Aqua 550

I have lived at this location for 3 years. I have experienced 3 different owners too. Recently moved to a renovated unit. It’s now branded as “The Aqua”. The tub that was redone has began chipping apoxy and it didn’t drain for the first week. We were promised a redone patio but instead there is a run down dirt patio with a canopy that is falling apart. There are no working security cameras. This is concerning due to recent crime at the property next door (shootings, homocides, and car thefts). Management will not return phone calls for days. When I moved to a new unit they would not honor my 1,000$ deposit from 2019. I would look at other locations even if it is just a couple hundred extra. They will get you with 100+ water and garbage fees. Read the fine print! I’m escaping at the end of this lease.

Almost nightly people are playing their music really loudly. Noise disturbance frequently, kids are unable to sleep.

I'm blown away by how attentive and detail oriented all the staff are in addition to how beautiful this apartment conplex is. Wow, they put a lot into this building and it really shows!

Not only is this apartment complex clean, but it's well maintained and upkept by the maintenance crew and management. Everyone plays their part very professionally at this apartment complex. They have yet to slip up.

This is one of the rare scenarios where I have to give the apartments and management team the same level of praise. The management crew maintains the cleanliness of the apartments, the maintenance and overall quality while also providing great service to all the residents. A very organized and professional operation.

The apartments here are WAY nicer than the average ones in the area. You can tell the owners actually care about these apartments and the residents living here. This is a great place to live. I strongly recommend it.

Nice apartments with competent and accountable management. They are also accommodating and handle tenant inquiries in a professional manner. I would recommend them to other potential renters.

When I first moved down to Florida, I checked out their apartments and even though I didn't decide to live here, I did come pretty darn close. But recently I had my stepsister from Maryland move to St. Petersburg and I was able to recommend The Rialto Apartments to her instead. She has been loving the experience there so far after 4 months. Hopefully her living conditions stay the same, but based on how attentive management is, I have zero doubts.

This is probably the nicest apartment I've had the pleasure of living in. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel at home here. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a nice apartment community to be apart of.

I'm amazed at their dedication to maintaining the quality of living within each apartment. The management team exerts maximum effort to keep apartments organized and thoroughly upkept. This is a great place to live that not only looks good on the outside, but on the inside too!

So far, so good with my daughter moving out and into The Rialto Apartments. I helped her move in a few months ago and the place looked great. The management team is on top of everything and very pleasant to the tenants.

Rialto Apartments has been a great living experience so far. They are attentive to the needs of their tenants and are communicative regarding what transpires throughout the complex.
