Arbor Glen Apartments

The staff are great and friendly. And the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable place to live.

Management suck they change offices worker every two weeks.... I been here 2 months have not signed no lease they trying to charge me for 2 apartments and a light bill that don’t belong to me...Maintenance worker won’t fix my apartment and my apartment has mold in the bathroom and the management don’t care they don’t never be in the office or when they do they have a closed sign up the entire day....Please don’t rent from Arbor Glen

Just look the other way . I previously gave a decent review as a request from the previous management group being my original review was deemed "too mean" and she begged me to rewrite it in exchange for a better living experience here,lucky her,she is no longer here and they have yet another worse management team here... Well so far,yes it is a very quiet place,theres no loud music,parties,vandalism or anything of that nature. However what there is ,is horrible management,they are never on the premises,always have the "closed" sign up and if they are on the premises by some miracle they seem to struggle with returning any messages you leave them. The response time for a leaking molding decaying roof that they are fully aware of is ridiculous. I contacted their company in charge DBC Real Estate I believe is their name and have left messages to Arbor Glen Apartments themselves as well going on a couple of weeks now and still no reply. They mask their dog urine infested carpets just enough for you to make it through the "tour". All appliances are outdated, windows,etc but I get it,it is basically a starter apartment complex. Maintenance is very slow,I believe only one guy is the sole maintenance team so if you have a few days or weeks to spare they will get to you eventually. The laundry facility when used usually leaves black stains on your clothes,I guess the washers need a cleaning or something . Restroom area is a place you would need a hazmat suit for sure . The playground is something out of an apocalypse happening the day after scene . Nonetheless I strongly recommend you guys spend a few extra bucks if you can if you'd like a better experience. As for me,my please is up in December and for the first time ever I am actually looking forward to moving as I like many hate moving. Hope this review was helpful. Oh also theres like a cockroach outbreak as they basically stated on a newsletter so beware. I ended up bombing my area to be on the safe side and have seen the critters happily walking on hallway walls so that's always great. Anyways happy apartment hunting and stay away from this one.

If I could write less than one star I would. Trying to get maintenance here is joke. The new company that took over increases water bill. Cannot get anything fixed.

I don't know WHO they put up to write that LIE about living here. Currently apartments are INFESTED WITH RATS! FOR YOUR FAMILY SAKES - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

You get what you pay for basically! I wouldn’t recommend this to no one.. they don’t fix the things that mess up around the apartment until they’re good and ready or they just don’t do it. Dishwasher hasn’t been working since we moved in from day one, blinds keep falling. Then our water bill was $45 ever since we moved in all of a sudden it’s $65 so I asked why did it go up bc it’s only me and my boyfriend living here and we don’t have washer and dryer?? She couldn’t come up with nothing so she just lied and said oh it was corporate!

I just recently became apart of the Arbor Glenn community, and I will admit I was a little skeptical about moving to an older community. Being that this is my first time experiencing apartment living, I didn't really know what to look for or what to expect. From the moment I called the office to get more information, to the second I pulled into the property.. I was VERY impressed. The ladies in the office are kind and helpful, and I was immediately given the impression that maybe this wouldn't be as hard as I thought it would be! I made an appointment that I actually didn't show up for at first, only because I decided to go visit a community down the street. Once I walked into that "other" community, I was not greeted with a smile, made to feel welcome, or even given any useful info. So, I called Arbor Glenn back and apologized for not showing up. The leasing agent was understanding, and encouraged me to make another appointment. When I finally arrived, the property looked GREAT. The buildings looked a good bit older than what I expected to like, but I told myself that if the outside looks this amazing, this community must take pride in the inside too! I went into the office and was greeted by the ladies in the office with a handshake and genuine smile! They really made me feel listened to and cared about. I was taken inside the apartment I would be applying for, and was pleasantly surprised. The 1 bedroom apartment was a lot bigger than I expected, and there's a big closet that I fell in love with. I decided to fill out my application the same day, and again I was made to feel so welcome and stress free. I can't believe it was this easy to do the moving in process, and I could not be happier with my decision!!! My first night in my apartment was a lot to take in, but I noticed a little bit of a drip coming from the faucet in the kitchen- so I decided to put all the high talk about amenities and maintenance requests to test... I called the office to report my minor issue when the office opened that morning, and within an hour a guy was there to fix it! I felt like my problem may have been irrelevant compared to others who may have a serious request, but I was told no problem is too small. I love it here. My lease term is for 12 months, but I will most DEFINATELY be here for as long as possible. Thanks Arbor Glenn maintenance guys, and office staff! You all rock!

The apartment that I've rented is a two bedroom unit , very affordable and lot of space large rooms 8 in all with a nice privet balcony . Elementary school across the street , shopping very close buy . Staff is always available for repairs , pool playground . Very quite to a fault . Wild life visible from some units .
