Anthem House

I’ve been a tenant at this building since the end of January . In May my apartment flooded causing approximately 5000 in damages due to the buildings negligence. There was an issue with the windows in the den in my apartment that they had not completely fixed prior to me moving in. It’s been a month since then . It took almost a week and half to coordinate when they’d fix my apartment. I also advised them of all the items that had been destroyed due to the flooding and they’ve given me the run around in reference to that as well. I spoken with the property manager who has a severe lack of customer service. Speaking with him made me feel like this entire situation was my fault and i was a burden. He offered me a new apartment in the building but when i looked i saw only apartments that costed more than what i was renting which he advised id have to pay the difference . I couldn’t use an entire room in my apt for weeks and was never even offered a rent credit . Not the best place to live

Communication was easy and all of my questions were answered promptly. Move in was smooth and I was able to reserve the loading dock at the time I needed.

I just moved from Miami and the team at Anthem House I (specifically Viktoria, Judy and Bonnie) went above and beyond at making my move seamless and stress free. The team was accessible and always helpful. The unit was in impeccable condition, in addition to the layout being very comfortable and spacious. I'm very excited to join this community given my experience thus far!

I love living at Anthem House! The amenities are great, the community events are very unique, and I love the neighborhood. I have an apartment facing the courtyard which I love because it’s quieter.

It has been a very comfortable 3 years here. Great views, a comfortable size apartment with a great layout. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful.

Building is modern . Staff is helpful . Building is clean and well kept. Apartment is beautiful . Spacious . So much room for furniture and designing

My move in at Anthem House has been nothing but great! Danielle and the leasing team are so nice and willing to answer any questions you may have. The move in process was made very simple with a an app you download that highlights the checklist of items to complete before move in. The facilities/amenities are all very nice and well kept. My studio apartment had plenty of storage space and was bigger than I thought. Very satisfied with my stay and could not recommend this place enough!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have to say, the experience has been fantastic! The amenities here are top-notch – everything from the fitness center to the pool is well-maintained and offers great convenience. What really stood out, though, were the leasing office staff. They made the entire moving process so much easier. From answering all my questions to guiding me through the paperwork, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It's clear they really care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here! Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Maintenance is slow to respond but overall a nice place. Amenities are nice. Parking is expensive and it’s difficult to find parking spots depending on the time.

Overall, everything is great! There have been a few issues with maintenance in the dog park area and residents cleaning up after their pets.

Too amenities from dog park and wash to pool and hanging spaces, and the staff is really great. The location is really the best part, being very convenient and good views

I have lived here for about 4 years now and I love it! The location, the amenities, and the staff are just great. I have never been in an apartment with such thoughtful and kind staff and concierge. They are really what makes living here a great experience. You don't realize it until you have been through worse experiences. I would highly recommend living here!

The maintenance has been great lately! Really nice folks who are helpful and efficient. Also, even though the package room has been busy given the time of year, it has been very organized which makes finding packages super quick. Thanks everyone!

Moving it and the staff has been very helpful. There is always someone available to pick up the calls or reply to the emails which has made the stress of moving a lot less stressful

Anthem House has been a wonderful living experience. You can’t beat the location. There are so many places within walking distance to enjoy whether it’s going to the park, local restaurants, or bars, there’s a little bit of everything. The community at Anthem House is very welcoming and I can say I have been very happy living here for the past 3 years. Thank you!

I have been living at Anthem House for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The apartment is well-designed, modern, and very comfortable. The amenities are fantastic, and the staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The community feels vibrant and safe, and the location is super convenient for getting around the city. So far, it’s been a great experience, and I’m excited to keep exploring everything this place has to offer!

Apartment staff was very helpful and accommodating during the move-in process. All staff were responsive and efficient with communication. Building is well-organized.

So far, everything has been great and truly have enjoyed the month here at anthem. Very lovely community and super grateful to be a part of it. Looking forward to great months ahead:) wish there was a chance to get a high floor room but love it on the third floor regardless:)

Anthem house has been home for 2.5 years and it has been all we wanted! My husband and recently moved in with me and we love the area for date night, walks, exercise classes and everything between.

Moving in has been a smooth experience with no issues. Parking is convenient in the garage, all utilities are functioning perfectly, and the overall move-in process has been hassle-free.

We LOVE living at Anthem House! Beautiful apartment building, with awesome amenities and great customer service - what more could you ask for?

It’s a Great location and also a great building overall. I Love the dog amenities and the pool the most. The views are also very good when facing the harbor

Fantastic place to live and great neighborhood!! The proximity to water and parks is a definite bonus, in addition to how easy it is to go places and explore by walking.

