Tengo dos años viviendo acá en este conjunto residencial y me ha parecido muy bien , cuando he tenerlo algún inconveniente me lo trataban de resolver rápido pero este último con El Refrigerador ha sido malísima la experiencia una semana reportando en varias oportunidades el mal funcionamiento y NO han corregido la falla aún sigo con ese mal servicio y no e justo pido me solucionen y le llamen la atención al ASR Javier que se porte de mejor manera con los inquilinos

Such a great community! It’s conveniently close, but not too close to the busy streets, to town. Hence you don’t hear sirens or traffic horns. Staff is SUPER friendly. They are very helpful and greets with a warm welcome.

Response was instant even though I reported the issue on a National Holiday. I have enjoyed my stay ever since move in and any service issues reported till date has been immediately addressed by the respective team. Arbor Brook Apartments is a great place to live. It is in a great location, close to shopping areas and to the interstate. My husband and I have been living here for over seven years. We enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoy the walking trails around the complex. We have great neighbors. Everyone in the leasing office and in the maintenance dept are great to work with.

I was very pleased with my apartment. I had been skeptical of the size since my pieces are old and family heirlooms but everything fits very nicely. The storage is fantastic and my view is beautiful. Everything is very convenient. I love it here

My husband and I have been living here since August 2015. We love this location and how peaceful and quiet it is here. We get along great with all of our neighbors. All of the staff in the office and in maintenance are some of the best people that you can ask for. They are all very friendly and helpful.

I moved here three years ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made! The office staff is very friendly. Then maintenance staff is also very nice, just good wholesome people. I love the trail around our neighborhood. I feel pretty safe here. For the area the prices are very reasonable. Its close to the interstate which is great for me!! I have definitely enjoyed my experience at Arbor Brook so far!

We are new resident but we like this place. It is quiet and everyone seems respectful .
Other than the maintenance issues, the complex is great! The office staff was very helpful in helping with the application process and with move in. The complex is very clean and well maintained. Other residents are respectful of others. I really like it here!

I hate getting notes about pets and smoking I don't do or have either and to many ppl have pets that aren't on there lease I wish this could be different and better handled by management with ppl who don't report having pets the smell is terrible and ppl don't pick up appropriately after them

I have only been at Arbor Brook for a week, but when I moved in, the apartment was clean, all appliances I used were working well, and all utilities were functioning well. My neighbors are quiet and parking spaces are ample.

My husband and I both enjoy living here, we are going on six years. All of our neighbors are really nice and we all look out for each other. The staff in the office and in the maintenance are all awesome. If you have any problems they take care of it within a couple of hours.
