Very quiet and close-knit community. No ruckus. Even the children that live here which I've seen very few of are so well behaved it's quiet, it's in a good location for those who drive and travel but other than that I'm completely satisfied with the apartment that I've rented and I cannot tell the young ladies who helped me from the very beginning thank you enough

I am very satisfied with my apartment and the amenities here. Residents are quiet and the property feels safe. The floor plans are nice and the location excellent for commuting. The Leasing Consultant Catherine is among the best in the business. She represents the property very well, and has been incredibly responsive to any need I may have. I’m confident that I can call on Catherine if I need anything, or have any concerns in the future.

Arbor Glen is a very beautiful apartment complex. Catherine, as mentioned already, was and is very helpful. She never fails to answer any questions I ask. Not once did I ever receive any attitude from her, from start to finish and even now living in the complex! She has very great customer service. Super thankful she made my move-in process easy for my family and I. I don’t have any issues with neighbors or even noise. I’m so glad that I could get a first floor option. The community is kept quite clean and is very quiet. The only issue which I know nothing can be done, is the parking. Other than that I honestly love living here. Haven’t had any issues yet and hope to not have any arise! I would definitely recommend to friends or peers!

Arbor Glen is located in a very convenient location, right next to I-4 which makes it very easy if our family needs to travel anywhere, and we also enjoy all the amenities that are included, such as the heated pool, hottub, and onsite gym. I was also impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff, Catherine was very helpful in assisting us in our transition and we appreciate what they do to make the moving process easier for their residents. Love this place, would definitely recommend!

For the area it is bad, gyms around the area are overly crowded for no reason, the hospital in the area is a non profit therefore quality of care is diminished, the staff is not reasonable for mistakes they make and claim it is in the contract so read it closely, I can hear everything in other rooms, these apartments have the quality of a college dorm but a “luxury living” price point, I never recommend people to live in this complex

Arbor Glen, in the past few months that I have lived here, has been a wonderful community. The apartments themselves are very well kept and high quality, and if any problems arise maintenance of the apartments is timely and extremely professional.

Our move in was a little rough at first coming from across the U.S but the management and maintenance team really pulled together and addressed all of the issues in a hurried fashion making sure that we as residents are happy and comfortable. Catherine was great at communicating with my wife and I before we made the move and it has been a pleasure working with all of the staff since.

Despite being right off I4, the community is really quiet! Everyone is friendly, and it feels very safe! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to all requests, most being completed within 48 hours! The front office is kind & helpful. Catherine helped us get set up & she did a wonderful job, communicating quickly & concisely making the process from application to move in seamless. We've been here three months & so far have no complaints!

Arbor Glen is not run well right now. Everything takes weeks to months to be fixed. Things that are suppose to be for the community are not taken care of or treated with respect. It is the way the place is run these days.

The leasing team at Arbor Glen made it very easy for me to apply for an apartment and get it in a VERY timely manner. The community itself is very nice, well-kept and full of amenities, and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and easy to approach if you have questions or need help.

My wife and I came to Arbor as contractors and we're excited to serve the community through the company that hired us to do so... But upon the events of the Pandemic, while we were faced with the dilemma of finding a place to stay during a rough financial spot, Arbor Glen made it easy for us to stay and so we did... Our experience here has been one of the best Rental experiences our family has had and we would gladly recommend, as we have, this community as a great place to live... They are definitely among the top 5 places to rent in Lakeland...

This place has gone to hell... trash and debris in the parking lot... the trash compactor is always full... and forget about parking... there isn't enough parking for every unit. Look forward to parking atleast 100 yards from your front door... if you pay for covered parking then that is if they decide to enforce parking rules... on numerous occasions I have come home late after a long day to see someone parked in my reserved/ paid parking spot and who is there to make things right? No one... the staff and management could care less... so after a 14 to 16 hour day of working I get to walk an additional 100+ yards to my front door... this place truly has gone down hill... avoid this place at all costs... not worth the price they charge..

Arbor Glen in Lakeland, FL, is a well-placed apartment complex with an attractive floor plan. I, personally, have only been living here for a week, but so far, the experience has been good overall, minus the several issues that have yet to be resolved. The leasing office staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs.
