Very nice place to live overall. Maintenance is good, location is ideal and the neighborhood is friendly. Beautiful views of the woods and plenty of places to go on walks.

Living here has been pretty decent overall. The apartment itself is nice, with a good layout and a peaceful vibe, but communication with management can be hit or miss. Maintenance isn’t the fastest, so you’ll have to follow up sometimes, but the move-in process was smooth and the space feels like home once you settle in. Not perfect, but workable if you’re proactive.

Moving here was a transitional experience for us as we are soon to become new home owners in this area. Having the ability to experience and watch the overall development of this new community is an a lil bit of a rare unicorn one. We wanted to know what the "In-between" would feel like...meaning the luxury apartment/Gated community lifestyle experience and well...after visiting the property prior, Arbor Greenleigh seemed to offer just that in a Nut Shell. I remember when this area was ABOLUTELY NOTHING years ago. A large plot of undeveloped mass of land with a whole lot of potential. Now, we get to watch it become something and some place beautiful, up close and personal. I believe whole heartedly it was the best & smartest choice we could have made. The best part of about the community is the DIVERSITY, like the great melting pot I'm from. Makes me feel like I'm back Home! I rated this 4 stars because, I want to believe there's always room for IMPROVEMENT!

Love it here. The staff is top notch. The only complaint if I had one, is the irresponsible dog owners who refuse to pick up after their dogs. But this is not the fault of management who send regular reminders.

I love everything about living here. The location is convenient to my work and family. The amenities are wonderful and suitable to my needs. I have storage, garage parking, and although the complex is large, I have the privacy I crave. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is amazing. The office staff are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always quick to respond. Even the cleaning staff are always smiling and greet you with a friendly hello. Arbors is very dog friendly and my pups love living here, too. The food trucks provide a nice option for dinners and while I am more of an introvert the activities they sponsor every month are great. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy living here.

Things in the building are going downhill fast. The door to the tras room has not closed properly for months. People still just throw their trash in the door and on the floor. The door entering the building from the garage was broken for over a week. Neighbors yell/argue every day and slam door so hard I have had pictures fall off the wall. Just renewed lease because convenient to my daughter but if price keeps going up may not do it next time.

Everything has been great here for the most part! We love our place and the amenities that comes with it. The only issue is the building's infrastructure and some neighbors who aren't truly considerate of their neighbors and the external environment (Hallway, Elevators, etc.). We love our place, don't get me wrong, but there's a lot that can be improved. You can hear every single little thing a neighbor is doing, regardless of if it's the neighbor above, below, or next to you. Neighbors above you seems to be an issue for residents here commonly and I've spoken to a few who has made several complaints about them. My neighbor above me seem to have gotten worse after the last few complaints, so my advice -- be prepare for your neighbor to retaliate if you do complain, just in case. As for the environment, residents can leave a huge mess - dog poop, skid marks all in elevator, and a huge mess in trash rooms. Be prepared to have those neighbors who ignores you if you speak to them.

It’s peaceful most of the time and all the amenities in the building are good 4 staying in most days. Don’t know anywhere else that could be better the gym is 24/7 access and parking garage is great 4 bad weather days

We have been residents at the arbors for 5 years now! It has been a very good experience. The community is very clean and well kept and a cleaning crew is here daily cleaning the common areas and hallways. The maintenance staff is extraordinary! They are friendly and very quick to respond to requests. They are very respectful and we are comfortable with them entering our home even when we are not home. The community has many great amenities and activities for residents. The food trucks are great! We have very friendly neighbors and have made friends in the community. The leasing office staff is one of a kind! They are responsive to concerns and requests, they are friendly and really care and we consider them family. Lastly our pups love it here this is a very dog friendly community! We for sure plan to renew our lease unless we get a home first! So thankful for the Arbors!

The Arbors at Greenleigh (formerly the Arbors At Baltimore Crossroads) Is a wonderful place to live. If you are looking for an average run of the mill every day apartment complex, then don’t come here. The Arbors at Greenleigh Is anything but average. From their warm and welcoming staff, to meticulously maintained grounds, great amenities, and comfortable, quiet, living spaces, it is a wonderful place to call home.

I love my new apartment and the staff here at The Arbors have been really helpful. My move in experience was a breeze; I was welcomed into the community and offered a courteous welcoming packet along with complimentary cleaning supplies. I give my review a 4/5, because I was supposed to have a modem (internet and wifi connection) already set up in my apartment upon move in, but it was not set up. I reached out to staff and they scheduled an appointment for my modem to be set up by a technician 8 days after my move in date and the technician never showed up. This has made it inconvenient for me to work from home on my remote days due to the lack of connection. As a result, I have had to utilize my hotspot on my phone for my first week. I hope my experience with The Arbors will improve and this pause will not reflect my entire experience. I look forward to continuing my journey here at The Arbors, in the meantime.

Living at Arbor's is so warm welcoming a very friendly and secure apartment to live I enjoy the people are so friendly the amenities are everything I always wanted all place to go and celebrate to go out and have a meal all is close less then a mile if you don't drive walking is a short distance traveling far is not needed living at Arbor's I would recommend the place to a friend family member...

My experience has been very pleasant. Staff has always responded promptly and has resolved any issue that I have. Had. The upkeep of the property has always been pristine and the atmosphere created by the other tenants has always been excellent and makes this a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Been renting from this location for 4 years. Maintenance is prompt in repairs in the apartment. Cleaning women are here on a weekly basis doing their jobs. Groundskeeper is always picking up trash around the community trying to keep it free of debris. Leasing office are always friendly and they have various activities throughout the month. Only downside is noise that you can hear your neighbors among other noises throughout the area.

The Arbors is a great place to live. We have great amenities, close to many eating and entertainment areas and about a 15 minute drive to the city. Staff is great here and people are friendly. It is a bit pricey and that is why I did not give it 5 stars.

Great amenities. Pool is a wonderful treat in the summer. Variety of exercise equipment that's well kept. Nice, quiet environment. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

I love living at the Arbors. Our front office staff, management, and maintenance are all wonderful. It’s a great community and I love all of the activities and amenities provided year round!

Arbors is the best place to live! The staff is amazing, relatively no issues at all in the community. They are always having a resident activity for fun. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and 95.

Been living here since 2020 and I have zero complaints. I recommend Arbors to everybody looking for a safe luxury apartment. Rental office employees are always courteous and friendly, as well as maintenance.

So far so great, moved in yesterday! Loving it so far! The property management staff is great, the maintenance staff is great, the neighbors are welcoming. Everything just feels right about Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads.

Great property in a good location. Building is typically clean and the maintenance staff is awesome. I would love to see more business close by. And sometimes the noise from neighbors can be a little much.
