Anthos at Lexington Place

The staff's willingness to assist with any requests truly set the apartment apart. They were quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any issues in the apartment, their professionalism and warm demeanor made all the difference. Plus being spacious and beautiful to live in well kept made it a plus.

While the apartments are nice, there can definitely be loud neighbors & the staff will not do anything about it. If the individual lives on the 3rd floor, they will never contact!

We lived here and absolutely love it! If we didn’t buy a house we would still live here! Staff is amazing!!! Beautiful property!!!

Anthos At Lexington Place Is such a great community, their staff members were so kind to me every time I walked into the building. They are hard working ladies and they get the job done. If you need an apartment they will show you the best of the best and get you one quick. If you need an apartment go there!

From the staff, groundskeepers, maintenance guys, amenities, to the apartment itself, everything is first class and flawless! Our family feels safe and at home every time we pull into the property! The very few issues we’ve had have been dealt with swiftly and with 0 issues! I would recommend this property 10 out of 10 times!

The staff here are so kind! Melanie is the sweetest and they are always so helpful when needed. Roger is our maintenance man and he always has the best jokes! Beautiful property. Reminds me of Florida or somewhere tropical with all the pretty flowers and palm trees!

Just moved in for the second time. I lived here a couple years ago and liked it so much I moved back. Awesome apartments, amenities and staff. Kaleigh was terrific and made the whole rental process super easy. Great job, thank you!

I have stayed in a lot of Apartments in this area but this place is by far my favorite! The staff here is very friendly, and they go above and beyond in customer service! Maintenance has almost always a 2 day turn around on work orders if not same day! The property is always clean and beautiful! The gates work at all times and if they ever have an issue it is fixed quickly! 10 out of 10! Lexington is the place to stay!!!

Needs renovation, charging 2020 prices but the kitchen and bathrooms still look like 2001. There are newer places for less.

No use of complaining about neighbors above you being loud or having a huge dog that sounds like horses running through the apartment. Can’t even walk my own dog without the dog that lives above me running and trying to bust through the sunroom window and scaring my 4 year old at that. People with larger dogs should only live on the bottom floor and have their dog in a cage when they are not home! I’m really considering just breaking my lease and moving else where because this is ridiculous especially for what I pay to live here ! Like everyone else said if you want peace choose a 3rd floor apartment !

This property is beautiful. AND the management office team seems really nice. Maintenance team is really great. BUT, all I can tell you is things are not as they appear. The dumpster never works so they have a "temporary" but seems like permanent dumpster just parked in the drive area and it stays filthy over ther. Rats running around it and trash on the ground. Now the rats are coming around the apartment buildings. Next, all I can say is bless you if you live next to or under someone noisy. You are woke up all times of the night, even though they say they have a quiet time, it is not enforced no matter how long you bring your complaint to the office. I hate to move but as soon as I can - we are gone. If you come here, choose the third floor is my best advice.

After we moved back from overseas, we needed a place to stay while we looked for a home. Brandi met me and showed me around, processed our application, and got me moved in without a hitch. Her cheery style and charm combined with the facilities made deciding easy! We had a pleasant, uneventful, stay until we moved out. It's ideal, quiet, nicely furnished, and conveniently located. The team was always helpful and available. My stay was one of the best experiences of its type. Thanks Brandi!

We have only recently moved here, so it might be a bit early to tell, but thus far, we are well pleased. Brandi, the property person who worked with us , was wonderful! She was very informative and flexible and allowed us to take our time in deciding which apartment would best fit our needs. Rick and Wendy, the other office staff, have been friendly and helpful in all our comings and goings as well.... And the maintenance team has been just terrific!! Not only are they 'johnny on the spot', ''get 'er done" kind of guys, they actually took their shoes off (as is our personal habit...) when entering our apartment! Tony has been just great and we appreciate his effort to keep our apartment in the best possible working order. It is the little things like lights on the microwave and ceiling fans that are quiet and operational that make a home comfortable. In general the amenities are very nice. They are kept clean (Angel did a great job cleaning the glass doors and floors, at the fitness/game center this morning while I used the free wifi there, to apply for a job....) and in good repair. And the grounds are beautiful! Cant wait to see them in the spring!! The complex is also very conveniently located. While we have only met a few of our neighbors, they have been very friendly, and are, so far, quiet and private. We think we will enjoy our time here!! Thanks again!

These apartments are nice. The property has a tropical look. Plenty of parking and an awesome pool area. Management is very nice. My only complaint is nothing being resolved after more than one complaint. RE: Lead foot upstairs neighbors jarring my ceiling day after day. I love this place but can not relax and enjoy it. :(

I rated this apartment 5 stars because there was not an option for 6. This apartment has several key features that I find important. First is the inability to hear our neighbors through our walls, we live on the third floor and in the almost 3 years we rarely, if ever, hear anything above a whispers noise level. Second is the amenities, a resort pool that is always well-kept, a cabana where we can host get-togethers, a full gym with a game center equipped with several arcade machines, a pool table and even a small theater. Third is the landscaping, very well manicured, beautiful palm trees and a field next to a pond with picnic tables. The staff is always helpful and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues we may have. It has been worth every penny!

I have lived in apartments before, but Lexington at Anthos in Warner Robins, GA is the best by far. I feel that the insulation goes above and beyond. I have never heard any of my neighbors on either side of me. The pool area looks like you are at a tropical resort. And the staff is always helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!
