Property Ratings at Arbors at Natchez Trace Apartments
I contacted the leasing office multiple times in reference to one of my bathrooms being locked. When I finally got in contact with someone they told me since I had one working bathroom I would have to wait until Monday before maintenance came out. Just ridiculous, I'm sure if this happened to them they would want this fixed ASAP. I currently have 3 people staying in my apartment; we all cannot use the bathroom at the same time. I pay for a 2/2 and not a 2/1. Currently counting down the time when my lease is up.
Current Management is very worst and Worst Maintenance Service.
My husband and I love our apartment! It is in a safe suburban area with great amenities such as a pool, club house, tennis courts, and a gazebo on a pond with a water feature. Our apartment come with a dishwasher, range/oven, and refrigerator in the kitchen. Master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment also has tons of storage space thanks to a private and secure storage unit on the patio/balcony of each apartment. All of the apartments they have for rent are spacious and lovely.
