People in the office are very helpful especially Catherine always helping me with any questions or concerns that I have wether i need to schedule a maintenance appointment or if it’s something with my lease

I been here 4 ten years and this Staff and Team is Awsome with A Capitol A! I mean that to all the ladies & men treat you like family!

The location is perfect and everyone working at Arbor Glen is helpful.

Arbor Glen is located in a very convenient location, right next to I-4 which makes it very easy if our family needs to travel anywhere, and we also enjoy all the amenities that are included, such as the heated pool, hottub, and onsite gym. I was also impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff, Catherine was very helpful in assisting us in our transition and we appreciate what they do to make the moving process easier for their residents. Love this place, would definitely recommend!

Arbor Glen apartments is a wonderful place to live and we'll maintained. Our leasing agent Amalixa was and is very helpful, courteous, and always in great spirits to take care of the residents.

The front office is Respectful courteous and friendly and the maintenance men are very thorough and hard workers.

Very comfortable and clean property. The office staff is very professional, especially when dealing with Amalixa Laporte she is very kind and thorough. She answered all of our questions with a wonderful attitude. She is welcoming, and happy to assist newcomers. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the model apartment and of the Lakeland area.

Brittany, Catherine, Samantha, and Amalixa are always very helpful in the office.

I went to do a tour with my sister and Amalixa Laporte a staff member took care of us. She was very informative, very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were very pleased and look forward to working with her again.

For the area it is bad, gyms around the area are overly crowded for no reason, the hospital in the area is a non profit therefore quality of care is diminished, the staff is not reasonable for mistakes they make and claim it is in the contract so read it closely, I can hear everything in other rooms, these apartments have the quality of a college dorm but a “luxury living” price point, I never recommend people to live in this complex

Arbor Glen, in the past few months that I have lived here, has been a wonderful community. The apartments themselves are very well kept and high quality, and if any problems arise maintenance of the apartments is timely and extremely professional.

The properly is great, my apartment is fantastic and the staff that works here is awesome and genuinely cares.

The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any work orders. Overall, just a great place to live. Highly recommend.

Our move in was a little rough at first coming from across the U.S but the management and maintenance team really pulled together and addressed all of the issues in a hurried fashion making sure that we as residents are happy and comfortable. Catherine was great at communicating with my wife and I before we made the move and it has been a pleasure working with all of the staff since.

Despite being right off I4, the community is really quiet! Everyone is friendly, and it feels very safe! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to all requests, most being completed within 48 hours! The front office is kind & helpful. Catherine helped us get set up & she did a wonderful job, communicating quickly & concisely making the process from application to move in seamless. We've been here three months & so far have no complaints!

Moving into Arbor Glen has been a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The property is maintained well and close to everything!

We have lived at Arbor Glen for a little over a year now, we have had great experiences with the new maintenance team. Our kiddos love the waterfall at the pool and we are renewing our lease again!

Arbor Glen is not run well right now. Everything takes weeks to months to be fixed. Things that are suppose to be for the community are not taken care of or treated with respect. It is the way the place is run these days.

You won’t regret staying here, very clean ,quiet,nice amenities,everything you could want for an apartment.

The leasing team at Arbor Glen made it very easy for me to apply for an apartment and get it in a VERY timely manner. The community itself is very nice, well-kept and full of amenities, and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and easy to approach if you have questions or need help.

My wife and I came to Arbor as contractors and we're excited to serve the community through the company that hired us to do so... But upon the events of the Pandemic, while we were faced with the dilemma of finding a place to stay during a rough financial spot, Arbor Glen made it easy for us to stay and so we did... Our experience here has been one of the best Rental experiences our family has had and we would gladly recommend, as we have, this community as a great place to live... They are definitely among the top 5 places to rent in Lakeland...

This place has gone to hell... trash and debris in the parking lot... the trash compactor is always full... and forget about parking... there isn't enough parking for every unit. Look forward to parking atleast 100 yards from your front door... if you pay for covered parking then that is if they decide to enforce parking rules... on numerous occasions I have come home late after a long day to see someone parked in my reserved/ paid parking spot and who is there to make things right? No one... the staff and management could care less... so after a 14 to 16 hour day of working I get to walk an additional 100+ yards to my front door... this place truly has gone down hill... avoid this place at all costs... not worth the price they charge..

Arbor Glen in Lakeland, FL, is a well-placed apartment complex with an attractive floor plan. I, personally, have only been living here for a week, but so far, the experience has been good overall, minus the several issues that have yet to be resolved. The leasing office staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs.

Absolutely have loved living here the last 14 months. I’d really have to nitpick to find things I don’t like about living here. Maintenance responds to work orders extremely fast. The leasing office has been very helpful and polite since day 1.
