Security gates have been inoperable. Several residents have had their vehicles broken into with catalytic converters cut out. Police reports have been filed and office notified. Office has yet to do anything about any security issues presented. High crime area do not rent from this place.

Jasmine has ben amazing to me. Ñora made everything easy for me from the application process to the move in. Leasing and maintenance team is awesome ????

Vivo en los apartamentos Jasmine hace unos años. Me gusta mucho por que esta cerca de mi trabajo y de todo. Tengo amigos aqui. Muchas gracias al senior Freddy en la oficina siempre me ayuda con lo que necesite y las senioras en la oficina son muy amables.

La reina o Jasmine es un lugar muy especial. Toda mi familia y mis amigos vivimos aquí. La verdad de que el Senior Freddy tomó cargo todo está mil veces mejor. Mucho más limpio, organizado, y arreglan todo más rápido. Antes uno tenía que esperar semanas y ahora casi el mismo día arreglan!

Terrible roach problem, and I’ve never had that issue in any other apartment. The ceiling is very thin, you can hear every step your upstair neighbor makes.

El equipo de trabajo de la oficina es muy atento en atender las necesidades de uno. Me gusta la localización de la propiedad porque está muy cerca de la estación Martha en Doraville, entre otras cosas.

I moved here literally last month beginning of August and I don’t no where to start with the problems. Everyone in the leasing office is terrible and doesn’t no anything and can’t help with anything, someone stole my motorcycle a week after I moved in and there is no security camera’s and there is no so called patrol officer. There is trash literally all over the complex don’t believe me just come take a drive thru and see for yourself. There are roaches everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the guy across the way from me selling drugs always has different random ppl coming all the freaking time. This apartment complex is not what you see, don’t be fooled like I was, I’m ready to move and I haven’t even been here a full 2 months. The water is constantly off, I put in a maintaince request to fix my garbage disposal and it’s been 2 weeks and no one has came. The only good I have to say about this place is the way the apts look. Nice walk in closets full size washer and dryer and literally that’s it. I called the health department on this place because this is horrible. If you don’t believe me I dare you to take a drive thru here.

I lived at Jasmine at Winters Chapel for more than three years. Big roaches were always present in the apartment.Pest control sometimes helped, but they always came back, especially in the summer. The appliances and carpeting were so old, and staples even stuck through the carpet. Hopefully they will renovate the apartments, because the rent does not make sense in such old apartments. The location is convenient, but the gates do not work so people are constantly coming to your door and taxis were always sticking business cards in doors. The leasing staff in the office barely answered the phone and NEVER replied to emails. If you had an issue or request, you needed to go to the office yourself and speak with them in person. The complex includes more than 30 buildings, so the complex is too large for their already incompetent staff to handle. I had multiple issues with my apartment and staff overall, so I was glad to leave this complex.

Lived here for almost a year and wow. The apartment quality is extremely poor, they are blatantly lying about what this complex has (No fitness center, No laundry facilities, etc.), and the maintenance never solves anything. To fix water pouring from my ceiling and dripping grey water everywhere they came in, spray painted the ceiling and left. That's it. Now the ceiling is sinking and they won't respond to further requests. The rent is too high for the quality and care. Beyond all this they will randomly throw charges at you and theres no one to respond to the issues you have anyway as the front desk knows next to nothing about the business they run or the process of charging their tenants. Overall, don't live here.

I had so many roaches when I moved in and I had to bomb my apartment over five separate times to get them removed. The pest control they send do a poor job of exterminating roaches and spiders. When you have things that need fixing in your apartment, it takes months for them to fix or it won't be fixed at all. They will allow you to have bath tub that IS cracking and they never fix it, no matter how you complain. This is the worse experience I've ever had renting. I don't recommend this property. I renewed my lease once last yr, never again. Cant wait to move!

They are full of cockroaches ... of insects of all animals at the moment they are taught they look pretty clean, but after the time the animals come out ... I do not recommend these Jasmine apartments ....

