I enjoy living at Arbors. It is convenient for the location of everyday shopping needs. The community is basically quiet and so are my neighbors. I have a great relationship with a few of the staff from the rental office and maintenance is quick to respond to the needs of the tenants.

Upon moving in, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the neighborhood. It's peaceful here too. No loud children making noise outside. The staff in the office are efficient and knowledgeable. Kayla assisted me with my move-in. She is thorough, and makes sure all I's are dotted and t's are crossed. I really enjoy the area. There's so many things to do and restaurants to eat at. I've only been here 1 week and so far so great!

it’s a nice neighborhood. i love that they renovated the gym. i hope they think about renovating some other stuff as well. the only think that i don’t like… our garage gate has been broken for at least 2 months.

The entire process has been very smooth since getting here the only true complaint I have about this place is that the payment/billing system can be confusing. According to when you get to these apartments your first bill won’t generate however you can go to the customer service desk and they will help pull it up on their side for you to both sit down and review.

I just moved in, so far so good, minor wear and tear in the apartment, nothing major. worth the price point considering the economy were in. clean grounds, well kept property, tenants are putting their trash out early which makes me concerned for vermin. but we shall see. male staff is great.

Kitchen shelves have fallen 5 times; maintenance has been responsive and willing to try new things. The apartment is compact but well laid out. The front office is attentive and very reactive to requests. Overall a good apartment experience.

The staff are very friendly, the community is very nice. One thing that I didn’t like is that the apartment wasn’t very clean when they gave me the key it should’ve been cleaned very well but apparently it hasn’t!

Staying at Arbors at Arundel Preserve all in all has been a pleasant experience. As changes come about the majority of the staff has been as helpful and concerning as they can be. I enjoy the peace of the neighborhood and the convenience of living in this area. The maintenance crew for Arbors at Arundel Preserve on the norm are on top of request and attentive to the job orders. My neighbors are pretty much quiet and keep to themselves as I am a true introvert and do the same. We speak when we are in the common area at the same time and are pleasant to one another, but we just keep on moving. Overall, I am okay with my resident experience.

Wish we had an elevator for building 4! Its extremely difficult and exhausting to load/unload furniture or heavy items without an elevator specially if you in the top floors.

Decent place to live no complaints about anything so far. I enjoy the trash service and gated parking. Apartments are updated and the staff is nice.

The package room that is open 24hrs is pretty cool. Nice area surrounding the apartments. You key fob to get into most places on the property. The common space areas is a nice place to switch up movie night.

The maintenance team is fast to repair things. The apartment is beautiful. The only thing that has bothered us is the stomping you hear each day from upstairs.

I had the opportunity to tour my actual apartment when I visited the property 2 weeks before my move-in, I told them about the chipped paint and it was still there on move-in day. Upon moving in I discovered that the sink in the master bathroom would not drain and the blinds in the master bedroom was broken, the carpet is very worn in certain spots. I believe they did do a walk thru, but just cleaned and that was it. I am disappointed with the issues (small but still issues) condition of my apartment. I moved-in on Friday and as of today, Wednesday still not fixed.

Very clean apartments with spacious bathrooms, closet space, modern HVAC, and kitchen amenities (gas stoves and fireplace) while excellent maintenance staff and grounds cleaning crew do a great job. Mailroom package pickup is organized and secure with a login code, while leasing office staff is helpful. The beautiful pool, decent gym, business center, and rec room facilities are pretty nice and well maintained. Parking is plentiful (parking structure and rented garages are available), and it feels safe and crime free (vehicle gates have key fob access) plus within walking distance to some restaurants across the street (Maiwand Afghani kebabs - highly recommended, Five Guys pizza and burgers, Starbucks, Wawa gas station, Bagels-n'-Grind bakery, etc.). My only real issue is the lack of elevator service unless you're in the two main buildings closest to the main leasing office. Other buildings have to make do with just stairs, which can be a workout if you're located on a higher floor.

Quite well kept, cleaner than average apartments with solid amenities for a pretty competitive price. Had one email I sent out not get a reply but otherwise the management is good at responding quickly.

I have enjoyed living here. I am glad that the entrances have gained more security with the FOB key access. I definitely feel more safe. The dog park has been a wonderful amenity for my little dog. Close to the highway and all my shopping needs.

Things are kinda going downhill around here. The elevator has been broke several times this year. There’s also missing and broken equipment in the gym.
I am comfortable being a resident at Arbors at Arundel Preserve. My neighbors and I really keep to ourselves, but we know each other. I will always rave on the maintenance team as they show up and compete issues fast. The location of our apartments from the city, 295, and the casino is all an added plus.

It's close to work, shopping, fastfood and entertainment. I've never lost any packages and received every piece of mail since moving to my place. The neighbors are friendly, courteous and respectful. It's a very eclectic community: students, working people, families, military. Management is on top of things. The property is well maintained. Our building door just had a makeover. Trash is collected only on specific days, and leaving them out in the hallways outside of collection days is never encouraged. They are responsive when you need something. Just the other day, I left my house key at work, which never happens except for this one instance when I had to work at another location (and I left my key at the other office)! Anyway, I needed to get into my apartment, and Kayla one of the property managers was kind enough to lend me a temporary key to use until I could get my key the following day. Great experience so far!

Best place to live. Rapid service, excellent employees, exteriors are beautiful! We have been here for 6 months, nothing bad to say. Exteriors are always clean, beautiful views. When requesting service from maintenance they always have the quickest response. Office employees are always smiling, customer oriented and they know your name. They have really good activities where you can get to know neighbors! I love it here.

The entire Team at Arbors is Amazing! They always exceed my expectations. I’ve lived here almost two years but recently got a new puppy and needed a ground level unit.
