Arbor West Apartments

My car was towed from the property despite having valid registration. The only issue was that I was waiting on a new license plate sticker to arrive in the mail. The registration wasn't expired, and I had documentation to prove it. Instead of reaching out or issuing a warning, management allowed towing to happen without any notice or consideration. This shows a serious lack of communication and compassion from the management team. If you're considering moving here, be aware that they may not give residents the benefit of the doubt or take reasonable circumstances into account. On top of that, the complex is often loud, with noise issues that are never truly addressed. Management’s solution is to leave generic warning papers on everyone’s doors, which does nothing to solve the actual problem. If you’re looking for a place with reasonable management and a quiet environment, I would look elsewhere. This place has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. To top it off, the rent here is high for what you actually get. Between the poor management, unresolved noise issues, and lack of basic respect for residents, this place is not worth the price.

They only want your money with the least amount of responsibility. Mouse infested and terrible management. Even you pay your rent on time they treat you like garbage. seriously stay away.

They make those property seem to be so great when you come visit and take a tour. This property and management is a joke. Building smell like smoke. There is garbage everywhere. Maintenance will say they come and put in a completed order when they never showed up. Maintenance will also break stuff in your apartment and then the property manager will try to blame you and say you can’t live here anymore. I cannot wait for my lease to be out for I never have to deal with this horrible property and management again.

There is one start because i can’t put no stars. I have been living in Arbor West apartments for less than 3 months and it is TERRIBLE! The front office does not adhere to any complaints especially important issues. Our floor flooded both my kitchen and the lobby area and maintenance left it that way! Mold is growing and they have yet to address the issue. So as I write this, I have wet flooring under my kitchen table where I eat! Before moving in we were promised they would be building an indoor pool facility and no leases would be renewed. Well... 3 months later the project hasn’t started and every tenant is still living here. Did I forget to mention everyone smokes marijuana in and around the property? Again, I am only disclosing this information because I do not want anyone to fall into the same trap we did. There are MUCH better options elsewhere. New management doesn’t mean better changes! Starting with the front office it is terrible service all around. Be smart.

This place is horrible the office is lazy and never responds to your problems. They never change anything basic like air filters. They are not considerate of your own work schedule. They work on the apartments as people move out and if you work nights you lose sleep! They make it hard for you to enjoy being home. The parking lot is small and full of pot holes. Go somewhere else this place is no good.

I’ve been living here for three years. There is potholes and there is mold in the walls there have been times were my hole bathroom and room will be Flooded with water and are apartment didn’t have heat for two winters and I told the office didn’t do nothing about it they put in a new Furnace when I call the gas company and they said it was letting out carbon dioxide and sent them a note there has been no brake ins in are place and the people that live here is nice but unless they fix the parking lot and the the plumbing and the molding inside the walls I would say don’t live here it’s not worth it
