The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Arcade Apartments
Manager is NEVER there i lived there 3 months 8-2024 to 10-2024 The building is filthy dirty smells like urine because anyone can come in off the street people throw their garbage in the hall my apartment was sooo dirty when i moved in there was a hole in the bathroom wall toilet paper holder broke dishwasher broke bedroom closet broke also the intercom system dont work in any apartments maintenance is a joke they do not show up even after talking well leaving messages to the manger because she NEVER replies to calls i finally moved out because nothing was ever fixed
Let’s start off by saying the entrance door is always messed up so any and everybody can come in and out, on top of that the elevator is out every week and then you can find people up in the hallways sleep, plus the hallways always dirty and when you do a Maintenance report the Maintenance people don’t come until three weeks almost a month later then when they do come, they don’t do their job. Call the office they don’t answer the phone, they don’t pick up. They only come around when it’s time to pay rent. It’s horrible save your money it’s not worth the hassle trust me.

Building stinks & is out dated. No parking (multiple parking tickets), elevator was broken for months & no buzzer to let visitors in.
I loved this place when I first moved in. When the original crew was here it seemed like everything was getting done. And I quite liked my room. Recently there have been new employees. Now the elevator is broken every week, people park wherever they want to, people block the tiny parking lot we have, there are fights that break out outside my room, and on top of that they require a 2 month notice to leave. Unfortunately most opportunities to move out don't give you that kind of window so they will fight you tooth and nail to get you to stay at their community. I'm sick of no one EVER being available in the office. It also stinks like weed on every floor. (I'm fine with that but people have kids!) Do not make the mistake of renting here.
They closed (locked) the residence entrance to the office saying it's for their safety. When you call for info no one returns your calls. And rent has been going up every year, this year it gone up $100 last year $40
