We love living at Gables. It’s such a beautiful community. It’s the perfect walkable location. And the staff is always friendly and responsive. We’ve definitely found our home.
I called to just ask very simple questions and it felt like the agent didn’t even care. I asked several times what the process is to tour and to see what’s available and he constantly talked over me and just kept telling me to check the website.
Gables Wilton Park is horribly managed. The Elevator in Building 2 has been down for over two weeks. Current management allows Transgender Escorts/Drug Dealers to lease apartments in the community. The complex is a "Smoke Free" Community which is not enforced. The lobbies, elevators and hallways reak of marijuana and cigarrette smoke! I would NOT recommend Gables Wilton Park to anyone!
Amazing, love every pet as well. Gables was able transform my final phase. I like the nice areas. The shops close, and the amazing staff who are here to help us guide the way.
I have been very happy here. I moved to the Gables Wilton Park in July and find everyone in the community to be super friendly. It starts with Rex and the front office and extends to all the maintenance guys that keep the grounds so beautiful. Great staff and beautiful property
Overall it is great. A little pricey as the yearly increases are a little sttep. Complex does have good amenities and service. Pool is large and very convenient. Love the no smoking policy and the enforcement of it. Staff is friendly and prompt with any issues that arise.
It has been a great experience living here. The only thing that we wish could be improved is the maintenance with the amount rent is. It takes way too long to get things fixed in apartments.
It has been very welcoming to live here and we have really enjoyed staying here. The only thing that I think could be improved would be communication about work orders. Sometimes it takes a while for our requests to be filled.
It has been great so far. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. They have answered all my questions knowledgeably. I am very happy with my experience.
I have lived here for 14 years since its opening. The maintenance of the bldg has not been kept up. Benefits have completed disappeared . Not the community it once was at all.

I recently moved into the Gables and am extremely happy to be here. The leasing office staff members are extremely courteous and responsive. The complex is very well maintained and manicured, and the location is convenient to most services and entertainment venues.
I have lived here since end of October 2022. This has to be the best located apartment in the Wilton manor area. I love that there is a great social and night life here at my fingertips. There is also tons of outdoor active and community fun outings to get involved with. I can see the sunrise and sunset from my balcony with one of the greatest view of the Wilton drive strip

I just moved in and have been very happy with both the facilities and also the community. My neighbors are great and the location couldn't be better in Wilton Manors.
Have really enjoyed living here at the Wilton Gables. It is right in the heart of Wilton Manors and is walking distance from all the dining locations and bars on the drive. Office staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is right there to help with orders as long as they go through. That would be my only concern, is that sometimes the maintenance request are not seen or sent to the correct departments.

Great place! Very friendly and organized Property Managers and Maintenance is pretty quick to fix things. My unit is very quiet, even though it's one block from 'the strip'. One bit of constructive feedback is, the units' interiors are very dated and need some upgrades / investment if gables wants to continue using the 'Luxury' in it's advertising.
Great location, nice gym . Some issues with air conditioning but they were resolved. Staff is very responsive. Clean and friendly. Nice community.

Aging community with a primary focus on obtaining new residents instead of keeping current residents. Very high turnover, constant rent increases, lacking updates and a good cleaning.

Moving in was an incredibly positive experience that left me with a sense of fulfillment. The process of settling into my new home was smooth and enjoyable. From organizing my belongings to discovering nearby amenities, every step was filled with contentment and a renewed sense of excitement for the future.
Right from the start the office team were great making us feel welcome and were very knowledgeable about the property the tour of the property was very thorough and all questions were answered overall a great experience

Great Location! That is the best thing about this complex. Aging complex that is really showing its age. Amenities are average at best. The interiors of the apartments are average at best with very basic appliances, floor coverings, cabinetry etc.
Was a wonderful time at the Wilton Manors Gables but sadly to say it is time to move on. The elevator situation was concerning at times and not to mention the pool.
Property is clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Great, convenient location. Any time have need maintenance, has always been quick and resolved.
The experience here is super nice and a fun place to live. It is quite and still a lively place. It is with walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on the drive. So happy we moved here.

Gables has been our home three different times now, and we are happy to return. The staff and maintenance team are great and we love living in this neighborhood/community.
As a new resident (and past resident in Atlanta) I am pleased with my choice of having chosen Gables Wilton Park as my new home. The office and maintenance team are outstanding and the complex is very well maintained. Some may say more pricey than other complexes close by but the overall value is the ease, beauty and support of the complex and management team.
4.5 / 5 stars. I just moved into the Gables Wilton Park community this week and it truly has been a pleasant experience. Debbie was very helpful and accommodating during the tour and application process. They have really done well with their renovations. Big lofty studios with large balconies. Clean complex with ample parking and beautiful gym and amenities room. My only complaint is that my apartment did not contain the custom-built desk that you see in the virtual tour and photos online. I even toured one of the studios with the desk inside but I guess it was only one of three studios that have the desk used for demo purposes. Other than that I've had nothing but positive experiences so far and can't wait to finish designing my new living space!
Good location and decent apartments. Preventive maintenance is lacking and amenities at other complexes are better. With much competition coming, maybe Gables will be forced to be better.
It’s been 3 months and I can’t be happier. The community is maintained perfectly, issues are taking care of immediately, the community is quiet and one step outside and I am in the center of Wilton Manors. Perfect.
I want to share the feedback about this apartment property. I just moved in and I did find out there are issues. I notice the maintenance team did not inspection at my apt unit very carefully before I moved in since I noticed the AC was not working on the first day of moving in because, they forget put in new batteries in the AC thermostat, some of floor tiles were damaged spots, the kitchen and bathroom sinks smelled horrible and also there are still small damage spots still on the walls due the maintenance team said that we are out of the paint at this time. I did put down these issues on the move in inspection form. The big issue is that I hate to hear the ambulance and fire trucks sirens sounds all the times during my sleeping time and all day daily and they are coming from the Fire Station and the other noises issues during living at my apt unit. My advise to you if you don't want to hear noises environment then, I recommend do not live on the Wilton Drive side. :-(
We’re enjoying living here. Very nice quiet place to live. Good team work if you need a maintenance. Office staff vey helpful and friendly.
Incompetence of corporate and third parties; poor communication; no communication; a month has past and an obligation from Gables that were to be honored prior to my move in date is still pending a month later; ignored completely by corporate and third party. I have visited the leasing office multiple times. Employees there can not help me. Beyond their duties. A "third party" takes care of it. This third elusive party is a mystery. Corporate is a mystery. I think Gables needs to reevaluate and redefine what "luxury" means. Better, what customer satisfaction consists of. And keeping tenants happy consists of.
Everyone knows how stressful it is to move but I have to say that the manager there is the best. I got along with her day one. Everyone has been so pleasant and friendly . I love the area and looking forward to my new residence here in Wilton manor

Office Staff made the decision to move in the complex so easy and welcoming. Made the transition smooth as butter! Recommend them if you are looking for a Classy and nice fixtures.
I do love living at the Gables. Our experience has been a good one so far. We get a good response on maintenance requests, have a good relationship with management and appreciate the work keeping the community clean. My only complaint is about an unknown neighbor who does not clean up after their pet and we have not been able to prove who it is as of yet. Love the location and how much easier it has made my life living here.
I love this location and the staff is always pleasant so will be checking back in another few weeks for availability.
