The staff here was so kind and generous when helping me with my tour and navigating my way through applying to a new apartment. I’m so excited to move in and know the staff will take care of me while I’m there!
I recently toured the complex, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Gavin, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
Aperture is the nicest student living near UCF. The office staff is so friendly and really cares about their residents. Aperture is unbeatable and stands out compared to all options near campus. This property is in the perfect location close to campus and waterford lakes plaza! The prices are great and the amenities and floor plans are beautiful! I can’t wait to move in!
Love this place, I came in for a tour and they were so welcoming. I love how everything is brand new and feels like such a safe community. I ended up signing my lease the day that I toured and I can't wait to move in. Would definitely recommend.

When I toured Aperture, I was really impressed! The tour showcasing the future property was fantastic, and my favorite part was the model kitchen and living room. The furniture and design were stunning. The staff was also amazing, and I can’t wait to move into my 2-bedroom unit!
The property looks beautiful. I love that all the apartments are fully furnished with customized furniture and exclusive features. My floor plan is huge and management has been great.
I really liked everything I was shown especially parking! Having a large garage for the residents and it being gated off puts my mind at ease. I will also be using that 2 story gymball 24 hours it's open!
