Deceitful practices

The management team at this apartment complex is dishonest. Despite leaving behind an immaculately clean apartment, they retained my deposit and fabricated a story that they had to treat for pet urine (I don't have a pet) and clean an apartment they implied was dirty. I spent a great deal of time preparing to turn in the apartment (filling nail holes, painting these with an artist's brush to leave no trace of them, touching up paint to erase evidence of use, scrubbing floors, the bathroom and every inch of the apartment, washing down the patio, cleaning the storage closet, cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom cabinet/kitchen cabinets/shelves, cleaning and disinfecting the stove/oven/refrigerator/dishwasher, polishing fixtures, washing the front door and more) and it was immaculate! The only thing I did not do was steam clean the carpet (as I have been told apartments will do this as part of turning the apartment around) but the carpet was in very good condition, vacuumed well and most definitely free of stains. I lived alone and took very good care of this apartment while I lived there. I am a clean freak and maintained the apartment regularly. I have leased many apartments across the country and have never had a deposit withheld. If you lease an apartment here, when it's time for you to move on, you can expect your deposit to be withheld too (as I don't believe any apartment can be turned in at end of lease in better condition than mine). Prior to this problem, I had no other issues while living there. I strongly recommend leasing elsewhere. I regret losing my temper, raising my voice with who I believe was the assistant manager. There is no excuse for that and I 'm sorry for it. In the end, I know the condition I left the apartment in; they chose to be dishonest, to lie and cheat.

Home Sweet Home

This is our very first apartment, on our own so of course I was extremely picky when we started looking. After having a few experiences that left a sour taste in my mouth, we were so happy to find Antelope Ridge. The office staff, especially Jennifer, made us feel so welcome from the moment we came in to tour, to now. Whenever we have a question or anything she is there with a smile (believe me I have a lot of questions haha). The landscape is so inviting, from the grape vines along the perimeter of the entire complex, to the newly paved parking lot. I love all the amenities too. Two pools with bbqs, gym, sauna, billiard room... we still haven't used everything! I also feel safe here. I love that the walk in gates are even locked from the outside 25/7. There is a security gourd that patrols the complex at night. I've only seen him on weekends but I'm not up very late on weekdays so I could just be missing him. The complex is fairly quite, even on weekends. No loud parties or annoying neighbors. The only complaint I could find is that I felt rushed during our walk through when we first moved in. That could be the timing, trying to move in and the apartment is a disaster and trying to make sure everything is in working condition is difficult. I would suggest to request to do the walk through prior to starting to bring items inside. I am now finding little things like paint mistakes, marking or nics that we missed during walk through. I just hope they don't affect our deposit at move out. Overall, Antelope Ridge Apartments are a wonderful place to call home and I couldn't be happier.

Antelope Ridge is beautiful!

This place, that I now call home, gives me that, "I'm on vacation and this can't be real" feeling every time I come home from work. Residing in the hills above Menifee, it truly feels as if I'm at a nice vacation spot, which Menifee surely is not. Complete with two pools, hot tubs, barbecue areas, gazebos, a putting green, basketball court, volleyball court (sand), billiard room, movie theater room, and a gym. Not to mention the small playground for the tenants children. My apartment in particular over looks my hometown and is high enough to catch the perfect breeze rolling through the hills, which I love to enjoy on my patio. I have yet to have any problems with my neighbors or the staff. The only gripe I could have with the area is that it is only a few miles away from Hemet, which is not considered a nice area, though I feel secluded enough and hardly ever think about it. I've only ever had one issue with my water heater, in which the staff responded with a technician promptly. The staff are very professional and maintain the grounds very well. With pricing, compared to the 4 other apartment complexes near my area that I researched before applying with my current residence, this is very reasonable and offers plenty more to enjoy. I commute to LA every morning and I am more than happy going back and forth and have no plans of relocating any time soon!

Quick Move

This is the perfect apartment home because have what you need to make a Quick Move. For example, they give you a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Washer and Dryer in the unit, and a freshly cleaned residence. There is also amenities in the gated complex such as a Putting Range for golfers, and two swimming pools, a half court basketball court with a chain net, so you can hear the sound of making that perfect shot, Lounge, Theatre, indoor Gym, and a Computer room with printers and a fast Internet connection. It's like living in a resort community that is sitting on the side of the mountains that has a beautiful scenic view.

Antelope Ridge

This apartment complex is everything you could ask for and more. I have been here for a few months and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. It's gorgeous, Clean, Well kept and everyone is always nice. I feel completely safe and at home here every single day.

My apartment

It's not long that we moved in to our apartment at antelope ridge apartments and I really feel like if I was home it has everything a person might want great friendly neighbors, a place that I can call my own, the pool and gym that I clearly notices that my husband enjoys and so do I , We totally would love to stay here for a long time
