True to its name, Bull Mountain is named for the hill it’s located on. This Washington County community is nestled along Southwest Pacific Highway, connecting the neighborhood to Portland, located just 11 miles away. Residents enjoy living so close to this buzzing city, while still appreciating Bull Mountain’s sense of small-town charm. Big-box stores, local restaurants, grocers, casual dining options, and more surround the community, but the majority of Bull Mountain is residential. This park-like neighborhood is very wooded, and locals enjoy city parks like Bull Mountain Park and nearby destinations like Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. Nature trails, a visitor center, and more await at this nature preserve. Upscale homes line Bull Mountain’s verdant streets, and renters have a wide selection of luxury apartments to choose from.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ansley Murrayhill
Meadow Creek Apartments is a disaster. Despite the seemingly affordable rent, the hidden costs and numerous inconveniences make it unbearable. The apartment had numerous issues: a shoddy paint job, uneven stovetops, relentless ant infestations, and constant noise from the overzealous lawn maintenance. The drainage system was a disaster, spewing water right by our front door. We faced poorly sealed doors leading to mold growth and water leakage, none of which was addressed by the maintenance team. Upon moving in, we found that the apartment was far from clean. The washing and dishwashing machines were coated in slimy grime. The carpet hid layers of dirt and dust, and the bathroom was untouched. Every cleaning promise was broken. The heaters were inefficient, and there was no air conditioning, making us incur extra costs for comfort. As a result of the property's neglect, mold grew everywhere, making us question the safety of our food and our health. The lack of bathroom ventilation and proper electrical fittings only added to our woes. The management was dismissive and unresponsive. In winter, the paths turned into ice rinks, with no effort from the management to clear them. The surroundings were unsafe with abandoned vehicles and transient individuals frequently on the property. On top of our rent, we were burdened with high sewage costs. The worst issue was the fire hazard caused by a blocked dryer vent filled with flammable lint, which took six months to be fixed. Even when we decided to leave early due to these conditions, we were hit with a hefty penalty. In short, Meadow Creek Apartments is a nightmare. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. If you do end up here, document everything, because you're going to need it. We're taking our complaints to the authorities and seeking legal action for the conditions we've been subjected to. You've been warned.

The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area, the maintenance and office staff Amanda and Abby are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. It’s dog friendly, pool and all amenities are amazing. The apartments are spacious. The complex is clean, quiet and safe. Other than the pandemic lock down causing amenities closure, I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
I recently moved out of this apartment & was told I would receive a letter at my new place with the balance owed after the cleaning was done. No letter was received. No phone call. No email (which they had all). I get a call today from collections saying a large balance is owed with interest being charged. Prorated rent I am okay with . Cleaning fee of $110 I am okay with but $160 in damages, I am not okay with. There was NO damage in the apartment besides thumb tack holes. Before moving in I read reviews that this place would rip you off when you moved out due to damage/cleaning fees & turns out, it is true. Make sure to take photos of the entire apartment upon move in so you can compare them to the apartment at the end. I will be posting this on all sites so people can make sure to beware of this issue.
Meadow Creek Apartments, Tigard, OR, a Pinnacle Property. First the woman that manages this property has no people or management skills. She has an excuse for everything and was very passive-aggressive in her dealings with me. I have no idea how she has a job, but that reflects on the Pinnacle Company. The rest of the office staff seemed friendly enough, but nobody wanted to cross the boss. The complex is old, probably 1970’s. They did a great job landscaping back then. Trees and plants are now old and dying or are overgrown. They keep it up, but it's still old. You can put all the lipstick you want on a pig, and it's still a pig. Very small one bedroom for $1,200 a month THEN you pay electricity and then they have a company that estimates your share of gas, water and trash, you pay for that too. I'm guessing because they don't pay for utilities they don't much care about energy efficient. None of the appliances were remotely new, the dryer took hours to dry a load, the refrigerator rattled and seem to run all the time. I paid an additional $150 a month in electricity, I didn't pay that much in an 1,800 square foot house. No air conditioning and a cross-breeze was not really possible. Electric ‘cadet’ heaters was the only source of heat. The other utilities ran about $125 a month, it bothered me that it wasn't metered, but someone's extrapolation based on the whole complex. The walls seems soundproof enough (it may have been that I just had quiet neighbors), but you heard everything from upstairs, including when the guy pee’d, flushed the toilet, took a shower or did a load of laundry. It was disconcerting and annoying and relentless. Generally noisy outside, and people dumpster-diving all the time. There were times I didn't feel very safe taking out the trash. They got me in when I needed to get in, and they are pet friendly. They were flexible when I wanted to move out, mostly because they weren't anywhere near full, but still they let me extend a few times. Other than that there aren't many pluses. It took 6 weeks to get my deposit returned. I think you could do better almost anywhere else.
I have lived here for a full 12 month lease and while this unit is not upgraded it has served its purpose and I would sign another year lease if management would not increase the rent significantly. Barking dogs can get out of control while pet parents are not home but other then that nice convenent place to live.
Meadow Creek is very quiet, located just a short walk from Whole Foods and a McMenamins and a short drive from Washington Square, matience is awesome both times I had to call the issue was resolved the same day. Parking has never been a problem each unit is assigned one covered spot, but there is ample uncovered for families with more than one car. The apartment's pool and gym are always clean. The staff in the main office are friendly-ish...they seem easily frustrated. The apartment has recently come under new management and their new employees lack the people skills the old crew had perfected.
