Property Ratings at Anton Hacienda Apartments
MICE!! MICE!! My apartment was infested with mice. We caught 19 mice and ultimately decided to break lease, pay penalty and move out. Poor management. Poor construction - holes in apartment which became entry point for mice. Takes weeks and multiple follow ups to do service request. Unsafe - Car got broken in twice! Did I mention, MICE! Horrible place, avoid.
Most of their 2 bedroom units are facing valley medical hospital building. The hospital has AC unit on their rooftop which creates a lot of noise throughout all day and night. You are forced to close all your doors and windows and living in a DARK DINGY CAGE. On top of that, their management sucks. When you vacate, they will make you pay for the PROFESSIONAL cleaning of your unit. They make sure and find ways not to return single penny of your security deposit. I would NEVER suggest anyone stays here. There are many other good apartments in this area and are closer to the BART station.

Anton Hacienda Management strives to over communicate the move out procedures and responsibilities to the residents, by providing two walk through appointments. We request the unit is left in the condition in which you moved in. It is important to leave the apartment clean, so that the next residents can move into a sanitized home. This practice is industry standards. We provide a pre-walk 15 days before moving out and give detailed tips on cleaning the home before turning in the key. If you chose to clean it yourself we reintegrate that there could be a cleaning charge, if the detailed cleaning tips are not completed. A final walk- through is scheduled before moving out and Anton Hacienda Management will always try to return as much as the deposit as possible minus any charges or damage. We treat all residents with respect and follow procedures fair across the board. Anton Hacienda does not have control over the temporary HVAC installation at Stanford Medical Cancer Center. Stanford has agreed not to start work before 10am and complete by 8pm. It is important that the patients receiving chemo treatments have a cool environment.
I moved into this apartment BRAND NEW a year and a half ago and loved every minute of it! The open concept in the apartment combined with fine touches on the counter tops, cabinets, & appliances make a great combination! Washer & dryer in unit was seriously the best! It is very quiet here and almost never saw my neighbors! Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, and BART!
I lived here for about a year and a half and am very sad to leave! Moved into a BRAND NEW apartment with many luxurious amenities! W/D in unit, Stainless appliances, laminate floors throughout, and great looking cabinets & counter tops! Ideal location to everything around you! BART is a few minutes away too! Gym, Pool, Community garden, and clubhouse are all great accessible amenities! A
My wife and I moved into a one bedroom two weeks ago. The move in process was smooth and we appreciated the leasing office's patience while we looked around the area. There were many two bedroom apartments available with modern floor plans, but we chose a one bedroom because it is just the two of us. We are enjoying the location with very short drives to shopping and food in all directions. The gym is well maintained with a good selection of equipment and there are paved paths within 0.5 miles of the complex. Within 4-6 miles, there are four regional parks with hiking and bike trails.
