I scheduled a tour (using their website), but the building was locked when I arrived and the management arrived late. She did not acknowledge that I scheduled a tour. I had not checked the prices on their website, just the prices on apartments.com. She told me that the listings on apartments.com were not current and provided me with an estimate that was about $600/month more than what was posted here. I later checked their website to find out that their listing prices were THE SAME as they were on apartments.com and she straight up lied to me about their prices to get me to leave.

Don't move here. Bug infested apartments and rude staff. Entered my apartment without my knowledge. Is operated by BH property management who are only after the money. Apartment looks nice but neighbors are loud and floors and walls are paper thin. The building next to mine burned down and they blamed the fire dept for my water heater bursting at the same time. I believe it was shorty work done in the first place. Drains and faucet have some kind of mold/mildew that grow out of it and needs to be constantly cleaned but even bleach won't kill it. Also all upstairs units are carpet and they neglected to mention that before I moved in since I had only seen a downstairs model. Trash is never consistently picked up and if they miss a Thursday they let it sit outside until Sunday and if a rodent gets into it they won't pick it up. If I could give O stars I would.
My leasing consultant was Zonia! She was awesome and very detailed! She was very knowledgeable about not only about the apartments but the surrounding area! The apartment was very beautiful and in nice part of town. Seriously, thinking about making this my new home.
I read the other review & it has to be a fake review. Trash valet literally comes everyday. We’ve nicknamed the trash lady Trash Bae. She never misses a beat. Sometimes another company comes by & the most I complain about is leaving my boxes, but that’s not even a real complaint. Another thing is maintenance. Maintenance comes within 24-72 hrs. I have screenshots of my resident portal. Even the one or two times they let my request go a week I called the office & it was handled within 24 hours. Emergencies come first. Our grass stay maintained weekly. I would like more interesting community events, but for the most part we happy. Our neighbors kind their business & keep it friendly.
I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now. EVER WEEK its the same issues. My garbage gets missed. The valet trash company and office complex staff refuses to fix the issue. Oh by the way - they know its an issue cause they had many complaints from residents. It has gotten so bad at time the garbage has sit there for TWO MONTHS. The office knew the garbage was there and there was an issue - but didn't do anything. I had to call the valet trash company many times due to the office not doing anything. Great customer service - said no one ever! Do not move here unless you want to have your garbage sitting outside your door for days, weeks, even a months. With no help.
Come on over to the Arbors. Get to know your neighbors. We watch out for one another.

Arbors is the best complex Ive ever lived in; through 20 years of military life with many apartments across the nation. The maintenance team is fast efficient and friendly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are lots of walking places for my dog as well as a dog-run area. I love it here !

I have seen a few maintenance people go and I've seen a few come in. I personally believe that this is the best staff that I've seen in the past 2.5 years. All of them are professional, courteous and polite. I have ZERO issues with the staff, be it maintenance OR office staff. They are all kind, professional and most importantly, friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone leasing with this community. I have actually recommended this to many acquaintances and friends...one of which just signed a lease.

Great place to live. Maintenance responds quickly, staff is friendly, the complex is pleasant and feels safe. Nice pools, grill, gym and outdoors area. Had some roaches when we moved in, but they sent pest control to solve the issue.
Arbors of Brentwood is an amazing community with very little in the way of negative issues. The staff is amazing and I would highly recommend considering this community as a home. The amenities are spectacular as well.

Arbors is a great place to live The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is the fast to get things done and also friendly. I love seeing the maintenance carts drive around and give me a wave. It also makes Arbors seem even more secure having maintenance around. Arbors is also very per friendly. I love it here.
Living here has been a breeze. Everyone has been helpful, friendly and punctual with assisting me. Rosa was a great help with getting me set up. Zonia was amazing with assisting during a somewhat difficult move-in day. Guy was very helpful and friendly and the maintenance team does their best to respond quickly to your needs.
I recently moved into a one bedroom one bathroom apartment and this is the most spacious one i’ve seen for the price that it is. Zonia from the leasing office made me feel very welcomed here at Arbors of Brentwood. 5/5 star for sure!
I moved in two weeks ago and have been so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the propertys staff. Zonia, Isa, Dominic and Guy all went above and beyond in helping with me get moved in and settled in. Im so grateful for them.
So far my overall experience with Arbors has been great. I haven't been here a month but everyone seems friendly and responsive and open to constructive criticism. I love the safe feel to the community and I hope that once covid is over I'm able to enjoy more of the amenities that I am currently paying for. I like the community and the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

I've lived in the community for 4 yrs. I've moved from one unit to another and the staff has been helpful in this transition. They are easy to work with and expeditiously. The grounds are kept clean and maintained daily. Quiet community tucked back into mother nature!

