So far so good nice office staff. Easy to find your way around and easily accessible. Apartments are decent sized and a good start while saving money
If I could move I would. It’s not the worst place to live, but it’s not the best either. There are a lot of things that need work. For the price I’m paying it’s not worth it.
Amazing staff. Specifically Diane. Whenever i have any needs she’s right on top of it. As well as making the leasing process a breeze. The community and people who live here are nice. Love the convenience of the location.
Excellent community. I have been living in the apartment complex’s for over seven years. The staffs are awesome, professional, helpful and available to assist in whatever issues you may have. This building has the best maintenance department, they are top notch. I have never had any issues with the security of this building. I alway feel safe in this community. The lake and walking path by the building is amazing, safe and relaxing. There are so many amenities this building offers.

Diane and Tom were the absolute best. Even being 4th of July weekend they guided me through the entire move in process very promptly. The apartment had brand new appliances, brand new carpet very spacious and an extremely convenient location at a very competitive price for the area.

The people are very nice, but in our first 9 nights of living there, 3 4 of them have been without AC. We wish something could be done to fix our experience with the AC.

Great place no major issues problems come from other tenants not building management. Amazing fitness center with weights and cardio area and hot tub to top it off. You also get parking on your floor no matter what that’s amazing .

It’s clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly. The staff is always willing to help in any way. All of the amenities are nice and available except for the movie theater, but it’s nice none the less.

I have lived in the community for several years now. I believe the entire staff works hard a being efficient, friendly and has the 'tenant comes first' first practice when it is needed. I see continual improvements in keeping the landscaping repairs up and it is a safe and pleasant community with great near by shopping. Tom and the leasing and maintenance staff are all professionals . I would recommend this Aqua for a good all around choice for living quarters.

I don’t agree with the price to rent. Management needs to do better in communicating with their residents when there are issues. This property is old and outdated. All of the trash cans to dispose of pet waste are full and smell horrible.

Ive lived in a lot of places from bay hill to oak ridge and aqua is by far my favorite spot to live! Safe and quiet with large apartments and high ceilings what more can one ask for!

It seemed like a nice complex in the beginning but as time has gone on its been one thing after the other. The gates from the entrance to the exits or even hallways are always broken. Good luck if you live by the pools as people are always in them past 10pm blasting music and talking loudly. Theres also been a huge mold problem in the complex as well as roaches and sadly lack of empathy and customer service from the management at the front office and the maintenance workers (literally come into your HOME with attitude). Save yourself the headache and move somewhere your voice, living space and money is taken into more consideration.

Management here is great, very responsive! Maintenance doesn't take long. There were some bugs when i first moved it, but it was quickly resolved.

The Aqua at Millenia apartments are established in the community with events and first class shopping just a short block away . They are safe as I have been here for several years with no problems. Pets are welcome and their maintenance department is quick to respond and respectful. The Manager is a seasoned professional and he sees his residents as all are important to him. I would recommend you at least consider looking here in this hidden jewel.

I have lived at Aqua for almost 13 years. I love it here. The office and maintenance staff are always courteous and responsive to my needs. I also appreciate the security at Aqua, and I love being able to park my car in an indoor garage on the same floor as my apartment.

Overall I have been having a decent experience. Nothing completely negative to make mention. I think the line of communication could use some Improvements. For instance; if you said “me and my manager are going to review somethings and call you back” I’m expecting a phone callback. It should not have to take for me to call you back to see if now is a good time to speak. Slight inconvenience to me. This is a reflection to someone coming to this community. But the location and the unit is amazing so that’s the silver lining. I’m a firm believer in “mean what you say, and say what you mean”. Just my personal Opinion. Of my experience.

Love the location. The management team is always super helpful and quick to response. Love my apartment and the view. Maintenance and security could be a little better. The sign out front has been broken for a couple years now and the gate is usually broken.

Since I’ve moved in my AC has broken down 3 times. My AC unit is the oldest one when I look at the others in my building. Every day I see old appliances being taken out of vacant apartments and being replaced with new ones, yet when I asked about the appliances being replaced in my unit, there is no answer as to if they are going to do it or not. I don’t know who the genius is that installed the fire alarm inside of the bedroom in the apartment, but this is the third time this month that it went off for whatever reason and it took over an hour for the alarm to stop. When I tried calling the leasing office to inquire about the alarm, no one answered the phone. The walls are so thin, and you can hear everything that takes place in the apartments above you.

The outside property on back needs be taken care of little more. Grass should be lower since this is pet friendly apartment. Otherwise I’ve only lived here 1 week and only issues are neighbors that woke me up at 4 am stomping thru apartment.

Poor maintenance on the inside and outside of the apartment, dirty stove , dirt everywhere , Ducts and Vents completely dirt. Fridge is not working properly. Expectation was high, but the reality is low. From 1/10 i will gave you by now -0 A little nightmare at Millenia.

I really like the staff and the amenities here. I also like that the price is very modest and the location is PERFECT. Being close to the mall is a plus, and the region has many plazas and restaurants to try.

Aqua seems to be in their renovation phase right now, so it’s a weird time to be moving in. The property is in need of being updated.

Great area as there is a lot to do like the mall and parks. Semi-cleanliness and maintenance but can get noisy in the halls during early morning and late hours

Cockroach infestation borderline uninhabitable, hopefully will be fine in a week or so, just sucks that we have to deal with this for awhile…apartment life I guess which sucks cause it is a nice place

There was a cockroach infestation that has made living in our apartment a health hazard, and we shouldn’t be paying this much a month to not even have a kitchen

So far so good. No complaints yet. Bedroom is small for me and appliances and cabinets need to be upgraded. Move in was quick and easy process.

I moved here little over a month ago and it’s been smooth sailing so far. I really love the valet trash pick up and all the amenities offered. Although I don’t use them all it’s nice to see my neighbors enjoying themselves. The only issue I’ve had so far is the fire alarm incident that took hours to shut off in the middle of the night, but management quickly sent an email the next morning saying they’re working on making sure it won’t happen again. Appreciated that!

Aqua staff made move in easy. Had some difficulty with the mail box key and they made me new keys and checked them to make certain they would work. They also took the time to show me the amenities and how to get to each one.
