Great community with excellent amenities and perfect location as it is just opposite to Milpitas Bart station. Staff is great and leasing manager is very friendly
After touring a ton of apartments in the Bay Area, I finally decided to go with Anton Aspire. I worked with Iris from the leasing office, and she was one of the main reasons I signed a lease here. She was amazing, friendly, helpful, informative. I also liked the amenities here; however, they need to work on maintaining it a bit as I see the common areas have been quite dirty for a while now with the lounge having a ton of ants. The biggest flaw of this place is the absurd parking situation, where most of the spots are compact and they are the smallest compact spots, I have ever seen in the US. It is very hard to park and get out of your vehicle without hitting another car or walls. Overall, I would say this is a nice place based on my very limited experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

The amenities are decent but could be improved. The apartment gym lacks sufficient equipment—while a new squat rack was recently added, there aren’t enough bars, plates, or benches to make full use of it. The leasing manager has been consistently kind, helpful, and professional, but the front desk staff do not demonstrate the same welcoming attitude. The pool area is not cleaned as frequently as it should be, and the hot tub is often dirty. Additionally, littering around the pool area is not strictly enforced. The water heating system has also had extended outages, making it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities.
Management was helpful while moving and settling in, they helped us fix issues and addressed our concerns. Area is safe, gym and pool area is also nice.

We decided to rent an apartment in the new complex and couldn't be happier with our choice! The apartment is spacious and stunning—just what we were looking for. Amber from the team was amazing—professional, patient, and made us feel at home from the very first conversation. Highly recommended!
Great community with excellent amenities, we are staying for 3 years and management team is very friendly and so great is the maintenance team.
The leasing team was very supportive and prompt. The application process was very simple and straightforward and the pre move in requirements are nothing complicated.

I have lived in this apartment for about two years now. It is a nice apartment but the rooftop pool area is always dirty, and the leasing office seems to not have a routine on cleaning it
When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned at all. That was disappointing! My washer had a bad odor so I had to buy sanitizing tablets/Sanitizing powder to clean the washer. I cleaned for about 2weeks, but still smells,bottom tray and washer it self is filthy. patio wasnt cleaned nor repainted. A lot of things were missed before handing me the keys. I’m very big on cleanliness so that was a problem but because I did not want any hassle to have someone keep going in and out of my place I decided to clean and sanitize a lot it. I wished they replaced my washer though because of how it was kept prior to me moving in. Other than that I like my place. People upstairs are loud keep hearing their footsteps all thru out the day esp at night. I am not so bothered by the noise but there are times I wish they would be more considerate knowing that there’s someone below them. I also got a not so friendly note on my door the first/second week I moved in. Other than that I am enjoying my place.
Very nice community with beautiful apartment. Location is perfect and close to all neighborhoods and all essentials. Management is also nice but cleanliness in the parking and corridors is not good.
Its good, workorder should be improved. Cleaning is also not good. Security needs to improve as a pot of cars are tailgating. Utilities charges are too high.
The apartment community offers a great living experience with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a safe environment. The location is convenient, and amenities like the gym and pool are well-maintained. Highly recommended!
We have been living here for 2 years and now moving to 2B unit here only. We are very much satisfied with the amenities, service and the location as well. Apartments are well maintained and spacious.
The leasing agent is really helpful. The entire application is very smooth and can be done remotely without any hassle. I was told that if you apply today you would get 6 weeks free as 8 weeks would not be applicable. But still they were able to get me 8 weeks free
Easy and flexible to get into the complex. No major issues with getting things setup (from out of srate) to getting keys and things moved in!
Overall pleasant experience of staying at anton aspire Pros: Management is okay. Susan is really great if you can get hold of her. Service for work orders is quick. Good Amenities Cons: Trash collection, trash in the hallway, unpleasant to look and sometimes it smells, stains on carpet due to improper trash collection Garage is dirty because of trash
the price is nice, it has a wonderful pool area, but the lack of security, strange people who do not live in the building, packages and parcels disappear, lack of more people for cleaning, the building is too big for just one person

The apartment offers excellent quality, with well-maintained facilities and prompt service from both the maintenance team and the leasing office. Any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, contributing to a positive living experience. However, there is a significant concern regarding the sensitivity of the fire alarm system. It frequently triggers without cause, often resulting in false alarms. This creates uncertainty among residents, as it becomes difficult to discern when an alarm signals an actual emergency requiring evacuation. The situation not only disrupts daily life but also poses potential safety risks by fostering complacency or confusion during a genuine emergency. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall safety and comfort of living in the apartment.
It's a phenomenal experience everything is so well managed great views no disturbance and high security loving it totally, I would highly recommend this place.

Good amenities and new apartments. The rooftop pool is great. Packages are safe. Parking is secured and patrolled at night. Gym has a lot of equipment.
It’s a good experience to live here. Neighbourhood is good. In the range of 1 mile you can get everything. Commute also easy as their is Bart opposite to the apartment
I had a great experience at Anton Aspire Apartments. Suzanah, the leasing office manager, was always easy to contact and very responsive. She provided a thorough tour and helped us find the perfect apartment. When we faced an issue with neighbors, she quickly offered solutions at no cost. The apartment, parking, and package services were convenient. Even when we had to relocate to Arizona suddenly, Suzanah found a quick solution. I highly recommend this place!

Move in date found door lock broken. See two cars are broken in. Many scratches on the floor/wall. Tho it’s really cheap compared to other apartments
I'm having the best experience with this place, very peaceful place, it's feel like the management choose the residents, because everyone here are so nice. The pool and the gym is always clean, and the management are here for anything we need. Love this place:)
Nice apartment complex. Clean and noise free. Neighborhood is safe and close to all necessity. Environment is great and have been loving it so far!
There is noise alarms which rings daily for no reason, sometimes even in the middle of the night. And the common area carpet stinks.apart from that the apartment is pretty nice
In general is good, We have some issues regarding parking spots, there are not to much free parking available. Organization and services provided was good. Maintenance and garbage services in common areas needs improvement.
Dirty garage, dirty hallways!!! Rent is very expensive but you don’t follow up on complains. Your staff is not doing their job well. Your manager does not care how dirty the common areas are.

Great experience living here! Nice amenities and a good neighborhood. However, utility prices are significantly higher compared to other places.
Our experience here has been good. The apartment is nice and the location very convenient for us. However, the leasing managers are very rude and do little to address issues in the community.
The leasing staff are very cooperative and made the move-in process smooth. Additionally, The location is another major plus. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, is close to shops, restaurants, and great mall, making it convenient for both work and leisure. I feel safe and secure here.
Has been great living here so far. Clean space and quiet environment. Love the access to office space for study sessions on the first floor.
Room is pretty good and cleaned, and leasing office staffs are very kind, but there was a problem of duplicate registration of the parking lot as soon as I moved in, and I was very disappointed that my car was towed on the next day of moving in.
Okay experience so far, I feel quite let down with the maintenance issue. I've had the same issue since moving here and I don't see much improvement at all in the last 1.5 year I've been here.
Good apartment closer to Bart station which is a great benefit. Had to request cleaning as the cleaning was not done properly but they cleaned immediately