I have enjoyed the recent upgrades to the lighting. The neighborhood feels safer to walk my dog at night. The package/parcel system is a nice touch too! Now I can get my packages 24/7 without having to rush after work to get there before the office closes. All good upgrades to the community!

It's a worst community! Do not consider this if you are looking for apartments. They don't show you actual photos and how it looks in reality and it's very very dirty, toilet, kitchen cabinets, carpet everything was very dirty. They are not at all professional. They don't clean it up before your move in also. Worst apartment I have ever seen in my life. It was a very bad experience for us and do not trust their words, anytime they can easily deny whatever they had said earlier. Everything was worst. I don't want to give a single star also.
The location is decent. The apartments are affordable at best. That said, I wouldn't recommend living here. The management staff struggles to communicate. Don't bother calling the office if you have a problem. They won't answer. Instead, you'll find yourself playing phone tag for the next 48 hours. I've dealt with their poor communication ever since I inquired about moving in around early 2018. Aside from poor communication, my roommates and I were frustrated with the way we were sold the apartment. When touring the complex, we were shown their model apartment. We were told that our apartment would be the same only to find out upon move-in day that our three bedrooms had no overhead lighting, unlike the model apartment. When I spoke with the office, I was talked down to and told that lighting was simply an amenity like a showerhead. While being sold something false was irritating, my biggest frustration was the complete lack of respect when being talked to. Perhaps my biggest complaint with the Arbors of Brentwood is the lack of safety. If you're considering moving here, swing by and drive through the complex at night. It will change your mind. The lack of lighting is embarrassing. Anytime my fiance comes over, I have to walk her to and from her car because I worry that something will happen (keep reading and you'll see why). Some female friends of mine moved in and had multiple instances of "peeping toms" and guys driving by at night and talking to them from their car. These instances all built up to a shooting that took place one night about a month ago. It woke my apartment and our friend's apartment up, police came, and there was shattered glass the next morning. Did the apartment complex ever send out an email to address a SHOOTING? Nope... Needless to say, those girls moved out the next day. No additional security measures have been implemented since the day I moved in (around a year and a half ago). If you are a girl, especially a girl planning to move in alone, I urge you to reconsider. As a 22-year-old college grad, I struggled to find affordable housing in Nashville. My mistake was settling at Arbors of Brentwood. I've given up on dealing with the staff here and am looking forward to leaving when my lease is up this summer. After a scathing review, I'm sure I'll be promptly responded to by the management staff. Rest assured, it will be the first and only time they respond promptly to me.
BAD Spider and Mold Problem! Don’t do it!!! If you love living with spiders this is the place for you, if not RUN. Pest control can’t fix this spider issue maybe temporary for a few days or so but that next week they’ll be on your ceiling, floors, walls and in your bathtub. Also document every maintenance request you do over the phone or online or you’ll be told that you’re pretty much lying on never doing maintenance requests. So disappointed with this so called New management. Screenshot everything. Stay away!!

My husband and I have lived at Arbors since July of 2016. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Recently, they were working on the stairs at our building and we had to be out of the apartment from 9-5. We were going to have to pay $150 to board our dog for those days, and the office offered us a $150 discount on our rent for that purpose. We didn't even ask them to! Heidi and Zonia are wonderful, and will help you solve any problem you have. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex. It is also located very conveniently to the interstates and several different restaurants and grocery stores.

