We have been very happy with this community since relocating here in 2008. The main reason for moving to Arbor Place was because of the professionalism that was displayed by Barbara (manager). Barbara continues to be professional, friendly, and concerned about the residents. The maintenance team lead by Keri, has done a great job in making sure maintenance requests get attended to in a timely matter. Since Wanda has been in the office, she has maintained excellent skills in dealing with the residents, and has a very "kind spirit." This place is highly recommended by us. B & H Brown

Although I had seen and heard many things about Arbor Place, I had to try it for myself. It has been the best experience I have ever had. The current office staff is like my family. They are really sensitive to the needs of each and every resident that lives in the community. I often get homesick because of the drastic relocation to Georgia from New York but it's nice to have a place away from home that makes me feel comfortable, secure, and at PEACE. I really don't have to worry about anything because I know that the staff will do all that they can do to see that I am happy living in this wonderful community. We are definitely an active community! We share "tears" on special movie nights, "sweat" on our frequent work-out nights, and boy do we "laugh!!" It's nice to share a laugh or two with others. As our relationships grow and flourish into lifelong relationships, I know that the memories will last a lifetime for us all. If you need a home away from home, just stop by Arbor Place. This is a WONDERFUL place to live! It is well-kept and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have lived here twice now - once for 5 years and now so far for 2 years. The pool and amenities are always kept clean and neat. No need to go to any other apts when the BEST is right here!!!
I have been living at Arbor Place for 14 months and I can say that their customer service has been awesome! They have been responsive and courteous within every point of communication.
The best thing going for this property is the leasing manager Barbra. She truly goes out of her way to ensure the complex feels like home. I mean Waaaaay above the call of duty, not a common occurrence in the property management arena here in Atlanta. For example, When we moved in there were some stains on my front door area from the previous tenant. Maybe they left garbage & stained the floor area. One day i hear scrubbing sounds after changing my sons pamper. I open the door who is outside my door?! Barbra!.... not only was she cleaning the stains after hours, but she cleaned the entire breeze way, stairs & walls. This is just one example! In a customer service climate where more than often you hear what people are not willing to do for you. It was truly refreshing to see someone go above and beyond. shes is the reason we moved in, renewed & will stay until our home is ready. Thank you Barbra
I’ve been staying here almost 2yrs and I can say this is the longest I ever stayed at an apartment. It’s very peaceful the workers are very nice amd helpful at all times. I can count on one hand how many maintenance request I had to submit. I do recommend anybody that’s looking for a great living space to look into Aprbor place.

I live here for five years and the office staff is awesome. Barbra the GM Angela and Aaron. They are carrying helpful and professional the maintenance staff Kerry and Roger promptly fix all my issue. Where should i start I’ve been looking for an apartment for 3 to 4 months I found Arbor place on apartments finder so i decided to check them out before then About 9 different apartments turn me Down, As I walked through the door i had already prepared myself to get shut down once again i sat in Mr.Aron’s office and from the moment i walked through the door I felt his presence and it was only good vibes he took me around to check out the apartments and the pictures are nice but in person it’s so beautiful within 30 minutes i was signing paperwork to get into my first apartment I couldn’t have asked for better, the staff welcomed me with open arms and i can’t wait to enjoy my apartment!!! Arbor Place is the place to be!!

I will be relocating from Syracuse NY to Douglasville GA. Found a beautiful apartment online called Arbor Place. I decided to give the property management a called and Aaron answered the phone. He was not only nice...courteous but exemplified great customer service to me without me physically touring the property. Submitted app and fee...was approved and due to move in late March. Great customer service skills!
I have lived at Arbor Place for almost 2 yrs, it is the best apartment complex that I have had the pleasure of residing. The professional staff and management is absolute is the greatest, they go out of the way to assist you and the other residences that live. Anytime that you enter the office area you are greeted with a big smile and a truly warm smile. I can not think of any other place that I would want to live. The manager Mrs. Barbara is the really glue that holds the office and complex together.
The staff & management of Arbor Place, Barb, Donna, Gina & the maintenance crew, cannot be praised enough! The care and personal connection is almost unheard of, these days. I am disabled and live alone. The 3rd day I was here, my daughter called and couldn't reach me. She called the main office and had them thinking I may have fallen and was in a precarious situation. Barb, the overall manager, didn't just send the maintenance guys to check on me...she CAME WITH THEM! To assure that I was okay! Donna and Gina, have also been on top of EVERYTHING I have requested! If you're looking for a place to live, in Douglasville, Georgia...go no further than Arbor Place Apts!! Clean, Secure, and SOOOO Professional!

