I don’t even know where to start. This is the nastiest place I’ve ever lived. Roaches in my clock stove the week of moving in and I’m a very clean person. Shootings, stabbings, yelling in the roads. Dog crap everywhere.. my boy even got sick from it. The office is rude and will ignore you. Please don’t even think about this place. The review they are posting is fake
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and everything is a fight to make it happen. Customer Service is non existent unless you have time to go spend an hour sitting in the front office. The extra fees are ridiculous considering half of the amenities are not usable. He is the business center that is never open and doesn’t even have a printer, the lackluster tennis court that is always covered in Dog poop, or the gym that might have 1 treadmill working at a time. It’s not safe here either. With the front gates not being I use for months now. Shootings and swat being called and stabbings. I recommend looking elsewhere that is cheaper and doesn’t have any “amenities” rather than paying extra for a place that doesn’t even have the things it talks about but charges for anywhere.
It was fine for the first three months but noisy neighbors and a roach infestation that I’m skeptical maintenance ignored after they marked it complete even though no one showed up has left me frustrated more often than not with my apartment.
I would NOT apply to live in this apartment complex EVER AGAIN!!!! Leasing office is terrible they do not care about your needs. Maintenance move on their own time, emergency or non-emergency they come when they want. If they ever come! You pay for trash pick up & you are only allowed to have a certain size bag put out whether or not big family or small. OVER ALL JUST TERRIBLE!!!
Been here year and half. Had my windshield broke less 2 months in along with 8 other cars. 2 days ago my Cadillac converter cut out of my car and all the under carriage damage cost me $2,164.00 I called and reported to cops and also asked for the business office to rent one of the garages. They never got back to me so I had to see them. Out of all the garages they claim none available in the whole complex but there us to be tons available. She said lately everyone wants one, yes because of the crime. I even had a guy block me in and when I got away he chased me through the complex with another car, just as he pulled along side me I cranked up my stereo and dialed 911. He heard the operator say 911 what's your emergency and speed off. They said upon showing this to use its a safe secure complex. When I just told the office lady what we were told she laughed and said nothing is fully safe and secure. I said not when your gates ha e been broken over 60% of the time.
The rental rates are ridiculous in SC right now. Arbours is the least expensive and yet great value
It is a beautiful place very quite and nice neighborhood Noone ever messed with my stuff or my family. So yes I would recommend it to friends and/or family.
I would recommend the complex but beware of price
The location is great when being compared to apartment complexes.
It's all about the people that move in here. With my experience it has been noisy, parties and weed smoking
Comfortable and safe. Gets the job done of being a roof over my head that I don't feel like I'm having to put in extra work to make sure it's maintained.

The community meets my needs very well.
I've been having trouble with people not communicating well with me which has been the problem through the whole process of moving in here. Malik was super helpful towards the end but the lack of communication throughout the entire front office astounds me.
My expectations were exceeded in every way. I have been so pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much.
Consistently inoperable gates in a "gated" community create an atmosphere that welcomes drugs and illegal activity. During the year-and-a-half my wife and I have lived here, the gates have worked maybe half of the time. I'm sure they could be replaced with better-quality gates that work; if not, better to just totally remove them, and duly lower rent seeing Arbors would then be officially ungated, which essentially it already is half the time.
The customer service is great!!!
I probably would recommend this apartment complex but I would also advise anyone looking to move here that the front office can be unresponsive and the phone rarely gets answered. Anytime I call for something I always have to leave a voicemail and wait for someone to call back.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complex was clean and smelled good. The amenities were great. Rent was a bit steeper than expected, but I understand that has to do with the market and availability.

Based on what has happened here recently, my car was robbed it was hit 2x , there was a video recorded drug deal to a child outside of my apartment and this week my mailbox was robbed of packages (verified by postal service) I am regretting recommending this complex to anyone simply because the office staff refuses to put cameras or take any responsibility. There are various police reports etc and the management says they will take care of things and they simply don't . I am very upset about this as I have great neighbors who want to move bc of these events as well.
Leasing agent Dana listened to my request and made sure it was handled promptly. Gavin, a member of the maintenance team was very courteous and professional. He was determined to solve the problem and did so in a timely manner. Eric, also a member of the team, stopped by when Gavin thought he would need additional help with the plumblng. Thankfully they didn't have to do extensive work to complete the job.
The speediness of the front desk and maintenance has been remarkable! I absolutely love apartment life! Coming from living in a house for the last 8 years this definitely helps with the transition.
It's a nice complex and I like that it is gated
It has everything you need in your everyday life, fitness and entertainment. Gated safe community. Makes you feel as your at a resort.
I would in this case because the job was completed shortly after I submitted my request.
It took over 2 months to get my laundry door fixed. I called and entered the issue on the web portal. It was hard to reach office staff unless I got off of work early and went by the office. Overall. I enjoyed my stay there but the price was not reflective of what I received.
My overall experience from the time I've moved in until now has been mostly positive. The community is quiet and the amenities are very convenient

The location of the complex is excellent! It is a quiet and safe area. The rooms are large and comfortable. So far, though, maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.

Be aware that there are a lot of extra fees that should be in rent quote . Rent will increase substantially

I loved the location. I would recommend it for that and the new renovations were good. I was just ready to move and wanted a change. My apartment was being renovated so that kind of gave me a reason to move too

It is a renovated apartment but it does feel like a lot of corners were cut during the renovation. ‘They slapped paint over a lot of things. Other things like my floor and ceiling look like they were a rushed job.

Although it took 6 days for my toilet to be fixed, once it was addressed the maintenance worker knew exactly how to fix the problem and I have not had an issue since.

The on-site gym isn’t maintained. The equipment is in need of repair, the area is not clean. The security gates operate sometimes,residents are careless with their pets at times( they don’t clean up after them.). Poor lighting in the bedrooms.
If the maintenance team as a whole are all as attentive and professional as 'Lamont'then this community would be top notch!!!

i am handicapped an cannot walk to the trash and mail box. it would be helpful to have benches around the property to be able to rest. another idea would have a trash pickup once a week for seniors and handicap at a slight cost .
I have lived here almost 7 years. Would love to see more attention given to making a number of apartments handicapped accessible. Invite seniors here! They make good tenants!
