Property Ratings at Anniversary Apartments
I have lived at Anniversary Apartments on Shady Lane in El Cajon, CA for over 8 years. I am pleased to call to property home. When the sun sets at the end of the day you truly have peace and quiet. The property has 60 plus apartments, however you would never know it because everyone minds their own business and respects each other personal space and privacy. Our landlord Claudette and her son Lucas (who assist and performs maintenance) are very active in maintaining an immaculate and well maintain property. There is no loitering and complete security in our gate secured complex. While other complexes on our street have issues with domestic violence, the El Cajon Police Department on their properties, tenants hanging laundry off their balconies and homeless people on the sidewalks, our property has been a wonderful place to call home. Complete with a BBQ area and swimming pool you truly can't ask for more. In 8 years not one unsolicited salesperson knocking on our door. Thank you Claudette and Lucas for all you do.

I have been a resident at the Anniversary Apartments complex since 2010. The complex is in a good location, just minutes from the I-8 freeway. You can be in Lakeside, Santee, or Alpine in 10 minutes. The complex is close to many services: restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, mechanics, and banks. The complex is very quiet and secure, with gates at the front and parking entrances. The management team is very responsive when something is not working in an apartment. They also take care of the grounds, pest control, the swimming pool, and the BBQ/grill area.

It’s great to have managers on site. Things are handled efficiently. However, have experienced a number of years of rent increases that do not reflect as far as aesthetics the of property.
This is a very beautiful one bedroom apartment to rent. It has a lot of room and spaces that I have been looking for. I lived in a 350 square foot studio apartment for 4 years and then I found this bigger beautiful apartment that I was looking for. I love it here we have great property management and the maintenance is here when you need something fixed. Great Neighbors that welcome you here. It's a very quiet place to live which I love. I will recommend it to family and friends if they are looking for an apartment to rent. I love it here. I give this a 5 star review. I am very Happy live here.