The apartments as an entirety are beautiful. The scenery is appealing, the neighbors are considerate, the community is quiet. However, we have lived here for two months and we have sent in the same list of work requests four to five times. Only once have they been to our unit, and that was to fix the air conditioner, during the summer months, after threatening legal action against them. A giant hole was cut out of the wall after being fixed, and we were told someone would be out quickly to repair it. This was over a month ago. Nobody ever came. Our bathroom toilet has not worked since we've moved in, and they have record of this. There is black mold in the dishwasher. The tile in one shower is caving in. They charge for pest control to come every two weeks. We have seen them come one time. There are a variety of insects in the unit ranging from silverfish to spiders. Keep in mind that we have a four month old son, whom has woken up with spider bites since living here. The carpets were never cleaned prior to our move in, and it's dirty to a point where if we have on white socks, the bottoms turn brown from walking around the apartment. The staff will not answer the office telephones, so do not bother calling. You need to go in person to get in touch with anyone. We have emailed in to speak with the assistant manager as well as the manager, with no response back. This has happened numerous times. However, if THEY need something, expect 2-3 calls per day until it's taken care of as well as emails. I have only lived here two months and I am looking for new places to live. I will not be finishing my lease here.
Let me just start with the incompetency this "company" provides. I have lived here nearly three years and have never experienced a problem up until recently. But today was my final straw. I walked into my house with my entire kitchen flooded. It had gone all the way into my living room and my laundry room. I called multiple times and was told that this was not an emergency and that it has to wait until normal business hours. Let's just break this down, I can't use my dishwasher and sink because if I do my entire kitchen is covered in 2-3 inches water within minutes. I live on an upper level unit, so this water is not only soaking my floor, but the residents below me are starting to deal with it too. When I decided to speak to the office staff, she told me that they have over 150 unfulfilled maintenence requests and that mine is not a priority. All while telling me that she went without A/C for a week, that it just has to be dealt with. So I have to go without using my kitchen for a week according to the consultant. Again, incompetent. She then proceeded to tell me that she could do nothing... really helpful. So if you're still reading this. Let me just go farther... So to add onto my flooded kitchen, my daughter was bit by a brown recluse spider. We were told pest control wasn't allowed unless all residents agreed to it in the building. What? So I have to put my daughter in two times the harsh and unhealthy living conditions. That's insane. But the last lovely issue I have, is that a hole in my popcorn ceiling has arose. I put in a request for it to be fixed in April. Still nothing. So I go to the leasing manager, she comes to look at it and tells me someone will be out the next day and that she also heard that my a/c sounded odd and wanted to get someone to look at it. That was mid may, so here I am still waiting June 10. So if you want unreasonable rent, terrible living conditions, and incompetent office staff then this is the place for you!! But if not, I suggest running as far away as possible. This place is going downhill fast and all of their residents know it.
I needed to find a place in just a weeks time and the office staff were very helpful and found a place that fit all of my needs. The two ladies at the front desk Zonia and Averii are friendly and always have a smile on their faces when I come in. Maintenance is pretty quick when there's any issues and the valet trash is a big plus. Overall a peaceful place to live.
Zonia at the leasing office is amazing. She's patient and willing to help at all possible. She has a very "zen" personality and pays attention to any detail to match you with an apartment. Happy with my selection so far.
When my wife and I first visited, we saw the sample apartment and the fitness center and knew right away that these were the apartments we wanted. Yes they're built in the early '80s, but the upgrades looked great. We signed the papers and we were on our way. Before leaving the property, we decided to drive by the apartment we just signed for and noticed a lot of cigarettes on the back porch. Seeing this as a sign of how bad the apartment would smell like smoke, we drove back to the offices and told them about it. They promised that they "would Kilz it," so we felt better and left. When the day came to pick up our keys and move in, we got this bamboozled feeling. It was like a bait and switch. Now I know the sample apartment is going to be amazing and all, but the real deal was just meh. The trim work was shoddy, the set-up crew decided to paint over the old wallpaper in the bathroom instead of removing it and painting the walls, paint was on our new refrigerator, the cabinets were peeling, and this is all immediately. We stayed because of the rent and location. Now, almost a year and a half later, we have the issues that a 30-something year-old apartment would have; furthermore, the maintenance crew isn't always the most knowledgeable at making the repairs. Our sink has had a leak that has been "fixed" four times. Overall, I give the Arbors of Brentwood a solid D for having a great location, but unfortunately issue after issue. We wont be staying another term.
I love our apartment. Great floor plan really maximizes the space. Big bedrooms and great closets. The neighborhood is quiet and maintained really well. Great gym, kids playground, dog park and two nice pools. The staff in the office are helpful and always super nice. Great neighbors. Couldn't be happier here.
