been living at Arcadia for a couple of weeks now and it’s been great. The amenities are wonderful and well kept. All of the staff is welcoming and helpful. I am excited to see the community grow over the next couple months and about my time living here.
The staff is very friendly and professional. All you have to do is ask and they will go above and beyond to accommodate you.
I was amazed at how beautiful and modern this complex is. The office staff are the first line of communication and they are rocking it here!! Come and check this out, you will be very happy you did!
