Customer service is outstanding. Maintenance does everything is their power to make sure anything you need fixed is done properly and in a timely manner. Neighbors are indeed respectful with little to no disturbances. Glad to call Sauk trail home, keep up the good work!

Sauk trail has been home for a few years now. Our first home as a couple, our babies first home, lots of first here. There’s nothing bad to say about this complex. Great staff and community. The only downside is how pricey rent is.

This is as top notch apartment complex. The grounds are always well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The apartments are attractive.

As a 4 year resident I have experienced a very well run rental complex. Lawn maintenance and snow removal is top notch and always done timely. Typical maintenance has been timely with the exception of the last year as the company had some changes but it was not a big deal to reach out with concerns. Pool maintenance is on point. The gym was recently upgraded with some upscale new equipment. Parking for guests can be a challenge as the overflow spots have become sparse and the clubhouse parking seems to always be filled. They do a great job of having the parking lot manned with VIP to keep non permitted guests from parking in non overflow spots. Communication has gotten better with regular emails, however I think a monthly newsletter would be helpful. In a community of a lot of non english speaking people, I think the signs etc need to be updated to include additional language. I would consider this a low key community with low crime and a comfortable atmosphere.

Sauk Trail is an excellent experience, the grounds are well kept. The maintenance team is on point and always attend to apartment needs in a timely manner.

I continue to be very pleased with the facility and the staff. They always go out of their way to make things pleasant. I hope to be able to live here for a long time.

Tengo más se un año viviendo en Sauk Trail , me gusta mucho el lugar y el edificio donde me toco , mucha tranquilidad y comodidad y por eso e renovado mi contrato porque me siento muy feliz.

Had to wait longer than expected for my apartment but the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful so I could a newly remodeled apartment.

Staff are very easy to work with, maintenance fixes issues quick, neighbors are decently quiet. Parking is convenient and easy. Apartments are very clean and very nice.

So far we are enjoying our new place. We have only been there a few days. Things are quiet and less stressful. The cleanness is very welcoming.

Great place. Very nice community area with pool, gym and common area. Nice apartment with all the amenities. I would have liked more storage space for linens.

My resident experience is whenever I need maintenance for any house issues. Maintenance crew is on same day work order or as soon as possible. Which I am very grateful for.

We moved here about 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. The apartments are beautiful and maintenance is incredibly responsive. We haven't had any issues with noise or parking. Everyone in the office as well as in the neighborhood has been friendly and respectful. Our dog loves it here too!

we just moved in on Friday (may 17th) and this is honestly the best place we have lived thus far! it’s so quieter than I expected it to be, and very clean and maintained!

The outside is always nice and very pretty and clean. The pool and gym are a nice addition to the place. I like the things they do as well with the special events they host.

I enjoy living here, i have little to no issues. The neighbors are very quiet and the maintenance team is super respectful. My only complaint is the parking here. I would like to have friends and family over but theres not enough overflow spots.
