The apartment itself is nice enough. There are some paint drips on the floor, squeaky shower floors, etc, but overall a decent place. It’s pretty difficult to find parking in the evenings if you don’t pay for an assigned spot. The management people we’ve talked to don’t seem to know what’s going on. We’ve asked some basic questions about garbage, parking, utilities, etc and have been met with some variation of “I’m not sure.” Very frustrating.

Beautiful view on the 4th floor with balcony. Would be nice for one assigned parking spot. Or how many people live in the apartment should also get a fob. Not just one for the whole apartment.
I moved into a 1 bedroom about a month ago now. I moved from out of state. It's been an experience. The office was so helpful, answering my many questions and concerns. I appreciate all the help I was given to help me navigate the online application process. Love my new home. The layout is well thought out. So much closet space. Living room closet, a shelved pantry closet in the kitchen, a shelved hall closet, a shelved bathroom closet and a good sized walk in closet in the bedroom. There's even a locking closet outside, next to patio. Also, I love the garbage pickup at the front door. What a timesaver. My moving boxes were also taken with the garbage after I broke them all down! What a huge help that was. And the location is just perfect. So close to pretty much everything you would need. So really enjoying my new home.
I’ve truly enjoyed my time here at Arbor Heights. It’s a very friendly, clean and safe community. Lots of extra amenities if you choose to participate.

Overall good, typical apartment living experience but a good community and a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and walking areas, stores, shopping, restaurants. I enjoy that it’s such a pet friendly complex.
Overall good for the price, I would consider renewing my lease. Good amenities and a lot of community engagement opportunities. Property is well cared for during the warm months but not cared for enough after October. Dog poop everywhere on the sidewalks and at the dog park, dirty hallway floors (trash pickup often makes a mess), unsafe slippery conditions at the dog park.
Love living here. The only thing I dislike is the small kitchen in the two bedroom, there’s barely any counter space to actually cook but other than that love it!
Living at arbor heights has so far exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient and we love the modern amenities our unit. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and the whole team at the office is great! They are very prompt on replying back to concerns or maintenance requests. Then maintenance also fixes everything in a timely manner. The community is clean and there are always fun community events to attend! 10 out of 10!

They caused me to lose 2 days wages and still haven't reimbursed me months later. This is only the tip of the iceberg. The entryways are filthy all the time. Management can be difficult to work with.

We just signed our third lease here at arbor heights. My little family has loved living here. The staff is all super helpful and nice. Whenever we have any type of issue it’s resolved very quickly and the property is always kept nice as well.

My apartment was better than I was expecting, it was clean and very nice looking. It’s in a nice area with nice people around. The only thing that has been a little disappointing is that some things in the apartment are broken or have fallen off.

This apartment complex has great scenery, peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great amenities and a cool valley trash pick up! Leasing staff were very easy to deal and still handle great customer service as a resident.

Without getting into the dirty details of it all, I'll just say that my roommates and I had to deal with a lot of faulty charges, "missing" mail, condescending remarks, and a complete lack of respect for us as people and our time. There were several occasions where Arbor Heights inappropriately threatened us with charges on the scale of hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars, and without any kind of just cause. It's hard to say why these faulty charges occurred, whether it was intentional on their part, some kind of system error (which is often what they claimed), or something else, but every time we approached management about it we were essentially batted aside and told that there was nothing that they could do, and that they wouldn't let us talk to the people who actually could do something about it. It eventually took us threatening legal action for them to take us seriously and drop the charges, and even after that incident they still weren't done trying to extract money from us that they had no right to. Even after we had moved out and supposedly settled all financial matters with Arbor Heights, there was an occasion where they randomly tried retroactively charging us for an odd $200+. When we asked them about it they essentially said "whoops, our bad, that's an incorrect charge, but we've already sent it to a debt collection agency so you have to go deal with them, not us", and dealing with the debt collection people was awful. Despite the money being something I should have never even had to think about, I had to pay it to protect my credit score, and months later I'm still waiting to hear back from the same debt collection people to try to get the refund that Arbor Heights has claimed in writing that I am owed. Arbor Heights is the slimiest, dirtiest, most dishonest, money-hungry organization of leeches I've had to deal with in my years renting property. I hope others read this review, heed the warning, and never rent with Arbor Heights. I've rented with three different places thus far in my adult life, and I've never had a problem except with Arbor Heights. It's worth noting that some of my neighbors reported having similar bad experiences, so I'm starting to have suspicions that many of the positive reviews I'm seeing are fake, but I suppose those can only be suspicions. Whatever the case, for your own sake - stay away from Arbor Heights.

The office staff is very rude. Whenever we have had to go in the office they look at you like your stupid and have a snotty attitude towards us. They were asking what we need and we told them. it was like they didn’t want to get out of the chair to acknowledge us No welcome or hi. I don’t know what ever happened to customer service with the employees but a smile and positive attitude would help a lot.

My opinions of this place haven’t really changed since the last review. I still love it here, and I hope to be able to stay as long as possible. The amenities are extremely nice, like the pool, the grill area, and the new hanging chairs that got put in by the TV. The location is great as well, with grocery stores, car repair shops, and a variety of other food places within walking distance. The location is probably the best part about living here. But other than that, I love my apartment and haven’t really had any problems.

They have “updated” the units and you can quite literally hear EVERY SINGLE STEP your neighbors take!! They are constantly going thru workers around here. And don’t even get me started on the behavior of people around the pool during the summer!!

New management has come in and already started hiking rent prices up. The office staff are outright rude and unhelpful. The maintenance staff are friendly, but do clumsy work. My apartment flooded in the middle of the night from a leaking power washer that was left hooked up in the unit above me. I had a leaky fawcet in the shower and rather than replace the fixture they carved a jagged hole in the underside of it and just left it that way. Half the free weights are missing from the fitness center. The price they are asking for what you get is way too high and they are raising it even higher. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

So far my resident experience has been great. We are coming up on a year with no complaints at all. Friendly staff, great apartments, awesome gym, and very dog friendly.

This is a great complex with beautiful views. The pool is nice and the gym is great, but prices are just too much. I've found 2 bdrms for less than what I'm currently paying for a 1 bdrm, so you're really paying for the location and amenities.

I have lived in the safest, easiest, most convenient, beautiful grounds & views. Living here for more than 17 years says everything. I could live anywhere in the city to a high rise, but I choose Arbor Heights above all apartments, within a 25- mile radius, (today/tomorrow/next month/etc)...

I LOVE it here! Quiet, on a hill, top floor, nice view, my cat loves to get sun and air on the balcony, and she's not gonna jump off, covered parking, close to package concierge, mailbox, pool,(once COVID ends) office, and my favourite VALET TRASH!
