Property Ratings at Applegate
It has been a great experience making Applegate our home. Manager Jonita has been helpful,kind and super friendly in answering my questions and making the move in procedure go smoothly and quick . She will go the extra mile to make your experience great ! Tammy also has been super friendly in willing to answer your questions or concern in a timely manner! Brian is great at maintenance and remodeling and upkeep of the apartments and grounds and friendly! The apartments are clean and nice.I can't say enough how wonderful it is to have these people here ! The neighbors and location are great too which is also important ! I completely recommend Applegate Apartments to you and I am happy to call it home.
its a great house to live in because its big and beauitful and has lots of space
I stopped by the applegate apartments 4 months ago and put down a $135 charge to hold a room for 24 hrs (100 of this was refundable if I decided not to take it before 24 hrs). The Person working there told me I should receive a check in the mail in about two weeks. This was four and a half months ago and I have not received a check or email or any phone call. I have stopped by the applegate office several times as well and the employee will not do anything else to help me except he gave me a phone number that no one picks up when i call. I have left four messages on that line this week and have not been called back. I have called at least ten times a week for the last four and a half months and no one has ever picked up or called me back. The only way I talked to the person at the desk was when I went back to the office to ask where my check was. Instead of being helpful the person responded by saying "It is not my fault that they haven't sent it to you" and didn't try to do anything to help me expect write a phone number down on a business card. (no one has answered this phone or returned my messages). I was continually responded to with snide comments from the employee. I said I would not like to drive over to this office again so if you could return my phone calls that i would appreciate it he responded by saying " oh its such a wonderful drive though!" This is the type of person they have working for them. I can only imagine what trouble I would have getting a deposit back out of a place like this. Do yourself a Favor and save yourself some money and frustration. Don't rent from this apartment complex. I gave this rating one star because there is no other lower rating.
For the money this place is very nice, and the staff is so helpful, very happy with the new apartment .
