Just moved to a bigger unit and everything has been great and the transition with the leasing office has been awesome. Very happy with the condition of our unit as well.

Amazing complex! You get what you pay for and the neighbors are amazing. Definitely will be referring people and growing the community! Beautiful staff and surroundings.

Great place to live as it is near restaurants, postal services, hair and nail salons, other retail businesses, and you can get to routes 95 and 40 within minutes. Few tenants I have met are friendly. Leasing office holds events periodically for the tenants and there is also yappy hour for our pets. There are a variety of food trucks that come a few times throughout the month.

Overall, our experience has been great. Office and housekeeping staff are friendly, maintenance staff are prompt to respond. Apartment Complex is located in great proximity to dining and shopping.

The apartment building is well maintained both indoors and outdoor grounds by the maintenance and janitorial crews The leasing office staff are very friendly and professional, and feel like family Amenities like the gym, pool, Amazon locker, theatre room, lobby, computer room, meeting room and community room make it feel like home The Greenleigh area is up and coming and in a few years' time I am guessing it will offer as many activities and attractions as White Marsh does, especially for kids, but also for adults 2 thumbs up for Arbors Greenleigh

Everyone at Arbors has been wonderful during my application and move in process. Any questions or concerns I have had have been answered promptly. I already feel right at home!

First year was great. Now into our second year and having issues with microwave. They come and bandaid the issue, works a day or two. Finally got it replaced. The price you pay to live here and they are slow to decide to replace.

My family has called this place home for many years. There is everything here that you could need and more! Everyone here is kind and friendly! A terrific place to call home!

Going on six years and I still love living here. The staff here really look out for the residence. This is a great location to new by restaurants, grocery stores and local mall.

We love living at Arbors! The staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive. The maintenance staff in particular are extremely helpful and work fast. We love the grounds esp the beautiful pool area.

The Arbors at Greenleigh is a wonderful place to live! The apartments are spacious with great finishes along with a plethora of amenities. The grounds are well maintained and the office staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a new home you should definitely consider The Arbors at Greenleigh where community quickly becomes family!

Love it here at Arbors Greenleigh! The Front office staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping Teams are all friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and neighbors are friendly. There are always extra 'perks' for the residents going on which is nice.

My resident experience has been really positive overall. The staff has been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed support. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the common areas are very well-kept. I’ve also appreciated the sense of community and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere. It's felt like a place I can genuinely call home, which has made a big difference in my day-to-day life.

I enjoy living with the Arbors and look forward to renewing our lease. The Maintenance has been responsive with any needs we have. The staff and Leasing office have been professional and kind as well with every interaction.

Everyone was so pleasant and mannerable ever tho i hate moving the staff made it less stressful. They have everything i needed. I really love how maintenance does a walk thru with you before you move in.

Moving in was great and the leasing office has been super helpful so far. I also had an issue with the garbage disposal and maintenance was able to fix it right away.

From application to keys, everything has been a breeze. The community and unit is just beautiful with so many gorgeous amenities. The perfect place for what we needed.

Very nice place to live overall. Maintenance is good, location is ideal and the neighborhood is friendly. Beautiful views of the woods and plenty of places to go on walks.

Megan was amazing during our moving in on Saturday, April 26th. It was smooth and no problems. We really appreciate everyone assisting us with the cable and ensuring we got settled.

I’ve now been here 10 months and the experience has been awesome. I love how clean the building is kept and how fast the maintenance technician comes out for repair. No complaints here

Living here has been pretty decent overall. The apartment itself is nice, with a good layout and a peaceful vibe, but communication with management can be hit or miss. Maintenance isn’t the fastest, so you’ll have to follow up sometimes, but the move-in process was smooth and the space feels like home once you settle in. Not perfect, but workable if you’re proactive.

So far so good. Everyone has been very accommodating and have great customer service. Anything questions that I’ve had or anything that is needed, everyone has helped as I have moved in.

