Maumelle is located about 15 miles northwest of Little Rock, and residents have easy access to I-40.
Located in the middle of Maumelle, Lake Willastien is a popular boating and fishing destination. The lake is bordered by a park with a playground, walking paths, picnic areas, fishing docks, and a gazebo. While Maumelle is primarily a residential suburb, a variety of shops and restaurants are available along the Arkansas River Trail on the north end of the city.

Property Ratings at The Arbours Apartment Homes
We have lived here for several years and the buildings have serious plumbing issues. Sewer water has flooded the apartment at least 8 times in the less than 5 years we have been living in our unit. The property is always gross, dumpsters are left with broken furniture and trash all over. Maintenance issues are not usually resolved in a timely manner and communication is poor. My neighbors are lovely people, but this place is a headache in itself. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else. P.S Our property management has changed 4 times and our rent has nearly doubled.
