Coldwater was HOME to us! The location was great. The staff was always amazing. We loved all the resident events. If you are looking for a home, this is it.
These apartments are the bees knees. The new apartments are wonderful and well worth the money. The ladies in the office are exceptional and always happy to help. Sometimes I pop into the clubhouse just to grab a coffee and a snack and say hello to the office staff. Maintenance are quick to respond to work orders and I love my neighbors. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
I LOVE living here! I live in the new building and it is beautiful. Stainless steel appliances, granite work tops and plank floor - I feel like a celebrity in my beautiful apartment! Nowhere else in the area comes close. You can tell why they are 'Best of the Best' for 5 years running. They truly care about their residents. The ladies in the office are so friendly and sweet and make you feel like a friend. Maintenance are great too! I love the amenities- the pool is my favorite in the summer. If I could live here forever I would!
I just moved here and the staff is amazing! Great amenities, and they always have cute activities and contests! If you’re in Warner Robins and looking for a place to stay, especially as a college student, they have really good rates! Look into this place, and you will not be disappointed!
This is bar far the most beautiful apartment complex in the area! The staff goes above and beyond for their residents and maintenance requests are responded to quickly! The new building is where I currently stay and I am so pleased with everything here! 100 percent worth the money!
When you enter Anthos Coldwater there is a sign saying 'We love our Residents'. This is so true. I feel valued and appreciated as a resident! The staff are so wonderful and helpful and helped this military find a new home quickly. We toured many complexes in the area but felt right at home here. The ground are beautiful, the pool is lovely, and our apartment is home. We love you too, Anthos Coldwater.
Was a tenant and car was broken into/bug problem also rent cost doesn’t reflect the luxury and safety advertised. Security cameras don’t work and staff manager is very unprofessional. Streer clear.
I love living at Coldwater Creek apartments the closets are huge it's like having a bedroom inside of a bedroom. They are pet friendly and kid friendly. They have monthly news letter that tell you about all the wonderful activities they have going on for that month. They have monthly pest control. The complex is awesome there are barbecue grills all around and a nice area for the children to play and a state of the art swimming pool. They also have a fabulous club house with gorgeous decor and a movie theater they the rent out for at a very reasonable rate. I can go on and on about how nice the complex is but come visit for yourself and meet the most friendly staff ever. This complex gives you more luxury for your buck.
I've been staying at ColdWater Creek for a couple of years now and overall, I've been happy with my choice. Below are my pros and cons Pros: 1. The Apartments are modern and spacious. The grounds are also maintained very well. 2. Friendly and Helpful Staff 3. Top Notch Amenities (Clubhouse, Pool, and Gym) 4. Location is central to the main sections of Warner Robins (Hwy 96, Russell Parkway, Houston Lake) and is in a safe/quiet neighborhood. 5. Various Apartment Community activities every month. 6. Rent can be paid online. However, I do have a few minor complaints since being here. Cons: 1. The apartment breezeways and stairwells are not well lit at night. 2. Not sure why, but the bathroom counters do not have any drawers. 3. There are not that many car garages located on premises. 4. There are only a few community grills.
Beautiful apartment that is only 5 min drive away from work and 15 to take my sister to school, friendly atmosphere and close to stores and shopping centers. The apartment is clean, spacious and a great work out area
