Okay maintenance experience I had a leak in the AC and hot water heater room, when the maintenance team came to repair it they left a dehumidifier and didnt leave instructions or a calling card to say they'd been in my apartment. It's been a week and a half and i don't knownif i am supposed to keep using the dehumidifier or not. A calling card and instructions would be really helpful. Also, my stove was repaired but they left a piece of it in the sink, with no info on what to do with it. The lack of communication is disconcerting. So I'm glad they did the repairs but info on what they did, why, and the plan moving forward would be invaluable, seeing as this is my home and they came into it without telling me when they were here or follow up on what was done. In addition, my kitchen sink stinks and is slow draining, I complained aboutbit and I have no idea if they looked at it or not. Most of the maintenance requests I have submitted have been completed, but I've lived in many managed apartment complexes and I'm just not used to a mess being left behind after maintenance work, along with the complete lack of communication and little to no follow-up.

Awesome job After several days of trying to resolve my issue, I reached out to the office, who immediately sent maintenance over to try to fix my issue. 3 maintenance personnel responded, and fixed two issues I was having. Still no AC Has been over a week since our apartment has been under 82°. We’ve had to purchase multiple fans to allow any air flow in our apartment. The past weekend, it was consistently higher than 87° in our apartment. We have been understanding when told it was going to be fixed the next morning but that was every day for the past week. Here we are on a saturday evening sweating profusely while I get sent a survey asking how the repairs went. We also have a dog who has been struggling for over a week. So yes, I rate this service 1/5 stars because I can’t rate it 0.

Ansley Park-Asset Living We are so grateful to be at Ansley Park. Perfect location for us. Neighborhood is beautiful and having the gym, game room, pool, walking trail on grounds is added bonus for my family. Neighbors are friendly and we love seeing all the fur babies taking their walks. The handicap unit was the best decision for me, layout has made a huge difference getting around in my wheelchair. So much space and convenience. The apartment is beautiful with all of the most up to date features. Can’t forget about the management and staff that have really made our move so easy and answered all our questions. Thank you for giving us a beautiful and safe new home!

Microwave Fixed But there was no notice as to when someone would be by. The only reason I knew is because my house cleaners were in. Also would have appreciated a note saying it was fixed. It was left looking in the same condition and I only saw that it was repaired because I randomly opened the microwave a few days later.

This property is beautiful, the pool clean , the apartments are spacious and luxurious . Belina has always been helpful and knowledgeable!
Always enjoy talking with Belina in the leasing office full of smiles and ready to help as needed. The events are a bonus and love the raffles. Cool apartments, fancy new and great location, close to beach, river shopping and downtown makes great for bicycling too.
I should had posted this when my granddaughter moved in several months. We had extraordinary circumstances to find a place for her very quickly. There were complications in the acquisition of the apartment, and she was desperate to move out of her shared previous apt, and to move here to Ansley. There were many roadblocks. However, Belina, assistant manager, worked tirelessly on the application, and met with us to finish the lease, to make sure my granddaughter was able to move in on a timely fashion. She works extremely hard, and always sweet and pleasant in her disposition. However, more personnel is needed. The maintenance person is very good and hardworking. However, there are too many apts and they desperately need more maintenance personnel, in order to accomplish the required maintenance, and to stop all the negative complaints posted here.
Ansley Park apartments definitely exceeded any expectations I may have had...I went to tour today and Belinda was absolutely fantastic. You can honestly tell that she actually cares about the residents/future residents..hoping I get approved..I can't wait to be apart of this amazing community !

Great location! Close to everything. Very quiet, I didn’t hear the second phase go up. The property is beautiful. No issues with neighbors. Staff is very helpful, maintenance is quick. We’re very happy!
I love these apartments. I have lived here going on 2 years, and my two-bedroom has enough space for me and my guests when they come visit! The staff is awesome and the location is perfect. Definitely recommend checking this place out!! We are so close to everything but tucked away!
Ansley is a great place to live! I use the amenities daily. I have a really nice 2 bedroom apartment. Very quiet, and friendly neighborhood. With a very helpful staff. I give Ansley 5 stars.
Everything is broken, rat infestation and rat infestation on the first floor of my building and me and my neighbors had a ant infestation and the office told us WE had to take care of it. Washer was broken they never fixed it until 3 months , door was slanted so it didn’t shut right, shower leaked , bad water damage, fire pit never worked , pool always closed, floor missing in my apartment, rude staff , they answer the phones they don’t care about you there. They will be closed down soon I think to many problems and complaints don’t waste your time here
My boyfriend and I just renewed our lease here at Ansley Park and we could not be more excited to spend another year in this apartment community!!! Cassy, Belina, and the maintenance staff are the SWEETEST and I wish you luck finding individuals that care about the well being of their residents as much as they do. Keep in mind, this is still a very new apartment complex, which means certain amenities are still in the process of being built, but there is a beautiful pool, gym, and lounge area in the clubhouse where you can work/study! Also, PLENTY of sidewalks for you to walk your pup. Do NOT let some of these negative reviews sway your decision. Some people just have a lot of time to think about things they could complain about, but this apartment community is truly a excellent place to call home.
Don’t waste your time or money. No gas grills, no fire pit, no dog park, no business center, no playground, poor quality of work. Ask why after a year everyone is leaving? Because we have lived under construction. They will be for ever. As they only have 4 contractors working. And those 4 are always on break. At this rate they will never get done. Look else where
This place does not care about your complaints or safety. Don’t waste your time or money.
Save your money! The property looks nice except for the fact none of the amenities are available. We’ve been waiting for the gas grills to work for a year, the dog park will get built in 2026 at this rate. They put the cheapest appliances in that break a year in. Oh not to mention they dumped SEWER water on the grounds where peoples windows are. Toilet paper and human poop was just in the trees. One car has been stolen, and two had their catalytic converter stolen and yet the office notified no one. The place is also covered in dog poop that they keep threatening people with a $25 fine but yet nothing has happened. The office manager will speak to you as if you’re in kindergarten and that she’s more intelligent than you. Prices have gone up $400 in a years.