My husband and I have been here for 3 years now We have had no major issues For most part it’s quiet & clean I feel safe going and coming no matter the time Yes , there a few things I would like to see improve example trash compactor gets jam but I can’t say it’s apt fault due to whts being place n there U would think ppl wouldn’t dump furniture or other large items but they do n tht cuz it to jam creates a big mess for workers Since new owners they hve keep up on appearance of place we recently got new roof / repaved the parking lot / upgrade gym equipment evntho I still go to my other gym I like having tht option Now they r converting tennis court to picnic area/ dog park / basketball court my apt is only few steps away I’m looking forward to having a new place to go for my afternoon walks & enjoying cookout

This Apartment Complex has been the greatest experience for me. I have had other apartments and they can't compare to the experience living I am having here at Arbor Place. I moved into Lakeside at Arbor place 3 months ago. The staff is very friendly, fast response to questions, and easy to pay rent online. The place is very well maintained and clean. I have been living at Arbor Place for quit a few years and it has been a joy living here. Its clean and it has been a great experience so far. The staff especially the manager takes the time to greet, hug, and take care of my concerns if needed. Maintenance always takes care of any issues that I have in a timely manner and cleans up after their selves. I have recommended my friends to Arbor Place and I will continue to refer.
Moved in a little over a month ago. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating, especially Ms. Lisa. Grounds are managed well, with beautiful scenery, and the apartments are very nice! My girlfriend and I rented a 2-1, and have enjoyed living here. The community is quiet and friendly. My only recommendation is to install a 24-hour access to the gym.

My husband and I moved here recently to begin our lives living on our own. We're both in our immediate 20s and don't have credit at all. The team was extremely lenient and helpful despite our problems and helped us to get into an apartment immediately with zero problems. Donna was very helpful in showing us around and answering every question we had since we've never lived apart from our parents. Where others said "You've gotta have a cosigner", Arbor Place said "You've got to start somewhere". I currently reside at Century Arbor Place in Douglas County, Georgia. I have a one bedroom apartment that I occasionally share every other week with my five year old son. My current monthly rate is $770 a month. The apartment is all electric. Water is tacked on to rent at the end of each month so I'm able to pay both at one time. The location is great because it's within walking distance of Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, Burger King and Kroger. Traffic isn't too terrible getting in and out of the complex daily. The office staff has always been very friendly when coming in the doors. My biggest complaint is maintenance times. I had my refrigerator break 3 separate times before anyone decided to replace it after multiple attempts to have it replaced. I was told by the maintenance manager that it wasn't in their budget to replace my refrigerator. There is a lack of communication between resident's and the office. I have to call hours after I left a voicemail just to make sure my voicemail was received. I would prefer that maintenance leave some sort of letter stating when they come and go out of my apartment when I am not there (I've seen this in previous apartments), but they don't do that. These apartments are a little pricier than other ones around the area. I find it worth it for a few reasons. The gates do stay closed for the most part daily. That was an important detail in my search for an apartment. I want to feel safe with my young son when getting in and out of my car at night. The buildings are beautiful on the inside. I love the granite counter tops, the dark cabinets and appliances. The doors are big and detailed. Each apartment has a little office space that I once found useless but is perfect for a reading room, another closet or even storage. The property is mostly maintained. The pool is in a bad area with the trees and doesn't seem like it ever gets cleaned, but it's a nice area to hang out with friends and cook out. This is the 4th apartment complex I have lived it and by far the only one I would recommend as the best overall apartments to live at in the Douglas County area. I have extended my lease and plan on staying another year. I don't think any apartment will be perfect and every thing you want. You just have to be able to over look some things and see what you can deal with. Home is where you make it! :)
I've been staying at Century Arbor Place for a month so I'm not sure how useful my review is but my overall experience has been positive. Requests are addressed in a decent amount of time and my neighbors seem very nice. It's usually pretty quiet as well.