Just moved in to my apt in building 17. Everything is lovely. The pictures are not updated. They are renovating all the apartment and they look cool. Loved it when I saw it because I wanted to stick to monochromatic colors. Affordable and great location. Only thing is the gates don't work. Otherwise highly recommend. Everyone in the office is super nice. Ask for Freddy! Evelyn

I moved in two years ago when this complex was run by a different company. My complaints at the time were the insects and the fact that my apartment always feels damp. But the front desk staff was friendly and active enough that although those problems persisted, we worked together to find a solution. I felt comfortable enough to renew when my first year was up. Weeks after I renewed, they were bought out by DayRise. Do yourself a favor. Just look at the reviews for that company. The problems being discussed about their properties all throughout the South are what you can expect here. Months later, they finally got the online pay system to work and it also managed maintenance requests! Too bad no one EVER checks it. Had water backed up in my dishwasher for two weeks while I waited for a response. Submitted online, followed up twice by phone, but it wasn't until I went to the office with a cup of the orange water that someone "fixed" my dishwasher problem by running it again...cuz forget the personal items that would have been damaged by flooding my apartment. Too bad while maintenance was at the dishwasher, they didn't screw the actual machine back into it's mount. One month later, someone finally came by to follow-up on my online maintenance request. In November, I paid online on a Thursday and did some Christmas shopping the following Monday. Tuesday, I was told my rent payment was declined. What shouldn't have been a HUGE deal became one when upon the first time I was contacted, I was treated pretty badly. In 18 months, I'd never even so much been late with the rent, let alone not paid at all. When I talked to the manager, I was basically yelled at and told it was my fault that 3-5 days after I submitted payment, that the company didn't pull the funds until they did. Fine. It's my responsibility to pay the rent by a certain date and then sit still for up to a week before the account gets charged. I paid the rent the following week as I was on the road and no longer trusted the online system. A week after I paid my rent, I was served with an eviction notice stating that I owed quite a pretty penny. Between this notice, a bill from the utilities provider (an outside company keeping a tab of how much I owe another company for rent) and the phone call with the manager, I was given three different amounts. Paid an additional $500 for the fees.

Here the trash from the dumpster spills out into the street. There are huge roaches everywhere. We don’t get our mail because the mailboxes are full and management refuses to fix it so you have to pick up your mail at the post office. They tow your car because they have a contract with Tucker Towing so hope you have an extra $150 laying around. & They never fix anything. Much better places for half the hassle. Can’t wait til my lease is up.

Do not stay here! Roaches and bugs is everywhere. The Gate never seem to work. The leasing office staff is rude and cocky. I was impressed with their amenities and the apartment spaces. However I started to dislike this neighborhood right away because due to slow maintenance and kids is everywhere. I was promised with two closets space and it was actually one. Our appliances was old and and in need of remodeling for the prices we were paying. After 6 months later of moving out of my one year leasing, I got a phone from the bill collector that we owe Jasmine money due to the damages to the apartment. I was shocked because we were never been personal contact about the damage. What the point in paying security and pet deposit if I get charge additional $500? The only damage we did was the carpet which they shoulda changed for new tenant. Unprofessional and Sketchy! Be aware!

When we toured we were told a certain date and certain price. After paying over $200 to apply we were told the price was going to be $30 higher and that we had to move in a month earlier than the date we told them. They said the price went up because they “upgraded” the apartment. By upgraded they meant they put in a cheap vinyl flooring. Nothing else. We still have appliances that are old as dirt. When I stated that we originally agreed on a different date I was told that if we wait until then to move in the price would go up even more. We tried to get our money back and just go somewhere else but they said we couldn’t get it back because it had been more than 72 hours since we applied (It took them more than 72 hours to call and tell us about the price increase though). We reluctantly had to agree to move in sooner because we didn’t have more money to apply somewhere else. The day before we were supposed to move in the leasing office called and said it wouldn’t be ready for another two days but still wanted us to come in to sign the lease…without seeing the apartment or being able to move in. If not, guess what? Rent increase. So end of moving in 3 days later and the day we do move in they’re still working on it and we can’t sleep there because it smells so strongly of paint fumes, the lock on one of our doors is broken, and our stove didn’t work. It took about a week for them to get those things resolved. (After moving in a talked to a few of my neighbors who said they got tricked the same way.) Since then we’ve had A LOT of things break and each time we called maintenance it took days for a response, if they responded at all. We had a leak a while ago and left a few messages. No one ever called back or came to fix it. We were told there was a laundry room when we moved in but after driving around for a couple hours we discovered that room doesn’t exist. The “Bark Park” is a patch of dirt with a gate that doesn’t close so unless you have the world’s most obedient dog, they will most likely escape. There is a really bad roach problem. We signed up for the pest control that’s supposed to be weekly but they also never came. Also there’s a gate that we were told would be fixed in a week but it’s been broken for the months that we’ve been living there. This place is not worth what we’re paying for it. They are scam artists who don’t care about their tenants. Please save your money and live somewhere else.

They are really bad in management. Worst place ever
