Property Ratings at Arbor Crest Apartments

***WORST PLACE TO LIVE*****
Arbor Crest does not have half the amenities that are listed. They apartments are not gated, it has not been working since 2016 nor is the pool open or cleaned periodically. The landlord does not like answering the phone when things need to be fixed. Apartments are easy to access and very filthy in the hallways of the apartments. They used to do pressure wash monthly as well as do pest control which has not been done since before COVID. This apartment complex is very filthy, trash is everywhere as soon as you enter the complex. The crime rate is ridiculous, there has been too many shootings and break ins the past 2 years. I wouldn't advise anyone to come stay out here ever, they are truly over-priced and unsafe to move in.

Arbor Crest
Arbor Crest Apartments is a gated complex . There's a pool area , a exercise room, a park and benched area for parties, a computer room with a extra room for kids who want to watch television. We have monthly meetings, monthy celebrations, and just activities to keep the complex alive and well. You will feel safe at home.