I unfortunately was misled by the myriad of positive reviews about this apartment complex by various sites like this one. Contrastingly, Anthem House is significantly older than its competing counterparts, making it very overpriced. Due to its poor construction materials, noise pollution in certain units, particularly in those ending in 29, mean you will hear every step and door close your neighbors make at all hours of the day. Response time for maintenance is highly variable, anywhere from one day to 10 days.

I love living at Anthem House! The staff are absolutely great and have really made my experience living here better than any of my previous apartments. The leasing staff and front desk staff are very responsive to emails and concerns. They are also very accomodating for pet sitters when my husband and I are out of town. They are so pleasant and always there to greet me when I walk in the building!

I'm so happy I chose Anthem! I feel safe and love the neighborhood. The staff is all very friendly and willing to stop what they are doing to help you! The amenities have a WOW factor. From the libraries full of books, to the amazing gym and pool- you have space to wander and exist outside your apartment, which are beautiful. I have a dog and its been great to walk and find new places and parks. We love it here!

Anthem House is great! I’ve lived here about 5 years now. Bonnie at the front desk is so nice and maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. The leasing office is great too!

Great amenities, great location, and building maintenance responds very quickly - usually same day. Has a garage and is very close to many retail shops. Two grocery stores within walking distance as well (Giant and Harris Teeter at time of review).

Really enjoyed living at Anthem House for the past three years. Kind, responsive staff and great community. Pricey for the area, but does have the amenities to match.

We truly enjoy calling Anthem House our home. It is a great neighborhood continuously growing with new places that keep the charm of the area.

So far so good I love this place. Danielle and the other team members have made my move a smooth transition!! Thank you Anthem House team!! The amenities are beautiful, I have a great view of the Baltimore Harbor and grocery stores and other shopping areas are conveniently located close by!

I've lived at Anthem House for just about 5 years now and I love it. The apartments and amenities are great. The maintenance team and concierge team are super efficient and friendly. The noise isn't too bad either. Just resigned my least a month ago!

The Good: Anthem House has been our home for about 3 years now and we love our unit. The open floor plan, multiple large windows, and updated appliances are incredibly nice! All of the staff we have interacted with have been incredibly friendly and helpful. We love the resident events, and the amenities (especially the pool). The Bad: we have had a prolonged issue with a leaking window for almost the entire time we've lived here and the guest parking options are awful. We don't host nearly as much as we'd like to because we only get 24 codes a year and asking friends to pay to park is a tough sell. Premium Parking is horrendous and have ticketed us multiple times despite having a subscription, and a few of our friends who left within minutes of their parking expiry. One friend got a ticket in the mail from almost a year before and after appealing it took them months to respond. They decrease the fee if you contact them but its not something anyone wants to deal with.

One month in and loving the anthem!! friendly, responsive, and capable staff, lots of community engagement activities and great amenities. I love meeting new people and pets in the common areas!

I have lived here for more than 3 years now, and I love Anthem House! The staff are so kind and attentive, and management is quick to respond to issues. The inside and outside of the building are kept very clean! The apartment complex is also in a great area, and I feel very safe here.

New to the neighborhood but it Seems like a Great place to live so far, units are a bit on the smaller side compared to other places but they are updated and have a sense of luxury living about them, and the views and amenities are top tier

So happy my fiance´ chose to live in Anthem House before we met because we have been so happy living here together in a 2 bed 2 bath. Its perfect for us and our two pups. We love the gym, pool during summer months, building security, and the mailroom system. We never have to worry about package thieves or losing our deliveries! We love it at Anthem.

The Anthem House team is professional and friendly. I look forward to seeing each team member throughout the day. The amenities such as the pool, gym and conference rooms are absolutely impeccable and I frequent all of them. I love my living space and the ease of aquireing maintenance when needed.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They helped and answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment is very nice. There are lots of places to sit and hang out.

Great place to live. Love the amenities anthem house has to offer (especially the gym) and the neighborhood is nice around the apartment. Very easy to get on the highway for work.

Great amenities, but more maintenance would be nice. And I think that the appreciation events budgets would be better spent improving spaces.

It’s a nice place and they cater to residents well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Locust Point. It has everything they need and is safe.

I have lived in anthem house for a number of years now. The property has always been well managed and clean. Any minor issues were addressed quickly, and with care. The leasing process with Danielle was collaborative and efficient, and all my interactions with Bonny at the concierge desk brighten my day. Highly recommend.