So far we love it. Brand new to The Arbors. Coming from a single family home, It’s definitely a change. Looking forward to the many options that The Arbors offer us year round.

Everyone has been so nice. The office staff very helpful and maintenance has been prompt. Apartment very clean ang nice. The only thing i wish was better And a little more updated is my refrigerator.

Moving here was a transitional experience for us as we are soon to become new home owners in this area. Having the ability to experience and watch the overall development of this new community is an a lil bit of a rare unicorn one. We wanted to know what the "In-between" would feel like...meaning the luxury apartment/Gated community lifestyle experience and well...after visiting the property prior, Arbor Greenleigh seemed to offer just that in a Nut Shell. I remember when this area was ABOLUTELY NOTHING years ago. A large plot of undeveloped mass of land with a whole lot of potential. Now, we get to watch it become something and some place beautiful, up close and personal. I believe whole heartedly it was the best & smartest choice we could have made. The best part of about the community is the DIVERSITY, like the great melting pot I'm from. Makes me feel like I'm back Home! I rated this 4 stars because, I want to believe there's always room for IMPROVEMENT!

Love it here. The staff is top notch. The only complaint if I had one, is the irresponsible dog owners who refuse to pick up after their dogs. But this is not the fault of management who send regular reminders.

I enjoyed living here a lot! Noise has been my only issue and I was able to move to a quieter unit. The maintenance crew and staff are very nice and efficient.

I’ve been here for 7 years and I’m very pleased with my stay. The maintenance staff is outstanding, the inside and outside the building are well kept. Finally the Office Management is well ran and very friendly. They handle the issues and requests I submit with the utmost importance.

I really feel a home and the place is very clean. The office staff are always knowledgeable and helpful to my needs. Maintenance crew are awesome and helpful.

I love everything about living here. The location is convenient to my work and family. The amenities are wonderful and suitable to my needs. I have storage, garage parking, and although the complex is large, I have the privacy I crave. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is amazing. The office staff are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always quick to respond. Even the cleaning staff are always smiling and greet you with a friendly hello. Arbors is very dog friendly and my pups love living here, too. The food trucks provide a nice option for dinners and while I am more of an introvert the activities they sponsor every month are great. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy living here.

Things in the building are going downhill fast. The door to the tras room has not closed properly for months. People still just throw their trash in the door and on the floor. The door entering the building from the garage was broken for over a week. Neighbors yell/argue every day and slam door so hard I have had pictures fall off the wall. Just renewed lease because convenient to my daughter but if price keeps going up may not do it next time.

Made my move in quick and easy . Enjoy how clean the property is and how responsive the main office is with questions/concerns . Love this property would def recommend

I’ve lived here for the last 5 years and when I finally decide to move it will only be to move into a house. I have zero complaints about Arbors. I love it here

Everything has been great here for the most part! We love our place and the amenities that comes with it. The only issue is the building's infrastructure and some neighbors who aren't truly considerate of their neighbors and the external environment (Hallway, Elevators, etc.). We love our place, don't get me wrong, but there's a lot that can be improved. You can hear every single little thing a neighbor is doing, regardless of if it's the neighbor above, below, or next to you. Neighbors above you seems to be an issue for residents here commonly and I've spoken to a few who has made several complaints about them. My neighbor above me seem to have gotten worse after the last few complaints, so my advice -- be prepare for your neighbor to retaliate if you do complain, just in case. As for the environment, residents can leave a huge mess - dog poop, skid marks all in elevator, and a huge mess in trash rooms. Be prepared to have those neighbors who ignores you if you speak to them.

Very nice place to live. For the most part it’s enjoyable coming home everyday. Maintence is top notch. No matter how busy they are they always have a smile on their face and take great pride in their responsibilities.

The staff are personable and helpful with any and all issues. The location of the property is in close proximity to shopping and excellent restaurants.

It’s peaceful most of the time and all the amenities in the building are good 4 staying in most days. Don’t know anywhere else that could be better the gym is 24/7 access and parking garage is great 4 bad weather days
