This Cleveland community is the culmination of the positive change that happens when federal, state, municipal and local government entities (both Republican and Democrat) work together with schools, churches, businesses, architects, builders and most importantly, area residents to impart positive change to breathe life back into the area. In July, ‘09 the Learning Center at Arbor Park Village was awarded Model status by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's ("HUD") Neighborhood Networks, one of a very few centers across the nation to receive this status! Arbor Park Village also has an on-site, state-of-the-art day care and early childhood development center. A beautiful community center for resident meetings and events. Central town park area with a water feature. Two children’s playgrounds and large playing fields. Sliding rent scale based on household income.
