Location is excellent! Very short walk from River street and downtown! Building is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Common areas are very nice. The rooms are clean and have plenty of floor space. The bathrooms are very nice! (Just make sure to get an extra tall shower curtain). Water pressure is nice, water heat is very responsive. Air conditioning is very effective. Overall would recommend these apartments!

I have been living in this apartment for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The modern design of the apartment is truly impressive, with sleek finishes and state-of-the-art appliances that make everyday living a pleasure. The open floor plan and large windows allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It's really hard to beat the location as you are pretty much in the heart of downtown as soon as you walk out the front of the building. Additionally, the management team, especially Madelyn, is incredibly responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The best value of downtown Savannah, the location is awesome if you are new to the area- everything is walkable downtown. I've actually transferred from one apartment to another here wanting to downsize, the staff was great accommodating that transfer. Both apartments have been great! Also, the grills are an awesome feature.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Ann Street Lofts! The industrial design with high ceilings and large windows creates such a modern, spacious feel, and the location couldn’t be better—right near downtown with easy access to great restaurants and shops. I’ve been living at Ann St for 9 months now and it’s been the best apartment building I’ve experienced thus far in downtown Savannah over the years. The building is very beautiful and has great facilities. You can socialize without even leaving the building, it offers such good facilities to its tenants. But unfortunately, most of the time the coffee machine in the lobby either doesn't work or there is no coffee. My washing machine broke down. Today is the 5th day and it is still not fixed. Unfortunately, it is inadequate in technical and service issues. It has a well-intentioned staff, I am sure that such problems will be solved in the near future.
