For the area it is bad, gyms around the area are overly crowded for no reason, the hospital in the area is a non profit therefore quality of care is diminished, the staff is not reasonable for mistakes they make and claim it is in the contract so read it closely, I can hear everything in other rooms, these apartments have the quality of a college dorm but a “luxury living” price point, I never recommend people to live in this complex

Our move in was a little rough at first coming from across the U.S but the management and maintenance team really pulled together and addressed all of the issues in a hurried fashion making sure that we as residents are happy and comfortable. Catherine was great at communicating with my wife and I before we made the move and it has been a pleasure working with all of the staff since.

Despite being right off I4, the community is really quiet! Everyone is friendly, and it feels very safe! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to all requests, most being completed within 48 hours! The front office is kind & helpful. Catherine helped us get set up & she did a wonderful job, communicating quickly & concisely making the process from application to move in seamless. We've been here three months & so far have no complaints!

Arbor Glen is not run well right now. Everything takes weeks to months to be fixed. Things that are suppose to be for the community are not taken care of or treated with respect. It is the way the place is run these days.

My wife and I came to Arbor as contractors and we're excited to serve the community through the company that hired us to do so... But upon the events of the Pandemic, while we were faced with the dilemma of finding a place to stay during a rough financial spot, Arbor Glen made it easy for us to stay and so we did... Our experience here has been one of the best Rental experiences our family has had and we would gladly recommend, as we have, this community as a great place to live... They are definitely among the top 5 places to rent in Lakeland...

This place has gone to hell... trash and debris in the parking lot... the trash compactor is always full... and forget about parking... there isn't enough parking for every unit. Look forward to parking atleast 100 yards from your front door... if you pay for covered parking then that is if they decide to enforce parking rules... on numerous occasions I have come home late after a long day to see someone parked in my reserved/ paid parking spot and who is there to make things right? No one... the staff and management could care less... so after a 14 to 16 hour day of working I get to walk an additional 100+ yards to my front door... this place truly has gone down hill... avoid this place at all costs... not worth the price they charge..

Arbor Glen in Lakeland, FL, is a well-placed apartment complex with an attractive floor plan. I, personally, have only been living here for a week, but so far, the experience has been good overall, minus the several issues that have yet to be resolved. The leasing office staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs.

We just felt in love with Arbor Glen! Staff is amazing, appartments are clean, rooms are huge, good luminosity, super quiet and all amenities are there. Located on a perfect spot, close of everything, groceries, restaurants, hospitals, but quiet. The place to stay in Lakeland without any doubt!

You don't want to live here unless you have no other choice. The rent is on the high side, the parking is ridiculous unless you pay for premium parking and the gates never work properly. If I wasn't locked into a lease I would move immediately.

Apartment complex is well managed and the maintenance staff is also good. I've been in a few of this level of apartments, this is a very good community. I have to note that apartment rents are getting out of hand, but that's the market dictating prices.

Let’s talk about dog poop! 90% of residents do NOT clean up after their dog. When you are deciding to move, please walk around building 5010 and the lake. The residents are not held accountable (even though they threaten them via email), management NEVER walks the premises and NOBODY cleans up the dog waste! The entire property smells like URINE because NOBODY takes care of the landscaping (excepts to cut grass and mow over piles of dog crap). I can’t even keep my windows open because fresh air consists of URINE! We won’t even talk about MOLD and the constant illness I have. The appliances are older than dirt. I guarantee the management response will be, “Please contact us so we can address this issue.” Well good luck getting the office to answer the phone, let alone address these important issues.
