Property Ratings at Anjou Club Apartment Homes
I arrived at the Anjou Apartments in Talent Oregon, So excited and ready to show my son and family my potential home and they are nothing like pictured!. The rooms are pretty small and the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. The pool is nothing like the picture to where I needed to ask if there is another pool, I was confused... small and old... The person who took these photos should have a masters in photography and the people who decorated should be interior decorators! They would make money doing that! They lack communication skills and will leave you hanging with no answer. "Ghosting" matches the atmosphere of these ghost town apartments. Might as well stay home and not work! The office area is beautiful I'm sure that's the reason they come to work everyday ~ It's definitely a house and it's updated with a full kitchen and so much more! They put way more money into that, than the actual apartments that they somehow rent out.

I'm sorry the apartments did not meet your standard but we do pride ourselves on the beauty and upkeep of our property.
I am here for over 2 years !!! Moving all the way from Illinois was scary... I am amazed and happy with new managment ! Any issues are resolved right away and questions are answered to my understanding. All staff members are so friendly, positive and helpful with any issues. All the extras in the complex are just a cherry on the top !!! My daughter with her friends love to hang around here because they are not "bored" !!! Thank you for making me feel at home :)

Our property does offer a lot to keep you occupied like the pool, tennis courts, horseshoes, picnic and BBQ area, fitness room, lending library, theatre, clubhouse and all of our MANY resident events. We love that we can brag about all the fun we offer at The Anjou Club!
I live here currently going to school at SOU. It's a quiet and well kept property. It's a quick nice drive to and from school. There is a pool and a gym that is all included with our rent. The staff is friendly and professional and really on top of it. The management seems to really care about keeping the people that live here happy. Really glad i picked this place.

apartment searching can be difficult & stressful but i can assure you that The Anjou Club makes apartment living enjoyable & completely stress free. the property is beautiful & the staff is warm, welcoming & extremely helpful. the community feels more like a family than an apartment complex & i would not hesitate to recommend living here. 10/10

This complex has beautiful grounds! The updated appliances are a nice touch. Great location between Ashland and Medford, with a friendly staff! Spacious units that are well kept for their age

Toured these apartments and really liked that there is more than one option to choose from. There are different floor plans to help fit more towards your needs and likes than just having one option only. The staff was very helpful and Steve and Mindy were a joy to talk to and great tour guides as they showed me around and answered all my questions thoroughly. Really liked that it has a workout room so don't have to drive to town or pay for a membership to workout. Location is very convenient as it's a straight shot to the freeway making it quick and easy to get to Medford or Ashland. Would definitely recommend checking out these apartments.

I live in California and the company i work for (In N Out Burger) is coming to Oregon and I am transferring to open the first Oregon In N Out in Medford, I happened to come across these apartment homes which is very close to where the In N Out is opening. Not only do these apartments and the amenities that come with it look awesome, but the customer service is too! Mikayla(sorry if i spelled it wrong) is very nice and quick to answering all my phone call needs about applying. I was worried I would never get a call for being on the waitlist, now I am already applying for an apartment. Thank you for having good customer service :) - Caleb

I live at the Anjou Club apartments when I lived in Oregon. They were by far the best apartments I lived in while living in that area. The people who worked for the company were always nice and the apartment was very nice and clean when moved into, everything worked, the only thing that was weird was that there were no lights in the bedrooms. Kind of weird. But anyway the clubhouse was very nice and spacious and they have tennis courts and a small gym! Overall great experience!

Thank you for the review. Yes, no lights in the bedroom is odd, though you can use the light switch to turn on any lamps that you have in the room. Glad you are happy at The Anjou Club!
I had moved from the east coast and The Anjou Club Apts was the perfect first home in the area for me. The staff is friendly and efficient and excellent maintenance with a very swift response time. I highly recommend this to anyone moving into this area. It is also very conveniently located to amenities and Very quiet!

Switching from home ownership to apartment living could've been rough. The management team at Anjou was friendly, responsive, and immediately made us feel welcome. While the amenities drew us in (and they are a' plenty) it was the spacious townhouse, the location (close to work and to shopping), and the staff that kept us there. The culture of community at Anjou made our apartment a home.

Being og owners and students, it's tough to find a first place to live (especially when coming from out of the state). The office staff were so helpful with the moving process and helped answer all of my questions. The Amenities are so amazing for apartment living. Free 24 hour Gym, a pool, tennis courts, and a dog park! There's so much we get from living here and it's nice to see so many neighbors that have furry little friends as well. :)

Staff is amazing. So refreshing to have such friendly and knowledgeable staff assisting from day one. The amenities are more than what you could ask for in apartment living. The upkeep on these amenities are awesome as well. Great apartment living that makes it feel more like resorting living. I have recommended this place to everyone I know!
Hi, I am currently a student at SOU and live at the Anjou Club Apts. My name is Bella. I was just in the office today paying my rent and thanking the manager for fixing my clogged tub in a timely manner. She had asked me if I wouldn't mind taking a moment to go online and write review about my experience at the Anjou Club. She mentioned generally only the unhappy, dissatisfied residents post and its always nice to read about the other sides opinion. It saddens me to see all the awful things that have been written about the place I call home. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I don't think anyone should have the right to be so awful and hurtful. I am happy where I live. My mother and I choose this place because of its amenities, well kept homes, safety and the kindness of the staff. I think the unhappy people should rethink their unhappiness and maybe they'll find it has nothing to do with the management or their home, but more within their personal being. Find something better to do with their time then to trash people and their homes. To me it feels like you are saying that anyone that lives here are garbage & druggies. I find it to be highly offensive and immature. For anyone looking to relocate and reads the reviews should go by and make a honest opinion of their own. I did and am glad I didn't rely on angry people to persuade my decision of living here. Anjou Club has a nice staff, homes, grounds and the neighbors I have gotten to know seem safe and sweet. BTW background checks are required and illegal drugs are forbidden here. My mom and I made sure of that. I'm sad for the staff to be spoken of so poorly and as a happy resident here I am going to ask my neighbors to post reviews as well. Maybe the good word of mouth will let everyone know that my home is a great place to live!
