Arbours at Crown Point

Living at this complex was a nightmare. The office staff only cares about taking your money. Many of my requests for help fell on deaf ears. The plumbing and electrical in my unit were cheap and shoddy. The rent increases every year were brutal. Oh, and be prepared to kiss your security deposit goodbye! They will find any reason to not return it to you. Run as fast as you can from these rotten apartments.

Man I love this place! I’ve lived here for over a year and it has been amazing! The staff here is amazing and they will help out with whatever is needed. I was looking around near this community for other apartments for my parents and they were all overpriced and small. This community is affordable and much larger. The only issue I have here is that none of the residents pick up after there dogs. The management send out notices quite frequently to remind us and people continue to do it. But other than that it’s a great community. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. It’s a great arena. The staff is beyond amazing and are very caring and will help. The apartments are amazing and very nice. And it’s within walking distance from the store, and there is a Trail right behind the complex so I can go on walks with my family all the time. It’s a great community!!

the most most discriminate person I've ever met in my life that lady in the front desk.on March 15 me and my wife went to that place after she showed us an apt and agreed with us to filed application she told us where to buy the money order me and my wife go outside to do a private talk about what we gonna do 3 minutes after we went back to the office she changed her mind by telling us to give her sometime saying quote I'll call guys later to let u know if have one available then i tell my wife she will not call us back I was right she never call us back I wish she read that review she will remember that Day march 15 2018 she does not deserve the job

This community is great. I can get to work in under 20 minutes on from the 429. Publix is our neighbor too. I've lived here for 1 year already and Im renewing for another 12 months.

Moving here was one of the worst mistake that we ever made. Let's start from the beginning of the processing where everything that was promised to us and other residents was never done. Walls are made of card board you can hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from the neighbors!!! And Complaining with the management won't do anything since they are just focusing on getting that place filled that making the residents happy. Even that is a brand new place is an overwhelming amount of insects and spiders inside and outside the units they had a pound full of frogs that can barely will let you sleep it is very loud. The pool and the gym is very small for such a large community and is always full, the grill area always dirty and the grill is always out of the gas. I'm telling you is terribly manage and they don't do maintenance. Staff is very unprofessional only 3 girls in that office that will only assist you to sign the lease and after that forget it! Trust They won't care about you anymore. They make it almost impossible for us to move, but gladly we are out of there! And I can keep going please think it twice if you are planning on moving there... don't waste your money!

Got my money back after my apartment was pushed back twice but it wasn't easy, it took forever to process and I had to deal with a property manager that was more into looking for the company than the clients, my recommendation get everything in writing.
