Me and my Fiancée were looking at a two bedroom apartment at the Arbors at Eastland. My Fiancée is the only one working atm, and the office told us that he made too much money a year, which their maximum was about 32, 000/year. They said that this was calculated by person, and these apartments were only suited for low-income families. This was indeed interesting since even their initial pet fee is $200, which would be really hard to pay if you were low income. The woman treated us nicely but their regulations seemed very sketchy. We didn't even get to view the inside of the apartments beforehand; the woman bringing out the agreement forms before anything. Thus, if you are working and considered middle class, be aware that you might be turned away because you make too much money per year.

Arbors at Eastland is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. From how well they keep up on maintenance, to the very clean and cared for yards and playgrounds, you will never be let down. A very professional staff that will get things done in order for you to love most comfortably. The pool and work out rooms are kept exceptionally clean, along with the clubhouse. Spacious rooms and updated kitchens are a must have for a large family like mine (6). Pets are also welcomed which is awesome because we all have our furry little family members.

This is the first apartment we have lived in that's felt like home! Our 3 bedroom is huge and has two full baths! At a very reasonable price this place is a steal! The neighborhood is friendly and clean, which is a big deal for an apartment complex! The maintenance crew works hard to make sure everything runs effectively and they are great at responding to problems swiftly!

I have a four bedroom two bath apartment on the second floor. We love it. It has off white walls instead of boring white and there isn't a single sliding closet door. Double doors on all the closets! All the closets are spacious and the master bedroom has a walk in closet. The bathrooms are huge. Washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a storage closet on our balcony. The maintenance staff is amazing. They are very friendly and prompt. The office staff is also great! Super helpful and nice. This apartment is my favorite apartment out of all the ones I have ever lived in.

I've been living here for over 4 years, the apartments and the apartment complex are beautiful and the management and maintenance crew are great! I've never had an issue aside from general maintenance, and I've never had a problem with my neighbors. If you need an apartment, check out Arbors At Eastland, you'll love it here!

Love it here! It's a great community! It's beautiful and there is a great maintenance crew that keeps it all pretty and working! The ladies in the office are amazing too!

We chose this area because it was close but set apart from the city kind of place. Surrounded by trees and fields, quiet great mix of neighbors, you simply can't find better staff and management and they are always reaching out to you. Love it. Will always highly reccomend and already have :)

The apartments are nice but the people who work in the office dont care about the residents. We always told them about noise complaints from neighbors kids jumping up and down while our newborn baby was asleep and waking her up and a neighbor coming to my door trying to beat me up because i asked her kids to stop being so loud and she got mad i had to call the cops because her kids were threatening my daughters. The maintenance guys here are awesome they fix anything thats wrong.

I have lived at Arbors at Eastland for 7 1/2 years and have loved it every day I have been here. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I would definitely give it 5 stars and would recommend this community to any family. I have lived at Arbors of Eastland six years. I have really enjoyed living here, I am from another state, but when I moved here to Arbors of Eastland, the staff made me feel very welcome and at home. After six years of living here my family and I have made some great friends and have had a lot fun. I have thought to myself that maybe I want to buy a house or rent another apartment. I just can't bring myself to move because I feel so at home. Anytime I have had a problem whether it's personal or something with my apartment the staff has always been so quick to help fix it. My apartment and grounds are very clean. I have never had bugs, the windows are tight with a great seal doors seal and close great. This makes it good for heating and cooling bills. Every spring there's new mulch trimmed bushes and trees and Maintence is done every spring on anything that may need it from the winter.. In the winter time staff doesn't slow down. They still keep up with all repairs and snow removal from side walks and parking lots. Even on week ends if needed. I have also seen managers and maintenance staff show up extra early to hand out hot chocolate to kids catching the bus for school to help keep them warm.. Every apartment has issues from time to time but I know Arbors at Eastland is quick to resolve it, it's a great safe place to raise kids. I feel very safe here. I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

The Arbors at Eastland has been a great community for my daughter and myself. There aren't any shenanigans and it's peaceful. My only suggestion is to upgrade the playground equipment, there are a lot of small children here and the playground doesn't reflect that.

The Arbors At Eastland Apartments are a great place to live for low income families or a new couple just starting out. Located a minute from Burkhardt Road and Morgan Avenue, the apartments are minutes away from food, gas, grocheries, and Eastland Mall. With a classy brick exterior, and well manicured landscapes these apartments have a respectable curb appeal. The biggest drawback however is that you must qualify in order to rent here. Your approximate combined household income must be less than $30k a year in order to qualify. That being said, once you have quaified, there is no requirement to requalify should you decide to extend your lease. So theoretically you could make less than $30k when you move in, and make more than $30k by the time you sign your second year lease and still live here. The interior of the apartments is a fairly modern design with a combined kitchen/dining/living area. Each apartment comes with a private balcony or small outdoor patio area, with a storage closet. A washer and dryer is included in the kitchen area, which is a plus. However, there is very little cabinet space in the kitchen. In fact you may want to bring some sort of shelving along to make up for the lack of storage. We rent a two bedroom, two bath which is great for two people, but if your family is any larger than that you may want to rent a three or four bedroom. The parking lots and sidewalks are well lit at night, and it always feels safe walking to take out the trash after dark. There is only one dumpster however, and it is a considerable distance away. The leasing staff and matainence team are very prompt, friendly, and polite. Any problems you have are usually solved within a few days. You may want to reconsider if you have pets, as the pet deposit is outrageous and non-refundable, and there is a monthly pet fee for each pet. Our two cats cost us an extra $50 a month. You may also want to reconsider if you like grilled foods, because the Arbors At Eastland allows neither gas nor charcoal grills within 20 feet of the building. So unless you want to drag your grill to the curb everytime you want to make burgers, made even more complicated for upstairs occupants, a grill is not an option. The only other drawback is the unsupervised children outside. Overall at about $100 less than other 2b/2b in Evansville it is a great place to live.

I have lived at Arbors At Eastland for a year now. I have rented several apartments in Evansville but no one compares to them. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, answer any questions I have, and the maintenance takes care of issues in most cases within 24 hours. They also do a great job keeping up with the outside. Grass is cut, flowers are beautiful, and they pick up debri every morning. Every apartment includes a washer and dryer which is hard to find these days without paying a lot. They also have a pool, fitness center, and 2 playgrounds. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

The maintenance staff are quick to address any issue, efficient, friendly and thorough. The community is overall quiet and very well kept. The only problem I could report was my upstairs neighbor being very loud and walking like a stampede of wild animals constantly!!! (But that is not the fault of the management) I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids!

I just moved in and I have to say that I'm blown away by the staff and apartment. I needed to move in right away and the ladies in the office did everything in their power to accommodate my family in a time of need. The apartment is in great condition and we have tons of space. I couldn't pick a better place to call home for myself and my kids.
